KESILAPAN MENU YANG DIBERI

26/7/2017 KFC KFC BUKIT DAHLIA

Saya sekeluarga membuat pesanan melalui pandu lalu. Saya membuat pesanan set mushroom cheesy crunch.
Apabila tiba di rumah......kami sangat hampa kerana pesanan yang diperoleh adalah 5 ketul ayam original recipes tanpa sebarang sos keju dan cendawan. Saya cuba hubungi premis tersebut namun talian tidak diangkat....Adalah amat menyusahkan saya untuk pergi semula ke premis tersebut. Permasalahan seperti in bukan yang pertama terjadi di KFC BUKIT DAHLIA...MUNGKIN SETAKAT SEKALI DUA SAYA BOLEH BERTOLAK ANSUR....TETAPI HAL INI SERING BERLAKU....BUKAN ITU SAHAJA SERING KALI MENU YANG DIPESAN TIDAK ADA, KENA TUNGGU 20 MINIT.....PERKHIDMATAN MAKANAN SEGERA APAKAH INI????? PENGURUS BERMUKA MASAM..... "LACK OF HOSPITALITY ETIQUETTE"

KFC SHOULD BE BANNED OR CLOSED DOWN

My name is Mehrdad Zagr I have been a Malaysian Citizen for the past 35 years I think KFC should be banned and C-L-O-S-E permenantly.Why?I tell you.Why I have been paid RM60 once a week and the goddamn KFC is not of standard.The chicken is so crumbly and pasty not cruncy like it used to be,even the new menu nonsense cheese mushroom taste like a rotten cheese dish or something YUCK.Good past menu such as bandito,wrap,popcorn chicken,black pepper sauce,cheezy zinger burger,double down and etc you just cancel it and you introduce some nonsense menu item.How in the world Singapore have good menu such as aforementioned good past item becaume a default item but not Malaysia.I think all KFC should be banned and close down and should change it into texas or popeye and there is the another thing why popeye is close all over malaysia but KFC is expanding?I think if KFC is not going to change and just keep being the same sore loser who keep sabotage other people business so they are just the fried chicken in town which serve the old lame horrible lousey fried chicken and restaurant that introduce menu that a SUCKS big time I think it should just be close DOWN.A word of advice study THE GODDAMN POPEYE AND TEXAS CHICKEN menu and maybe you will learned a think or two because even the late Colonel Sanders says that KFC food have become garbage and I started to think he is absolutely correct.

poor services

Sy kecewa dgn perkhidmatan yg diterima di cwgnBaung Pengkalan Chepa....sy sdh semnggu janji dgn anak nk mkn...cuma x sempt...td...dlm hujan sy redah pegi beli...sy order set cheezy mushroom...tp bila bawa blk tidak ada sos cheezy mushroom...frusrt betul...dan tadi sy ada bgtau x mahu bahagian dada....dh siap minta kepastian x mahu bahagian dada..dia kata..ya x ada...tp bila balik...2 ketul dr 5 ketul yg beli adalah dada...kenapa nk berbohong...kami bayar bkn minta free...kami berhak dpt apa yg kami mahu...minta pihak atasan dpt perhatian kerana bknsekali service di cwgn ini mengecewakan kami...

PLEASE CLOSE KFC

I have fed-up with KFC Service at everywhere. please keep away KFC from Malaysia... I think Texas is more better than KFC. Their service the best. please and please close KFC at Malaysia. KFC TOOK uneducated person become a manager.. that's why its happen. especially, KFC Bandar Tun Hussein Onn. I'm waiting delivery 1 hour and half and manager call me just tell me the delivery will late AFTER I CALL CUSTOMER SERVICE. SO STUPID,

Missing item

Pada 5/1/17 lebih kurang jam 6.30 ptg..saya membeli set 15 pcs ayam dan 9 pcs dan ada tambahan chewy cheese .tetapi chewy cheese tersebut cashier telah terlupa letak.. saya telah menghubungi kfc delivery memandangkan saya tidak mengetahui no tel outlet tersebut..tetapi beliau telah menyuruh saya pergi semula ke outlet itu semula..saya tak faham kenapa saya perlu berpatah balik semula sedangkan itu adalah kesalahan cashier tersebut yg tidak check semula order saya...sedangkan pada masa tersebut hanya saya sahaja customer nya..

Black face with no smile at all

Trainee name: Reynugaa

I would say :" this trainee totally showed her "black face with no smiling " at all , and never said "thank you" during giving back the changes.
This is the most basic customer service in service line.
Please improve it.
I dont think it is so difficult to have a "smile" towards customer lol.

Food Poisoning

On 31/12/2016 I bought KFC at Tesco Semeyih, (Signature box 1 (Zinger burger with chicken and 2pc chicken and Rice plate) 1. After eating the chicken on the night me and my sister vomit and diarrhea non stop for 2 days and fever. This virus infusion attacked my whole family members for pass 3 day include my 1 year & 11 month old baby.

KFC Delivery

I've ordered online at 8.40pm, estimation delivery time around 9.10pm, but arrived at 9.45pm. Furthermore i already put remarks for extra chilli sauce, but then received only one plastic of 2 packet sauce in it and one small spoon. That is for only one person. I ordered two set of snack plate for two person. How could this happen for such a big company fast food. It is really embarrassing and this should not happen to other customers as well.

Kualiti dan servis yang tidak memuaskan

Kfc bandar sunway seberang jaya pulau pinang yang beroperasi di stesen minyak petronas bandar sunway,kualiti ayam goreng kfc yang digoreng seperti sampah.Selain itu masa menunggu pulak amat tidak efisien dan mesra pelanggan.Pelanggan menunggu dengan masa yang lama.Sila ambil tindakan.

Taman maluri branch (AEON )

Had my worst taste of Kfc today. Apart from the small chicken pieces which is known by all, the one i bought today were DRY, DARK BROWN & TASTELESS!!! The chicken was stale and refried thus the dark brown look. Had to throw all away at one bit!! Really frustrated with the quality of Kfc and waste of my $ too! With so many competitors in the market, wake up and have quality control before Kfc's name is drag to the mud

Staff lack of knowledge and rude

First of all I am very unsatisfied service from this restaurant. I would like to pay by credit card but the staff (i was unable to get her name, Malay old lady around 30 to 40 yes old. Short around 150cm with tudung. Name starting with K.. ) I saw the terminal is active but she told me that terminal is for display. Pls educated them to use the modern payment style. Or else remove the terminal from counter. Do not let customer misunderstand that credit card is available.

Attention to KFC TAMAN SENTOSA KLANG, ur staff : ''MARDIANA IS VERY RUDE TO CUSTOMER! bad service, i hope you all improves your customer service ethics as i noticed, NO EYE CONTACT, WRONG ORDER, i repeated 3 times and she still make mistake. .
such a shame to a big successful company 👎🏻
she definitely has no future in customer service.

Late deliver

Im very dissapointed with the service here.. I ordered loaded bowl potato 6.27pm.. And I receive my order 6.57.. Took half and hour.. Ohh god, she didnt even say sorry because so late.. Around 6.40, I go to counter and saw all staff stand at chicken bar instead they should stand at cash counter.. I dont see any customer yet waitinfgfor their meal.. Then one customer come and they stand for a few minutes until she noticed customer come then she go to cash counter.. After then I ask where is my meal and she said not ready without manners.. Im fo fcking pissed with service here! Please treat your staff well and dont be too slow!

Delivery service sucks

Spend yesterday's and today's noon trying to place an delivery order. However, we were informed we have to order after 1 hour due to system breakdown. Then later we tried again, the staffs refused to answer our call and we were disconnected in the middle of the call. Please terminate your business if you are incompetent.

VERY BAD SERVICE

I had very bad service at the KFC in Marion,va I was not happy at all!! Waiting over 30min for an order of 8piece crispy chicken... absolutely ridiculous! These owners really need to check in on there restaurants because there is nothing more than sorry ass kids worming at ALL of them!! HIRE SOME HELP PEOPLE!

Very Bad Service!!!

Totally disappointed with KFC Serdang Perdana Seri Kembangan.
Just visited KFC Serdang Perdana,Seri Kembangan on 3/12/2016 at 1.40pm.Computer at counters got problem,using manual calculation and record cause long queue..Fine!
While waiting,saw a scene..A guy take the boxes to the motor for delivery..One box fell on the floor..Don't care the box first and continue put others boxes to the delivery box on motor..But not responsible..The boxes all upside down..My phone not with me that time otherwise will take a photo. Disappointed with kfc delivery service when saw this situation. Fine!

The MAIN Point is I have ordered and take away 2 sets spicy dinner plate. When I prepare to enjoy kfc as my lunch@@ ,!!! suppose should have 1 potato(not remember the exact name) and 1 vege salad. Totally spoiled my mood and I'm really disappointed with KFC as be given 2 vege salad.Where is my favorite potato??!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I want to eat.............

Previously encountered problem also. I ordered dinner plate set(3 pieces of chicken) and paid. When back home that time, only 2 pieces in the box. But I have piad for the 3 pieces price.What kind of service is that?

Customer services mantop!! Senyum sampai customer longlaii, lg2 yg lelaki, sampai lupe nak order ape. Hahaha
tp....... ayamnye pulak x canteek. Kaler gelap, sejuk, liat pulak tue....
Bile perati betul2, sah nie ayam semalam x habis jual nie.... (bucket 9ketul tue....)
Dahlah order bungkus bawak balik, nak pulang campakkan kt muke diorg, 2@3 kali pikir sbb malas nak pegi semule. Hampeh betul!!!!
Baik tutup jela KFC outlet situ, org pon dah x ramai dtg, kosong jer memanjang...
Bile x habis, simpan n panaskan semule utk jualan the next day yer. Bijak2!!!

tak puas hati

1) your staff tak mengikut procedure
2) layanan yg tidak memuaskan
3) pkl 9.53 pm. saya nak makan dikedai, tp cashier ckp kfc dah nk tutup, wal hal, sy mkn tak tak smpai 30 minit pon..
4) beli set snacker box, dpt fries bole dikira .. adalah dlm 6/7 pcs fries sahaja..
5) beli loaded potato balls, crispy tenders hanya dpt 5/6 pcs sahaja..
so, nak pesan kepada manager tlg ambil tindakan yang sewajarnya demi kfc anda...

Chicken Tenders

I purchased the chicken tenders after watching the promo advertisement on TV. It was so enticing. But it turned out to be a big disappointment. The chicken tenders had very little chicken but heavily coated with chicken skin and breading. Please dont mislead customers. What I expect is just decent servings and value for my money. I will never recommend these chicken tenders to my family or friends. So disappointed with you, KFC!

Arrogant staff

Just bought my dinner 5 minutes ago. It is very disappointing to be treated arrogantly by the 'high positioned' crew member zuhaidi in Nusentral outlet. No greetings, no eye contact, arrogant face which i dont know in what bloody mind u think u should act arrogant when u r just a sad looking kfc crew and no thank you. The higher management please look at this matter seriously because the face he make will lose your customers appetite. Lastly,my advice to the Outlet manager, please remind your staff that it is not other persons fault that make your staff end up being a kfc crew. Please be responsible to the choice u make in life. My receipt number is 845-379. I will come again next week and i will make sure ill go to this loser. Better be a better person by then.

Manager very rude very horrible service nightmare staff attitude.

Very rude!! Very horrible service!!! An ecetptable at all..i went to kfc bukit bintang jln alor on 16/11/16 to buy my kfc for my husband as soon as i came to the counter the que is too long and only 1 counter open.i think about 15 customer waiting for their turn and only 1 counter open how bad is that!!!! The cashier who served us really rude while he pack the chicken he bang all the stuff seems like his too angry.i was standing almost 20min to get my turn and suddenly the manager came i dont know weather she is a girl or boy but for sure shes or he is the nanager over there.and he start to open another counter as a manager i think she or he must be been in the management training how to handle customer but i think he or she not deserved in that position.they way she or he served the customer she seems like shout while talking yo the customer omg!!!!! Kfc company whats is wrong with you staff!!!!! Please train your staff ask them.to be polite to the customer remember we paid they salary if we not buying kfc who giving ur company money!!!! And 1 more think that cashier who served me seems like lazy to talk i havent finish my order and he left when i told him i still want to order then he said nest time order 1 time not while im packing the chicken you still want to order more!! What the hell!!!!! Excused me ypur staff left while im stil talking!!! And i ask for chciken thight he gave me chicken wings kfc holding malaysia please train your staff properly they dont even know the chicken part which one!!!! And chicken was served too dark i dont know how long the keep in the hot cabin.and smell of old oil in that chicken.
I am regular customer buying kfc in sungai wang compare than sungai wang to jalan alor branch is 100000000000000 times sungai wang much more better service.i think who ever the incharge of the outlet please do someting with your outlet!!!! Its horrible service i ever had iny life!!!! Thank you very much.

1/STAFF TIDAK AMBIL ORDER IKUT APA YANG SYA MAHU.BILA SAYA SURUH DIA CANCEL ORDER TERSEBUT,STAFF KATA TIDAK BOLEH SEBAB SUDAH PUNCH DALAM MESIN CASH. PADAHAL SEBELUM NI BRANCH LAIN,KALAU ADA KESILAPAN BOLEH JER CANCELKAN ORDER YANG TIDAK BETUL

2/SAYA ORDER ZINGER BURGER COMBO SUPER JIMAT BOX , STAFF KATA KENA TUNGGU DALAM 15MINIT DAN MAKANAN AKAN DIHANTAR KE MEJA SAYA. BAGI SAYA NOMBOR GILIRAN UNTUK MENUNGGU , TETAPI SAMPAI SETENGAH JAM TUNGGU MAKANAN MASIH TIDAK SAMPAI.BILA PERGI KAUNTER RUPANYA DIA TUNGGU SAYA DATANG AMBIL SENDIRI SEDANGKAN MASA TU ADA RAMAI STAFF LAIN YANG AVAILABLE DAN CUSTOMER TIDAK RAMAI.DI KAUNTER HANYA ADA SATU CUSTOMER DENGAN DUA KAUNTER DIBUKA.KENAPA TIDAK BAGITAHU SAJA DARI AWAL KENA AMBIL SENDIRI?? TAPI SEBELUM NI KFC BRANCH LAIN TIDAK PULA BEGITU.

3/AYAM KFC YANG DIHIDANGKAN SUDAH SANGAT SEJUK DAN AYAM TIDAK SEPENUHNYA MASAK.OK YANG NI PALING MENYAKITKAN HATI.BUKAN SEKALI DUA BENDA NI JADI DI CAWANGAN INI.

SAYA SALAH SEORANG PELANGGAN KFC YANG SANGAT MENYUKAI AYAM KFC DAN HAMPIR SETIAP MINGGU AKAN BELANJAKAN DUIT MASUK RESTORAN KFC TAPI SEMUA HAL DI ATAS BUAT SAYA SERIK UNTUK BELI KFC DI CAWANGAN TERSEBUT.MUGKIN SEBAB PIHAK ATASAN TERLALU MEMANJAKAN STAFF ATAU TIDAK AMBIL PEDULI LANGSUNG BRANCH DI LUAR BANDAR MENYEBABKAN STAFF DI KAWASAN2 INI SESUKA HATI MELAYAN PELANGGAN DAN TIDAK MENGAMBIL KIRA KUALITI AYAM KFC YANG DIHIDANGKAN.
