TEMPORAILY BLOCKED ZAIN SIM

MyZain sim was blocked,because of validity expiry,later i tried to recharge with 50 sr ,bt its showing connection failed or invalid mms.Kindly say how to unblock my sim card or wat are the procedures.

sim service closed without informing

My sim service is closed, when i go on emergency vacation i have no knowledge about this matter, because my mother is sick and admitted in ICU suddenly i go, when i came back i already purchase 100 riyal recharge coupon and try to recharge, and it showing no service, i went near zain center, they told me go head office, i am searching in net i found customer service number i call them i got information it close because of not reaching, how i recharge my mother important for me, long item i am using STC card not recharging they are close the service incoming is very good and when it is recharging we can use outgoing also, same mobility also. very very very good dealing with customers, i appreciate them. Never ever i will not suggest your service to any friends it was not good.
NB - whey i call customer service i thought they can help me, but unfair because i can't get any verification from the bank, most important when transferring the salary to bank where i will get the information. so it is very bad what you are doing to the dealers.

SIM CARD BLOCKED

I have one sim of Zain network under my iqama id that is blocked or sim is not working.
It shows emergency calls only.
The number is 0590570075
Under iqama id 2210199564
My this number is also registered on MOI account and bank account
Now I cannot login to my MOI account and bank because I cannot receive a verification txt msg.
Kindly support about this issue and provide me the better solution to reactivate it for few days.
I'll be thankful to you.

Illegal 7 sims on my Iqama

I have 7 sims under my name. I entered my complain at 7 september 2016 to Zain office , and then they told me to call at zain customer service after 2 days. And today is 16 still its not resolved. The most surprising thing is that I am not a zain user and till 15 september they were saying to me it will be resolved soon and today at 16 september, when I called again they told me that your finger prints are on those sims so you have to go again to zain office and enter your complain again. You see how these people are actually transferring some fake finger prints on such illegal sims under your ID. This is only happening in Zain...From where they have created my finger prints its unbelievable. Something big is going in this company....

ILLEGAL ISSUING OF ZAIN SIMCARDS ON MY IQAMA NO. WITHOUT MY KNOWLDEGE

Dear Zain Team,

I kindly request to cancel all the 10 sim's which you have issued to fake person's without my knowledge. I visited your office and complaint to your employee, as per his given information he has sent a request for deactivation of all the 10 sim cards and taken my finger print with my iqama copy and said that I will get a call for the verification of deactivation with in two days. But I haven't got any call from zain services. and I have a question? while issuing the sim card's to fake persons you haven't taken any finger print or iqama copy or any verification and when I came to deactivate them you are taking my finger print and my iqama copy, WHY!!! can I get your explanation on this. Is this you are maintaining you customer security while issuing the new sim card's? Its really very strange to know this, and I feel happy that I don't have any sim from Zain.

I need a quick action on this, else I have to take a legal action on issuing sim cards on my iqama to fake person's.

Zain Internet suspension even after fingerprint update

It's about Zain SA. 831032773721 DATA ACCOUNT NO. I got disconnection due to fingerprint not updated . Even after updating there is no activation, many times I have contacted Zain , they says every thing is ok in their system,but for me same fingerprint page. How to deal with this lazy and worst company people I don't know. Same issue I faced last year. Once problem come it's won't be rectified and we should loose money, I don't want to loose my money. Any one please give me suggestion

Sim disconnected

My zain sim no 0591990794 is disconnected because of fingerprint..as i have visited zain office a few days earlier n they said its ok.once i check on the fingerprint inquiry it shows fingerprint updated there also .. Plz solve the issue as i cannot open my absher account as well as mobile banking because of the same problem.. Regards

network availability

Respected sir,
For the last 5 months i have been using the zain internet sim (unlimited package, prepaid).it was exelent in service till the july 15. Now it is not working properly. In some areas only it works. The problem is at my residance itself. I am so much worried about this thing. My residance is at new KHARJ ROAD EXIT 15, INDUSTRIAL AREA 2, NEW SANAIYA, NEAR NESTO SUPERMARKET AND NCB QUICK PAY. this is not only my problem, all zain netsim customers are suffering from the last 15 days. Please give us a possitive responce about this malfunction. Thank you

Illegal Postpaid sim in my iqama

Someone purchased one Zain postpaid sim in my iqama and didn't pay the bill amount... I complained many times to the Zain office in Al Rashid Mall, Dammam, as they told me i have to pay the amount from my side because everything is correct in Zain company..Please refer the attached documents,

In pic-1 the contract paper with zain when he purchased the postpaid sim
In pic-2 My iqama copy submitted my him with different signature
in pic-3 my own passport copy

kindly check the signature in contract paper and iqama copy, its totally different from the signature in my passport, and there is no similarities also... this is the clear case of simple violation..

how did your representative provided this sim without verification...? (even didn't check the photo of iqama and person were same or not)
was this your procedure if anybody were coming with someone else's id , you will provide the sim...?

** I hereby requesting you to Kindly take this case as high priority and remove the amount from my iqama..

poor network overall ksa

i bought a new network sim card in jeddah. i cant receive good signal in 2g and 3g and 4g. its working very very very poor. so i hate that network and i will give the preference to another product.

Last 5 days before I buy a new Zain sim card, because I was encourage by my friend to use Zain and the good service you are offering, ..
Later on when I check my iqama number 2332222815,
I have found 2 more ZAIN internet sim numbers had been registered to my iqama. I already went to Al Batha Zain office with these complain. they already tell me that they disconnect these numbers but i again check by mobile sms by 700123 with blank massage the both numbers are continue showing not disconnected.

I am afraid that those numbers will give problem to me during my stay here in SAUDI ARABIA as contract worker,
Please do an immediate action for this..I hope to find favor to whoever attend to this message
