Bad attitude of postman

The postman Kepong was so rude to customer today. Very bad attitude to customer, even scold that customer was not respect him nor thank you him lol ? What happening ? Friendly asking something about still got other parcel? He reply that how I know you call la ! Wtf is this service man? Very bad service, like pos laju did not pay you salary

low efficient & not user friendly

4th July, item out of delivery at 10:22 am, but until 6:19 pm unsuccessful delivery. Ok fine, but then, 5th July, item out of delivery at 11:00 am, until 8:08pm still not get my parcel, what u means by "delivery attempted", i waiting at home whole day, but no one call or even ring the doorbell, somemore sms me at 8:09pm, ask me call 1300300300, but this hotline only operate til 8:00pm, hey pls la national courier, make it easier for ur customers...

I need it urgently.kalau kol pun tak angkat,akhirnya ada org angkat fon tapi letak balik.posman pun kurang ajar sbb sblm nie dah banyak kali campak parcel saya depan rumah saya.nasib brg saya tak hilang,jika brg saya hilang siapa yg nk tanggung.it really bad service.makin lama servis yg teruk.my parcel tracking number ER343867652MY.saya nak guna brg tu weekend nie.

NO RECORD.

Hello. Ive been posting my parcel for the last thursday hoping that it will deliver at its destination on the next week. On tuesday perhaps. I went back to the website to track my item, suddenly no record found. I dont even know where is the item located now. Why is this happen? Please help!

Track no record and not yet received my parcel

Why until now i still not yet received my parcel? Can you guys work out with more efficiently?the parcel posted before gawai and raya....but 3weeks gone... I still not yet get my parcel...eventhough track also can't..and it's show no record found...how come like this...and the best most important one.....stil need to wait how long i just can received my things?
