I sent out my documents to my office on 26/04/2018 until today still not yet arrived. It’s urgent. Called up customer service on 27/04/2018 told me will arrived on that day. Called them up again on 30/04/2018 to check again what had happenned to my documents. Customer service told me the delivery man too many delivery cant reached on time. So irresponsible.

EP498971445MY, after tracking, it says item been delivered to the recipient on 17/04/18. However, the recipient said he did not receive any document.

I can tell this is the most ridiculous courier service I used before.
The item (Tracking Number: EH686279970MY) posted by my sender on 11 Apr 2018, and item reached brickfield on 12 Apr 2018(Thursday), and it's not sending out by 13 Apr 2018.
On 14 Apr 2018, Saturday, I called the customer service as I need to collect it by myself due to urgency, the agent told me I can go and collect the item by myself, however, the lazy employee told me they have nobody to search for the item on Saturday when i visited Poslaju Brickfield, and asked me to wait until Monday.

On Monday 16 Apr 2018, the courier didn't call me or my friend when they reached, and just passed the item to someone(FATIMAH) who doesn't recognize by us. Please note that we're in the office, if you pressed the bell and my friend's phone will ring.

Honestly wondering where the parcel is, as the distance between where it is posted to where it needs to be delivered is not that far from each other.

I am the sender of parcel EP447845301MY and my recipient still has not received her parcel yet. So I go to check on the poslaju website and it is stated there that the parcel has already been delivered. But it is not delivered to My Recipient. And until now i still cant get a clear explanation and no any solution for me with my parcel sent to wrong person. Wtf is this kind service?
