online recharge failed and not yet refunded

I made an online recharge of Rs.102. on Fri, Dec 21, 2012 at 7:55 AM but the transaction failed due to some technical reason. (Transaction ID - 368262). But my money not refunded yet. I called customer care for two times both of the time they told me to wait and they will cut the call. After that i was blocked from making call to customer care. Its closer to a month but money not refunded.

Kindly look into this.

Airtel sim deactivated

I have switched to from TATA DOCOMO network to AIRTEL network a month ago
(due to very low network coverage of docomo in my office) by
submission of proof in AnnaNagar Airtel showroom, I used it for the first two
weeks without any inconvenience, but on 16.11.2012 Friday morning my outgoing
calls were blocked. Then I went to AnnaNagar Airtel showroom on that day
evening itself and submitted my proofs again, they said it will be activated
with in three working days. But it was not activated.

Then I went to AnnaNagar Airtel showroom again on 21.11.2012 they said that the
form was submitted from our end dated 20.11.2012 with LCS No.28. They asked me
to call from the landline(prepaid) in showroom. One of the customer care
employee picked up and said it will be activated in an hour but it was not
activated(note: when i enquired customer care executive said that my outgoing
calls were blocked due to loss of mobile on 21.11.2012).

Again i went to AnnaNagar Airtel showroom on 23.11.2012, one of the employee
asked me to call from the landline available, when i called one picked up the
call and said it was released and you will be able to make outgoing calls.

But today morning(27.11.2012) my incoming calls were also blocked. When i
called to customer care from another number they said my number was deactivated
for not submitting the proof.

I was using this number for the past five years. I have given this number for
all sort of official and banking purpose.

Note: When ever i call to customer care employees are giving fake information.

Kindly let me know whats happening on your side and I want my number back again
in active condition as soon as possible.

Illegal Charging

Hi,

I am being charged Rs 1.0 everyday for some value added services which i have not requested for.
Airtel always has a tendency to charge their subscribers illegally without their permission. I would want this charging to be stopped immediately.
Please find below the SMS which I receive everyday...
"You have been renewed for OFFERS subscription service from Airtel. You have been charged Rs 1.0."

This is very bad. Stop this immediately. I have been charged Rs 30 since 30 days. I could have used this Rs 30 for my calls.

Deactivation of my SIM

My native place is Lucknow n work station is Maharastra. my cell no 9559766619. Till July '2012 It was working nicely.
I'm having Prepaid SIM from Lucknow and using last three years.
Suddenly I found my SIM is de activated . Asking CC ,not giving satisfactory reason.
Some one is telling Document is not complete. soem one is telling you are not using last two months that 's why deactivated.
pl. let me know actual reasoon.

Delay in shifting LL and Broadband

Hi ,
My Landline number is 080-42184643. On 25th Aug, A shifting request was placed from old address to current Address. SR for this request is : 20792392. As per the message received,shifting will be done within 5 days.. later after an hour I received Call from airtel saying Feasibility test is passed, we can provide you connection but your plan will be changed, i said ok
but when i enquired on 31st Aug,2012 (SR Resolution Date) i was told address is wrong, So i reconfirm the Address. CC executive told me we will call back in 2 hours. but there was no call made but they told my cell was switch off. i was in office and was able to attend calls but no calls came from them. I called up Nodal officer to register the complain. but that was no use.
So i visited the Divyashree building in BG Road, where i was told the connection will be shifted by tuesday evening positiveliy. but tuesday passed , there was no shifting. on enquiry it was told that feasibility test is failed.
Wednesday i requested for cancellation of LL line,but manager (tulsi) promised me line will shifted in 24 hrs but never happen. i again called on thursday (6th Sep). where I was promised by manager
mamtha K that shifting will happen and also she told there will be waiver of Rs 300/- from bill. i replied ok and thanks. but then also shifting does not happen.
friday i was again promised by Pramod but that shifting promised was false. they are not ready to take disconnection request.
Saturday, when I tried for new connection, it was told i wil get it as the person who was giving belongs to Sales and Marketing Division of Bharti Airtel.
Still there is no response from airtel about the shifting but i am being mentally harassed by wrong promise by managers and not taking disconnect request.

Currently I find that new Connection is given to the person who stays in next building ...

I dont know why existing customer is treated like this but for new connection it gets quickly. also not sure when the shifting will happen...

please its my advice dnt take airtel no. otherwise you people also suffer like me. Every time they charge for their services with out even asking.

Money deduct without any reason

Every time they charge for their services with out even asking.

these are the samples where it show every time within couple of sec connect and disconnection has happened and also if you notice whenever 403airtelgprs.Com ip comes in picture the data consumed is well above 5mb that too in 7sec,10sec.

How its possible?? this is completely a fake bill.

Revert back with proper bill or else will file a case in consumer court.

If this remains same will not pay the bills.

The data usage from "403airtelgprs.Com" is totally fraud one.

Fraud bill statement...

Since there is no response from phone and email correspondence, I am copying the email and the issue here-

I just received a bill of Rs.4300 odd for my Airtel 3G Internet. My number is 9611688990, billing period was in last month. My alternate contact for discussing this issue is- 9742019557. Please read through the following points-


1. When I purchased the connection, I was told by the executive that I will be given "Free Double Usage" for the first month and would get a discount of Rs.150/month for 6 months. His name was Nadeem and his number was 9972764491. I opted for a plan of Rs.750 (5GB) after mutual agreement on the above conditions.

2. I checked my usage on 10th April, which was 1GB, this info I got after sending sms to airtel.
I have taken proper care that my usage does not exceed the free download limit. I have not got any response for my issue raised more than a month back. The Rs.150 discount has not been given in the bill, and I have also not been given free double usage (10GB) also. I will not be making the payment of this bill until this issue has been resolved and a new bill is generated for the previous month. There has been no exceeded usage, hence the bill should be Rs.750 - Rs.150 (discount as mentioned) = Rs.600 + Taxes. Once you regenerate and send me the new e-bill, I shall make immediate payment online.

My internet has been disconnected before after 10days from activation date. Why did you let my bill even exceed that amount! And how can you disconnect it before the due date of payment!
I will not a single paisa more than the usage as used only 1GB out of 5GB.

overbilling of my account

Dear Sir/Madam,




This is with regards to our customer service request for change in tariff plan dated Feb 4, 2012.

my airtel landline number is 08244256886


I had placed a request for changing my tariff plan from Rs 250 to Rs 999 unlimited plan. The service request form number that I had presented towards this request is KK 10591. This request was based on the need for me to have unlimited access to the internet. At the time of placing this request the customer service representative indicated to me that the change in tariff plan would be effected from the next billing cycle (commencing on 26th Feb, 2012).




Based on the assurance given by the cutomer representative, our usage of the internet post 24th Feb, 2012 had increased as we were assured that our tariff plan would be changed. However, when we received the bill for the next cycle (26th Feb to 25 March), we were surprised to receive a bill for Rs 7977.94 (bill # 725622681, dated 27/03/2012). What was even more shockig was that my request for the change in tariff had not been effected from Airtel.




After this started my numerous vists to your local customer support office in Saibeen Complex, M G Road as I inquired about the huge bill that I received from Airtel. Mr Kashif attended to me and assured that he would look into the matter and do the needful.




Please observe that my tariff plan has been effected from April 10th, 2012 without me submitting a fresh request. I would request you to ensure that this is looked into and our tariff plan is effected from Feb 26th instead of April 10th, 2012, and a revised bill is sent for making the necessary payment.




You also asked me to forward a scanned copy of the customer service request form. I have attached the scanned copy with this email.

disconnect my connection

I used airtel sim last 6months.but I use mostly airtel data.every month I recharged.but airtel told to me your not using services from long days.they my no to another.today iam going to recharge it won't accepted.I call service centre they we issue the sim to others still it not activated.if it is activated my recharge amount will go to other person.because of airtel doing irresponsible things.so kindly beware about services before going to choose.they won't tell these things or they use unqualified persons to marketing.finally customer going to loss.without customer no airtel.atleast airtel should deliver the notice before going to disconnect.

It is so frustrating!

When ever you try to activate Roaming... they say Regional Roaming is not available... but say Airtel Roaming is available... but finally when you reach your destination... your cell phone becomes a antique of no use :( no signals... nothing... even though there is airtel network in the area...

Call up the customer care... you get all kinds of reasons... ranging from

*** You need to select the network manually tried this second time when I was on roaming... with no results!

****Airtel Roaming was not active if it was not active then how did I get the message saying it is...

As mentioned to above subject my prepaid charges are deducted more than I used.My number is 9004794694.As well as for no. of times inspite dialling *121# I m not getting proper service of displaying the balance.As well as after deduction too, I m not getting the display thing.Due to this its very inconvenient.I want my unnecessary prepaid charges deducted back.
