Deactivated sim

My Airtel number 00919845691914 has been de activated. I was on my visit to Dubai and it's been just three months and they have deactivated it.i tried to activate it giving my papers again and 500rs to Airtel Karkala office. They told me it will be activated in a week. After a week when we enquire on the activation they return the money and say it's not possible.i mean what is this Airtel being a reputed one I din expect this.They should understand how one person is emotionally attached to ones number.atleast intimate before you disconnect. God won't forgive u guys. You also will realize one or the other way losing something precious how it feels.I know nothing is permanent in this world. I am trying to get over my number. worng bill of Mob. No. 9005404111

i am user of your mobile no. 9005404111, i am using andoriade mobile since 04,03,2015 i have immidiate told your costmor care on 05.03.2015 to block the net serices on mobile no.9005404111, because i was no knowledge to setup the date connection, your representative had assured that he has blocked the net service, but on 20.03.2015 i was received a massage you have used mobile net 75 MB for charges Rs751, i have immidiate call to your costmor care how the net services has been connected when i was directed to block the service, thereafter he has informed that the bill will be waveoff after the due date of bill i.e. 05.04.2015, again i was contected on 05.04.2015 and on 16.04.2015 but no ataintion has been paid by you service provider. therefore kindly wabe off the net usage charge and also correct the vat and service taxes accordingly, otherwise i am unable to pay the same, there is no my fault without any request you cannot give the net connection when i was directed to block the service

4g is worseI than all. donot buy airtel 4g

Sir,
I had taken a Airtel 4g connection 8600947653 for my home use. It worked for 4 days then stopped completely. I complained to their customer care. Airtel customer care should be renamed AIRTEL customer DOESN'T CARE. All they do is make you hold the lines and after a longtime will again give you the same number you called on to make a complaint. Anyway after many calls their technician came. They said they cant do anything as there is no network in the area. I want my money refunded as it is their fault.
Please note NEVER BUY AIRTEL. Worst possible customer care.

Excessive billing than the credit limit of Rs.10100/- set by Airtel in corporate account no. 108-100264611

I am surprised to receive excessive amount bill for Rs. 27243.24 for captioned corporate connection of Airtel. In this matter following points need consideration:

1. I am using Airtel Corporate post paid connection for the past over 7 years. Although our credit limit was set at Rs.10100/- by your Company our monthly bill amount never exceeded Rs.2000/-. Per month.
2. I went abroad for 6 days i.e. from 06.02.2015 to 11.02.2015. To curtail my overseas mobile bill to minimum amount, I took your Data plan 999 and Voice plan 999 on one connection i.e. 9729299773. A sum of Rs.2000/- was deposited in advance, as advised by their Ambala Cantt dealer/associate.
3. To my shock and dismay, I received a huge bill of Rs.27243.24. Out of this total amount Rs. 26945.76 pertained to mobile no. 9729299773 which was activated on International roaming.
4. When I had taken your Voice plan 999 and Data plan 999 in advance why was I not informed by Airtel when the data plan exceeded the limit of Rs.999/-
5. Furthermore, when my credit limit has been set at Rs. 10100/- by your Company then why I was not informed when the limit exceeded? Why an alarm was not raised? There is some logic behind setting a credit limit by the Company. This is system failure and you have sent the huge bill to me for payment. Till date no communication has been received from your Company about exceeding the credit limit.When credit limit of our corporate connection is set at Rs.10100/- by your Company then how can they raise excess bill without prior intimation to me when our limit exceeded those limits?
6. Does Airtel does not holds no responsibility to inform the customer that his/her credit limit has exceeded? Otherwise Airtel is very particular on sending SMS on petty matters then how could an important matter of informing the credit limit not done.

PAYMENT OF BILL

i am using airtel landline with broad band connection with connection no. 04443564887 at chennai.
I made payment of last months usage bill through a post dated cheque drawn on state bank of india chinmayanagar and dropped at the dropbox at customer relationship centre, kodambakkam as early in the first week of november. But the actual last date is
14th november.

On 14th i received a message in my registed mobile that my cheque has been returnd by my banker for the reason that it is postdated cheque. Immediately on 15th fearing disconnection of the line, i remitted in cash the bill at a customer relationship centre gandhi road valasaravakkam .

Then i contacted the airtel through 121 and talked to one saravanan, supervisor. and asked him whether the payment made by me through cheque has been realised and he said in affirmative . I questioned him why a message as mentioned abve has been sent to me. he replied that it is a technical error. I further requested him whether he can sent his reply that it is a technical error as a message to my registered mobile no. He refused and said no provision for that.

IS IT NOT INSUFFICIENCY IN SERVICE.?

REQUST to take action against airtel for such lapses in customer service and give suitable instruction to set right their programme so that such mistake not occur in future if the statement of mr. saravanan supervisor is true.

worst service ever

To Whom so ever reading this mail i just want to let you know your sales team is the most corrupted team ever they are taking the benefit of know air tel Sim activation process ..,

Its is shame for big brand like Airtel that on their name people are calling and confirming that they are calling from Airtel and taking documents and money and then disappeared and then again i tried to get post paid number again due to personal grievances with distributor and retails guy number is not activated yet i m fade up with their fake commitment for your sales team adviser to manager they all lie and just want to close the conversation with customer i wondered on what basis they got manager job ?

I'm using Airtel prepaid from the last 4 year but now wish to buy postpaid number but because of these cheap retailer and distributor politics I'm not to able to get this thing .,
now i don't want postpaid number idea and Vodafone is far better then you I'll from them

let me remind you Brand AIRTEL you are nothing if your customer starting loosing faith in you your fake manager , sales manager , Sr. Sales Manager they suppose to understand they are not giving us any favor they got paid for their job ..,

In the End as a loyal customer i just want to let you know sadly and by taking stand i can say Vodafone is much much much better then you wait for the day when these folks drop your name into the guttier and then stand in the line job in Vodafone , then what you gonna do ?

hi i am dhirendrra sharma.i am from lucknow.the problem is i want to close my number or billing which is alternate sending me from airtel.i dont why.bcz i hv already summit total bill along application for stop my number bcz i was sifting to the other location and i was no need more .bt the main issue is representative collect whole amount bll...but but hi did'nt.so kindly i request to airtel that take strong step against his employee.and close my number along with paper bill which is sending every month.

SIM to be activated again

Hi,
I had sent an e-mail to airtel customer care and I havent got any response. Im currently not in India and I use my Indian mobile number for receiving OTP so that I can use internet banking. All of a sudden the SIM registration has failed. I have even recharged my mobile a few weeks ago. Im unable to visit an airtel store as Im not in India. Im ready provide any document that is required through e-mail but I need my SIM to be activated again. Please help!!!!

commit about weaiver which was not process from last 25 days

I Dawinder singh ur airtel customer I have using ur airtel postpaid number 8283820006 fro last 1 year My number which was totally barred due to non-payment of the number .On dated 17/01/14 and 18/01/14 ur airtel employee call from no: 9815939029 and asked for deposit the payment.That person commit me that u have weaived of Rs 900 if u make the payment today after the commit I make the payement of RS 3000 through CENTRAL BANK OF INDIA CREDIT CARD on dated 18 jan 2014at ur showroom shop no1 court road ,Amritsar.But till date no weaiver I got and ur empolyee can't pick my phone and I try their alternative no that is 9876165985 they disconnect my number .Last day my number is again barred and sim card showing no service .Pls make my weaiver in process and continue my services.

POST PAID MOBILE BILL

Below are the complaints that i had file and sent to airtel customer care and there was no respond and no help yet. my phone remains dead since 2 days. i missed all important calls and airtel is responsible for all of my missed schedules. its absolutlly cheating and discusting.ridiculous to treat the customer who has been with airtel since 4.5 Years now. PLEASE HELP !!!

My name is Syed Saifulla. I’m writing this mail being extreme disappointed about the airtel services on day to day bases. You have barred my outgoing & incoming facility due to non payment without knowing the reason why the bill is not made yet. Its simply because I’m waiting for valid bill clarification to be done by you guys as informed towards my internet services. I have had people calling from airtel fixing my issues also I had sent a port request and I had explained clearly as why the bill is not paid yet because of aitrtel commitments and I was told to wait until they reverse charges & wave off the internet charges which is charged without my acknowledgement and providing the wrong information about the internet plan . I was told clearly the clarification will be given soon and charges for internet would be reversed asap after which I can make the payment however now all of sudden since morning MY PHONE IS ABSOLUTE DEAD with no incoming & outgoing calls. I cant call customer care neither any one else. I want my outgoing & incoming facility released immediately at the earliest as I have some very important calls coming in. and I want some body higher to call me on my issues to have it fix without giving me any excuses. Please release my services now Im expecting important client calls.

I’m not sure whether you have check my records for calls that’s been made for claiming the charges to be unknown, unaware and unexplained. In simple words let me explain you that I’m a first time internet user on a android phone. I called airtel to get internet activated and I was offered a plan and was explained clearly that I would be suitable for a 99 monthly plan with 1 gb data & browsing free however later I was realized by your team that its not 1gb its 300mb after which its starts up the regular charges. I was provided complete wrong information about the plan, I had even call in a first month shockingly confirming why my airtel bill is more and I was told the there are 400 to 600 charges towards internet do you think even beside knowing it gets charged after 300mb I would continue to use it. “ NEVER” I’m a very common and a regular user who cant afford high bills Let me be very clear & honest, I have been with airtel for so long and now I feel that I’ve been cheated and advised to just pay the bill, all I’m trying to explain from beginning that I was given wrong information about the plan and I was under the impression that its up to 1gb and charges are going up big-time just because of incorrect information. I have believed that the superiors will understand the situation and help but looks like I have been given wrong excuses and just suggest to pay bills. In other words whatever you charge, I cant claim if charges are invalid or unaware with wrong info but just need to pay. I will never do that I’m extreme serious if my issue is not taken care. I would refer this case to consumer court and have it disputed. This is absolutely ridiculous to be cheated with wrong info and after which when demand for help, you made the phone all dead wherein I cant call anyone for help. I immediately need my services resumed I have extreme important calls coming in and I’m missing all of those request you to not to give me tough time until this is clearly been looked and resolved. I’m not a customer to not make payments, all I need and want is to take care of internet charges which was not aware and been charged without my knowledge and therefore you will have the bill paid in immediate. Please help else I would have to cancel services and claim this for next level.

NO SERVICE PROVIDED

i have ported my number from Vodafone to airtel. An officer had collected Rs. 325/- as advance and filled application from along with necessary documents on 06.01.2014. On 13.01.2014 i got an sms confirming that airtel services has been activated for my number. however since the internet was not working, i called up on the help line number - 121. the officer took my verification and confirmed that the service will be activated within 15 mins. Post 15 mins my number was deactivated. next day when i called up at again at 121 i was informed that my request is under pending status and will be activated within 24 hrs. i wrote to airtel on 14.01.2014 and the complaint number provided was - PO011400038 & PO011400038. i received a reply saying my number has been permanently deactivated due to Company Cancellation. i wasnt informed any thing about company cancellation nor did i request for it. it has been 2 days now that my mobile services has still not been activated. i have already written to [email protected] , [email protected] i got a reply saying i will get a revert within 24-48 hrs. i never received any revert or resolution but i got a mail from [email protected] asking me to provide an alternate contact number. i replied with the alternate contact number however have still not received any call yet nor any reply to the e-mail. Incase the service can not be activated kindly refund the amount of Rs. 325 and my number back to vodafone

Airtel Billing Problem: For BB Advance Rental 6999

I have been using Airtel postpaid connection with BlackBerry services from past 1 year. Below is my connection info –

Few days ago I was called by an Airtel representative on my number and offered to subscribe to Blackberry Advance Rental 6999/- + Taxes plan in my Airtel Cell No 8146575972. I would like to highlight the below –

1. I was not told that the onetime payment to be made for this plan is Rs 6999. Rather I was told it to be something like Rs 400. I was clearly provided wrong information the first time. (Same can be traced from all my past call records with Airtel.)
2. Assuming the charge was around Rs 400 I agreed to take up the plan.
3. Later on discussing the same with my colleges I understood that the Onetime fee to be paid was Rs6000!

I got a confirmation call from Airtel asking if I wanted to subscribe to Blackberry Advance Rental 6999/- + Taxes plan in my Airtel Cell No 8146575972

1. I clearly asked them not to activate any such plans on my account. Same can be traced from all my past call records with Airtel.

On the Bill Dated 15/03/2013/ Bill Number: 999656723, I see I am charged Rs 6999.00 despite my request not to activate this service. I called up Airtel Customer Care and briefed them about my issue. The Customer Care personnels said, this change done cannot be reverted. I will have to pay the amount of Rs 6000. On asking what if I wanted to close my connection, they said in that case I will have to shell out Rs 6999 and then be able to close the connection! This is horrible and a mental harassment for me. How do I pay for something I did not ask for. How can I be forced to pay for something that I haven’t used yet.

4. Airtel Call Reference Number – 1225310337

I am using Airtel Broadband service for more than a year now (Acct Number 16290058) and have been paying Rs 1400 plus each month without fail. All I want to ask is, Is this the way how a customer is treated? I request Airtel to look into this issue ASAP ans revert back the amount from my bill. In case this cannot be done, I would like to submit all my Airtel connections(Internet/Postpaid/BB) and pay off any outstanding bills till date for services I have used. I will no way be able to pay the OneTime fee you guys have falsely charged!

I need your help. On 26/02/2013 nearly 3'o clock A.M. I got call from some international number. After that unfortunately , my no gets PUK locked because of changing the settings mistakenly. After, when am discuss with customer care. I got idea to reactivate my sim. But, now i need the Last call logs list which I got before the sim blocked. My no 09380654412, i have been using this no past 8 years in reliance and
Ported to Airtel in the month of October for me and my wife (9381755894) in
Tejas Telecom airtel showroom in Nungambakam.

Have given my id proof ,pan card and photo two copied for me and my wife no,
but in the month of November i got message saying to submit my id proof once
again, while the same proof was given for both the number, only for my no they
said to re submit, so have submitted the same in 20th of November in personal
to that showroom, but my service got disconnected in the month December for the
same reason being after paying one month rental usage.

So again after shouting at that show room why they have not submitted ,they
informed that it was misplaced some where and once again 1 gave the proof and
every, but till date no response from any of them.

Can u Please let me know what is happening, if not please release my no so that
i will change to any other network..

Pls take action on mahesh & suresh in nungambakkam tejas telecom.
