Mobile market on my id and shopkeeper him self activate
Sim on my id 2337805275, after some time I checked on my id how many sim activated
I got sms more then 11 sim card is already activated so I request you sir plz deactivated

Dear sir,

I do had problem with you Dammam Cornish branch. I bought Iphone 6 plus 64GB sliver color just few days back with in two days i was facing problem which was half screen (Display) was showing me black. Then i visited Zain branch for complaint to replace. today almost week is over but no one is replying me properly. i visited again they are saying agent is on vacation.
kindly advise me what to do and how i can reach them to solve my issue.

Today 14/1/2015 at around 12:14 pm I have had repeated phone calls from this mobile number #0582257987 saying that you are luckiest one that your phone cell sim card got lottery promising a potential 200,000 SAR. So he asked to me about my IQama number and I have provided him my iqama number by mistake so at this juncture I would like to make a online written complaint about the above given fraudulent number in order to avoid inconvenience towards my security.
I was told not to tell anyone about the lottery and that sim card would be locked if I did so, " The caller sounded very convincing at the begining, but I became suspicious after I have given my IQAMA number by mistake.

I directly request to Zain communications that please take necessary action about the above cited phone number and furnish to me a acknowledgement copy of this complaint with your stamp & seal.

Deactivate numbers registered on my iqama

Last week i buy a new Zain sim card, because i was encourage by my friend to use Zain and the good service you are offering,..
Later on when i check my iqama number 2361482470, i have found out that a lot of ZAIN numbers and ZAIN internet sim numbers had been registered to my iqama. i already went to two Zain offices with these complain here but i fail to find help for them..
i am afraid that those numbers will give problem to me during my stay here in SAUDI ARABIA as contract worker,
Please do an immediate action for this..i hope to find favor to whoever attend to this message.

I have noticed illegal zain post paid lines on my ID 2344440066, which is showing on SABB account. I have never taken any zain post paid service. I request to kindly delete these illegal/fraud lines from my ID...

When I check my bills payment under SABB there is a ZAIN POSTPAID ACCOUNT - 0591625510. This is not my account so please remove this. I already called SABB but they cannot remove this they advise me to call ZAIN since ZAIN can remove this.

Each time they told me that it will cancel within 24 hours, but until now, it is not stopped.
