balance deduction related

Sir/madam
my name is dhanraj Beese i am using airtel mobile since last 3 to 4 years also dnd service is active on it...after that my balance is deducted as 45 rs on 5-5-2011 without any reason.../there is big problem also as Customer care nos is also not connect by it...as 198 and 121.../sir i need this balance refund else i have to quit airtel family.../

Subject complaint regarding reduction of balance from my account

Respected sir,
My mobile number is 9896121873 I am using this number from the last 20 years, from the last 1 year I am having problem with your number.
As I am using internet even it is having validity my balance washes out. Yesterday only when I was using my sms service I had sent only 40
sms and airtel took my balance. I am also afraid to get my number recharged as whenever I get it airtel washes my balance. Because of your poor service I had to take another set of Tata docomo along with me. I have also talked to customer complaint no. 198. They agree that there is some technical problem but they don’t give any complaint no.Dear Sir, My sms sevice is also not functioning now. I will be highly obliged if you will give my balance back.
I hope you will take a suitable action of my problem.

cancellation of service

And The Harassment Continues
went to airtel relationship store.They dont accept cancellation application.so they sent me to another retail store.They also said the same and advised to call customer care.The customer care lady told me that my previous request-12515640 has been closed.so had to make a new request -13023500.The lady said this is final and blah blah blah.just do not understand why they close my previous request without my consent.the customer care is totally useless and so are the retail stores.just do not understand if processing for new connection takes only 48 hrs, why cancellation takes forever.i feel cheated by airtel.i regret the decision of talking airtel broadband connection.any help from any one is really appreciated.just want to get rid of this garbage as soon as possible.

i want to cancel airtel landline and braodband connection.so i called 121 and filed complaint.my complaint no.12515640.i got repeated calls from your agent to retain the connection.but i made clear that i dont want to retain the connection.the agent said that the connection will be terminated very soon.after 10 days i called 121 again but i found out that airtel retained the connection without my consent.this is very frustating.i want my connection terminated immediately.i feel very bitter experience with airtel.

cancellation of service

dear sir,

Airtel bills getting generated after discontinuation of connection

Airtel discontinued my broadband connection for late payment of dues. I paid the dues later, and I assumed the connection is already disconnected, but bills are getting generated again. There was no communication as to when / why they reactivated connection. So why should the bills be generated??

This was the mail I got earlier regarding discontinuation:

After I received this mail on 23/12/2011, I paid the bill for the dues and never wanted to continue the connection again as I already left the city. But lately, after this mail, bills were generated for 3 months till current month. As clearly stated in the above mail, they had disconnected and there was no mail communication on resuming/reactivating the connection. Then why would the bills be generated, when the connection is already disconnected? I called up the local airtel office guy last month and he said, it was a mistake in generating bills. He said he will terminate the connection, if not terminated yet, and wont happen again. But the bills were generated for this month as well. AIRTEL tell me how many times, a complaint can be made?? Is there really customer service with Airtel? Never in my life, I would like to take Airtel connections again for any matter. FRUSTRATING!!

automatic subscription

airtel, you really need to stop subscribinng customers to various services without their knowledge and confirmation.not everyone is a lakhpati and crorepati you know!we can't afford to waste our money.very often amounts from my prepaid balance gets deducted and i find that i have subscribed to some silly, useless service like games, gyan etc.so i end the subscription through text message.and after a week or so guess what?again i find that i have subscribed to some new service.all these subscriptions happen without my knowledge and will.it's not only me, this also happens to many of my friends using airtel.so, airtel, do you call this good service?

facing inconvienence in service

Multiple complaints

The costomer care centre is a big disapointment.No one knows even small information about the BBM plans.I called three different helpline numbers (as suggested one after the other) after being on hold on all atleaat for 7mins each and did not get this simple information, This is surprising!!They have all their phresology right but the most important factors are missing-The time of the customer and the core reason of calling-solution to the problem!!
Even after using Airtel for 7yrs now with beautiful connectivity this shakes my faith in the people of the company.This needs seroius attention and right direction of training!

Multiple complaints

I have purchased AirTel new mobile and airtel card few days from AirTel local distributer in Baramati Town. I describe my problems step by step:

1. From AirTel distributer can't get appropriate answers
2. When i am dial 121 customer care but when i choose language marathi , Missing some important word in recording i describe it following " MARATHI BHASHECHI PUSTHI KARNYA SAATHI ....... DAABA" in this line ..... item i cant here. so i cannot connect to customer care.
3. When i call to my friend (India, or any other) they hear their echo voice in their hand set when only i am calling.
4. In my LG hand set i cant store any alarm or schedule , when i try to this "memory full" this type of message displayed on screen. but in memory status i check memory it displays 1033 memory free.
5. finally i am connecting to u r web site for complaint i inserted name, cell no, and other information and when i submitted it
