normally i can receive my item only for 3 day. my item have been post out on 06/03 by the seller and its 10/03 allready and the item still on transit office. i dont know what's going on. but i hope i can receive my parcel as fast as possible. thank you

Parcel Status

Please update the status of my parcel EH647416563MY and EH647416546MY.

The status stopped at parcel dispatched out from KLIA hub.

I experience before, my parcel status stopped at the same and after that my parcel loss. I dont hope that the same happened again.

I am wondering are the staffs there have problem?

My parcel stuck in TRANSIT

Please lah PosLaju,

I've been doing postage with this courier service for a long time now. I've never submitted any complaints until now !
Where's my parcel ? I should've received them today on 28 February 2018.
It should ONLY take ONE day to post from Peninsular to Sarawak and vice versa.
Why is it still stuck in Transit for TWO days ??

HELP me find my parcel PosLaju ! I need them before mid of March !
IT COST A LOT OF MONEY BUYING THEM !!!

poslaju sucks

Was at home the whole day, and no calls from postmen nor the guard house. I clearly given my mobile number so thats its easier to reach me. Phone was with me the whole time too.

Is it so hard to give a call?
Now its been delivered to some fella from the post office named KALAI which is so far from my house.

why are you doing this on purpose? this not the first time...
what is this service about? it used to be good, but its so bad now... please improve and get a new postmen !!

Parcel delivered to WRONG person

I am the sender of parcel EP447845301MY and my recipient still has not received her parcel yet. So I go to check on the poslaju website and it is stated there that the parcel has already been delivered. But it is not delivered to My Recipient. I clearly wrote the correct name and address on the slip but this still happened? Please fix this problem for me. It has already been 1 week since I sent out the parcel.

The problem of the transporter

I am an employee of Balloon party world, and I often order the goods with Poslaju. Someone who was in charge of my area would call me to make sure I was in the store. But now this transporter not only did not call to inquire the consignee's trail, dropped the waybill directly in our shop outside the door. Fortunately, a good customer will give me the receipt, otherwise these mistakes who will be responsible? Please do not be lazy, have any questions, please use the telephone to inquire, thank you.

PARCEL DELIVERED TO WRONG PERSON

I didnt receive my parcel and it sent to wrong person, but the status there is stated item delivered. And until now i still cant get a clear explanation and no any solution for me with my parcel sent to wrong person. Wtf is this kind service? Money want charge, but provided with such service? call off to office no any single pick up phone, all the officer busy? Please la, improve the suck service.
The parcel is very important for me, how if the person who received my parcel dont want return the parcel to me, izit the deliver man should take the responsible ?

No status update & reply

My tracking number EN442166015MY.
It has been 2 weeks that my item still stuck at Poslaju Transit Office (KLIA Hub).
The item has been posted over the counter on 9/1/2018 and the status has no further update in the track & trace system after 10/1/2018, until today.
The sender has gave numerous call to poslaju branches in Malacca & Bukit Mertajam. We have been informed that my item has overweight and waiting for "investigation". After few days, the sender called again but they just get us to wait again. May i know what i need to wait if the item is overweight?
Thus, i decided to lodge a complaint by sending email via their website and they will get back to me within 2 working days. Well, it has been 3 working days but the system still no any update nor reply me.
They called the sender said that they found item (despite I thought the item stuck due to overweight?) and they will proceed to ship it out by yesterday. Anyhow, the status still remain unchanged.
Why we should pay for such a bad delivery service? Pay for extra 2 weeks time delivery?

ANOTHER DAY PASSED

THAT'S RIGHT, ITS ALMOST 3 WEEKS NOW MY ITEM IS STUCK WITH POSLAJU.

ON 6 JAN 2018 THE ITEM MOVED FROM ECBC, PMN!! THAT ONLY TOOK 5 DAYS TO PROCESS??? WOW POSLAJU, WOW.

OH WAIT! NOW THE ITEM GOT STUCK SOMEWHERE IN POSLAJU. CALLED POSLAJU KUCHING BUT NOONE EVER ANSWERED. ANYBODY WANT TO TRY? HERE TRY CALL 082462612/082456100.

SO I CALLED POSLAJU SHAH ALAM, THEY SAID THE ITEM HAS ARRIVED AT POSLAJU KUCHING SINCE 6 JAN 2018. BUT TILL NOW IT WAS NOT PROCESSED YET UNTIL TODAY.

SO BAD.

YUP. ANOTHER DAY HAS PASSED AND THE ITEM IS STILL NOT PROCESSED YET BY POS MEL NASIONAL.

STILL NO RESPONSE FROM LWE.
GOT RESPONSE FROM KPDNKK SAYING ITS NOT UNDER THEIR PROVISION SO THEY ASK ME TO EMAIL MCMC.
GOT APOLOGIES FROM SHOPEE AND THEY ASK ME TO MAKE A REFUND. AFTER ALL THE HUSSLE? I DONT THINK SO.
CALLED HOTLINE 10 MORE TIMES TODAY AND STILL NO ANSWER.

I WILL KEEP UPDATING.

ITEM STUCK FOR 2 WEEKS AND COUNTING

MY ITEM HAS REACHED MALAYSIA SINCE 28/12/17 AND COSTUMES CLEARED BY THEN. THE TRACKING NUMBER IS 156130517785244. THEN IT WAS SENT TO ECBC, PMN, SHAH ALAM ON 1 JANUARY 2018.

BUT SINCE THEN , THE ITEM NEVER MOVED.

I CALLED THEIR HOTLINE 1-300-300-300 20 TIMES AND NO ONE EVER PICK UP THE PHONE EVER! POSLAJU MIGHT AS WELL FIRED THEIR CUSTOMERS SERVICE. WORSE HOTLINE EVER.

SO I CALLED PUSAT MEL NASIONAL (PMN) IN SHAH ALAM AND THEY SAID THEY CANNOT CHECK ANY PARCEL IN THE WAREHOUSE BCOS THEY ONLY DO ADMINISTRATION WORK. WOW.

SO I CALL POSLAJU SHAH ALAM BRANCH AND FINALLY SOMEONE ANSWERED AFTER MY 7TH ATTEMPT. AND HE SAID BASED ON THEIR INTERNAL CHECK, THE PARCEL HAVE NOT BEEN SCAN AND PROCESSED YET SINCE 1 JAN 2018. ARE U KIDDING ME?!!!! ARE THEY EVEN WORKING?

I HAVE ALREADY MADE A COMPLAINT TO MCMC, KPDNKK, LWE, POSLAJU AND SHOPEE REGARDING THIS ISSUE BUT NOTHING HAS CHANGED. IT HAVE BEEN 2 WEEKS SINCE THE SELLER SHIPPED THE ITEM!!

Please speed up delivery

1) Package dispatched out on 22nd Dec 2017 and the tracking status never get updated ever since that day. Even my other package which was shipped on 28th Dec 2017 have reached Kota Kinabalu already today. It have been weeks, please speed up the delivery process as well as update the latest status.

2) Most of the package i sent to Sabah area ended up getting delayed or kept inside the office for too long without any delivery attempt. This kind of problem never occur at all for the packages I sent to other states. Please improve your service.

And how come everytime i shipped to Sabah it always end up delayed?? I can ship to other state just fine!!
