de-activate all zain registered fraudulently on my iqama 2330571148.

I have bought one sim card bearing number 0582510141 from zain mobile shop having franchees shop code number EFW187 situated at Al-Nuzha dist. jeddah. At the time of buying sim car i had given my iqama copy to registered sim card on my name. after few days i come to know that persons at the Zain shop misused my documents submitted at shop and fraudulently registered 10 sim card on my iqama without knowing me. Then i went to that Zain shop many times for requesting to de-activate all sim fraudulently registered on my name. The person at the shop assured me they will cancle all sim within 10 days but after 10 days they did not cancle sim cards. Then on dated 08/02/2013 at 10 pm i call Zain custemer call centre on number 959 there i complaint this matter. The call centre executive registered my complaint and given me complaint number which is 52293. The call executive told that your problem will be solved within 48 hours. There is more than 48 hours they not de-activate 10 sim card which fraudulently registered by Zain shop on my iqama. The after 48 hours i am trying to call custemer care on numbr 959 with ill intension person at customer care put my number on busy mode due to which i am unable to call custemer care. please advise me and help me.
Please de-activate all sim card registered on my iqama.

deactivation of service

Sir,

I am getting sms on a weekly basis from a number 759210.
As soon as message is recieved 05 SAR gets recieved from my account. I dont want this service. Please help me to deactivate this servie.I am fed up calling Customer care of ZAIN were no favorable action was there from their side

SIM CARD ACTIVATION

THIS IS REGARDING MY ZAIN SIM CARD, THE NEW SIM CARD I PURCHASED ONLY WORKED FOR ONE MONTH, AFTER THAT I FACED A PROBLEM STATING THAT "NO NET WORK COVERAGE" AND I COULD NOT MAKE ANY IN/OUT CALLS. I COMPLAINED TO ZAIN CUSTOMER SERVICE, DAILY WHEN I CALL ONE STAFF WILL ATTEND THE CALL MAKE A NOTE OF MY COMPALINT AND REGISTER A COMPLAINT NUMBER AND ASK ME TO WAIT FOR 24 HRS. MOST OF THE DAYS I CALL AND CHECK TILL TODAY THE SIM IS NOT ACTIVATED. NOW IT IS ABOUT 25 DAYS PASSED I GOT 4 TIMES COMPLAINT REGISTRATIO NUMBER NO ACTION SO FAR, I DONT UNDERSTAND WHAT THESE TECHNICAL PEOPLE DOING, WHY THE OPERATORS WHO ATTEND THE CALL CANNOT SOLVE THIS PROBLEM ???? IS THIS COMPANY REALLY DOING SERVICE TO THEIR CUSTOMERS, THE ZAIN OUTLETS IN SAUDI ARABIA THE STAFFS ARE USELESS, NO RESPONSE, THEY JUST SAY CALL 959 COMPLAINT NUMBER AND SORT THE PROBLEM. AT LEAST THEY SHOULD ADVISE THE CUSTOMER WHETHER THE SIM CAN BE ACTIVATED OR NOT OR GIVE A REPLY TO MY CONTACT NUMBER SAYING THAT THIS SIM WILL NOT WORK YOU BUY A NEW SIM ETC. SO FAR NO RESPONSE AT ALL FROM THE CUSTOMER SERVICE AND I AM VERY UPSET OF THIS COMPANY BEHAVING LIKE THIS, SINCE I AM A EXPATRIATE IN SAUDI ARABIA THEY ARE TREATING LIKE THIS OR WHAT I DONT KNOW. PLEASE TAKE NECESSARY STEPS WHO EVER ATTEND TO THIS COMPLIANT.
