14/4/2020 order barang sampai sekarang stuck dekat pusat mel . urgent sangat nk guna waktu pkp ni . bayar mahal2 tapi still lembab baik xpayah pakai nama poslaju . j&t aku rasa lagi better dri poslaju . barang makan ape xpernah sampai awl. pastu rosak mcm tu je.

The seller has posted out my parcel on 7/4/20 and it has been stuck at parcel hub since then (7/4/20). Until now there is no update of this parcel. I have emailed to the customer service but no reply. Tried to contact the customer service but cannot connect. Do not know how to track the parcel. Please do advise why it has been stuck there for 1 week. Am afraid my parcel which is dates will be spoilt if stuck too long at parcel hub.

I don't want to put my tracking number for poslaju.. Because I'm very frustrated with their service, I've email them (customer service for branches) ask them to check, why tracker shows item can be collected? We all at home during mco. If we are not at home if delivery was made, the courier man should be put the notice for collection. They haven't leave any notice. I'm calling pos office toll free line and branch also. But not answer. I'm email customer service they said item will deliver after 2days because that day is Friday, and I'm saying that will do self collect at branch, and the person said OK can just pick up at the branch. The next day I'm going to the branch, after queue for 1.5hours suddenly at counter said, my item still not scanning and they cannot handover to me... This is very disappointed. Item was send from perak on 6th April until 13th April no delivery was made. For 7april and 8th April I'm also received another item from another states from poslaju but why this only one item hold like that without any reason?

Can I have an update for tracking number ERB546725251MY. Item arrived at 4th April, now is already 12 April but it’s still at delivery facility. May I know what happen?

Parcel was not deliver for week
Parcel was sent to unnecessary distribution center.
Item sent to Alor Gajah from Klia - however destination address is Shah Alam.
After landed 2 days (after sender made complaint on parcel went to wrong distribution center), Item sent to Shah Alam Mel Center.
2 days later, parcel sent to Shah Alam poslaju.
Again, system updated as out for delivery in the morning but 3:21pm updated as unsuccessful delivery without calling the receiver (get details on address or other failure). Office hour stated as 6pm.
Call center service very bad & inefficient too.
Made complaint but no response back to follow up.

So my parcel has been dispatched out from transit office, which is the KLIA Hub at 2:23am yesterday, to be sent to Seremban. But it has already been a day and it should not really take that long from KLIA to Seremban. My parcel’s tracking number is ERB537564383MY. Or maybe the parcel has actually arrived to the Seremban Hub but I don’t know because the status stopped at the ‘Consignment dispatch out from Transit Office’. I hope this problem can be solved immediately. Thank you
