Hi POSLAJU, kindly assist to check my parcel (Tracking Numbers: EP758613536MY) which is still processing or more likely stuck at KLIA Hub since 22.07.2020. The parcel had been dispatched out from Pasir Gudang, Johor to Kuching, Sarawak on 21.07.2020. I think its been more than a month the status have yet updated.

Hopefully you can assist and update the delivery status then send it ASAP. Thank you in advance.

However as you received alot of complain why don't you have a look or hire a lot more people to improvise your services, as alot of netizen loosing their job due to MCO you may give job opportunities or should stop receive new orders as you have pending courier that need to be delivered. My wedding card stuck somewhere out there which is difficult to identified the current location. It is very important for me as the card need to be distribute to me relatives & so on. Please help me to delivery my card. I am not answerable to my family & everyday i got pressure from my in-law-family. My wedding based on your kindness. Saye jual benda halal,bayaran dah dapat,siap pakai bagi makan anak bini...
Tapi bila barang x sampai kepada pembeli... Duit yg saya da pakai akan jadi haram selagi barang tak sampai kepada pembeli...

Please help check my EMS parcel from Thailand to Malaysia EE177279916TH. ThaiPost confirmed that it already left Thailand since 24 July 2020. I made a call to PosLaju and your team said it is not in Malaysia. I called ThaiPost and ThaiPost said my parcel is with Malaysia Airlines/Cargo MH0783. I called Malaysia Airlines and Malaysia Airlines confirmed that they received my parcel from ThaiPost on 29 July and flew to Malaysia same day. On July 30, Malaysia Airlines handed over to PosLaju Office in KL at 11.06am with the Consignment Note No. THBKKCMYKULAAEM02457002000157. Still, when I contacted your Poslaju team, they still say it is not in the system, so they don't know and say it is not Malaysia. I am sure that it is in KUL Transit Hub, and I don't know why just scanning from your team at the Hub is very hard; it is stuck there already a week from the date that Malaysia Airline sent, and two weeks from the date of posting. Could you please ask your team to scan and updat the status? I really need the parcel faster. I understand that during Covid-19, international flight is limited, but now it is already in KUL, and local flights in Malaysia operate nornally. However, why so long delay just to scan and update status from you. I attach the tracking status and the E-mail confirmation from Malaysia Airlines for your reference.

Please kindly help.
