It has been 4 days now and the status is still the same. I called Pos Laju helpline but I kept getting my call on hold saying that all customer service officers are busy and even waited for 10 mins without getting a customer service officer to me.

Pos Laju, please do something about this matter. Help a brother out please.

Hi. Saya nak bertanya dan membuat aduan mengenai service pos saya baru-baru ni. Sy telah membeli barang(kek lapis) dari Kuching Sarawak, kek telah di pos sejak 12 Nov 2019.
