Pekerja tidak mesra

Pekerja langsung tidak senyum.buat kerja ikut perasaan.saya mtk separate bill kenapa perlu marah?kami bukan mintak sedekah nak makan,we r paying for u nd dont treat us like a beggar.4 times i went to kfc in changlun,same person was argue with customer.

sikap pekerja yang tidak bertanggungjawab

saya ingin meluahkan rasa tidak berpuas hati dan kasihan kepada kakitangan kfc yang bekerja sebagai CSC(customer service crew) di bahagian hadapan . pada hari tersebut adalah new year dan sudah tentu pelanggan akan membanjiri kfc namun amat mengecewakan apabila saya melihat hanya 2 krew yang bekerja mundar mandir untuk membersihkan meja , menghantar order dan sebagainya sehingga mereka dimarahi pelanggan kerana servis yang lambat .manager seharusnya lebih alert apabila tiba hari perayaan dan tahun baru untuk meletakkan bilangan pekerja yang banyak di bahagian CSC . Saya berasa sangat simpati apabila terdengar perbualan 2 csc tersebut bahawa mereka telah meminta manager untuk menambahkan bilangan csc di hadapan namun tidak diendahkan . Anda tidak berasa kasihan kepada pekerja anda sendiri ? saya turut tidak beruas hati terhadap cashier yang tidak menunjukkan riak muka yang mesra semasa melayan pelanggan . apabila pelanggan sudah mulai berkurang di counter , saya rasa ada baiknya cashier membantu csc dihadapan kerana terlalu ramai cashier disana yang hanya bersembang dan melihat csc bekerja mundar mandir sambil ketawa bersama manager . Saya juga mendengar banyak aduan berkaitan kfc gunung rapat yang sangat biadap terhadap pelanggan . Tolong baiki sevis anda KFC gunung rapat .

tarikh gaji

Salam sejahtera dan selamat pagi kepada kfc holding...saya seorang pekerja sambilan di kfc dan buat masa sekarang saya buat 8 jam sehari..dan mempunyai isteri dan anak yang masih kecil dan telah bekerja di kfc selama 3 tahun..selama saya bekerja di kfc holding..saya tidak pernah dapat gaji pada tarikh yang tetap..kekakang 1 haribulan..dan kekadang 2 haribulan paling tidak tahan mengawal mara pada tarikh 3 haribulan..adakah kfc holding sesuka hati ingin masok gaji sesuka hati??pada tahun baru ini 2018 saya masih tidak dapat gaji lagi..dan bukan saya seorang..tapi ramai rakan sekerja saya masih belum dapat gaji..saya mengharap gaji akan masok sebelum start sekolah..tapi malang sekali harini pada tarikh 2/1/2018 masih belum terima gaji..saya rasa tertekan dengan keadaan saya sekarang kerana masih belum beli barang sekolah anak dan barang dapur dan sebagainye..saya tidak hairanlah kalau staff yang fulltime kerana mereka mendapat gaji pada tarikh yang tetap iaitu 25 haribulan..adakah pekerja partime ini di anak tirikn??dan adakah pekerja fulltime disanjungkan??..kepada pihak atasan..segeralah membuat perancangan untuk pekerja mendapat tarikh yang tetap akan memudahkan lagi perancangan kepada yang membuat partime di restoran kfc holding..dengan ekonomi yang semakin tenat ini..ramai lagi yang mencari pekerja sambilan kerana ingin menambah kewangan untuk meneruskan kehidupan..sekian dari saya yang bekerja sambilan di restoran kfc holding..dan kerjasama pihak atasan atau HR dapat mempertimbangkan aduan saya ini..sekian terima kasih..

Failed in online delivery

To whom it may concern,

I would like to lodge complaint regarding failure delivery KFC on time. FYI, I have made online delivery KFC set F and coleslaw (large)on 28/12/2017@1530hrs. The delivery date in the online system was stated 28/12@/2017@1605hrs. However, the delivery was delayed for more than 1 hour. I have made twice calls to KFC online. Based on first call, customer service Ida and Saiful informed me that branch manager has actually aware on the delay and will call me back but no one is calling me at all to make any apology. It was truly disappointed with bad management though! With my second call, I have cancelled my order eventually. The nearest KFC store is just 10 mins time to reach my home according to google map! I am not sure why it takes more than 1 hour..This is my first time and last time for me to order KFC in Malaysia. I hope that there will be someone from KFC management to clarify ineffeciency in KFC. Terkilan

Selamat Sejahtera. Minggu lepas, pd hari khamis, 21/12/2017, sekitar pukul 4 petang, sy bersama-sama seorang anak dan adik dtg ke KFC. Sy tak mahu sebutkn nama pekerja tersebut, tetapi kalau kamu ada CCTV boleh la tngok rakaman CCTV pd tarikh tersebut. Kami dtg untuk makan di situ dn untuk dibawa balik. Semasa buat pesanan, sy beritahu pekerja tersebut bahawa saya mahu ayam yg besar dan panas. Saya pesan satu set snake plate dan satu set tenders box serta cheezy wedges satu (ntah betuk ke tidak ejaan sy tu..huhu). Saya ada bertanya sama ada ayam tersebut panas dan pekerja berkenaan mengeyakannya. Memandangkan kedudukan ayam hanya berada di belakang kaunter sahaja, saya boleh melihat dengan jelas akan cara pekerja berkenaan memilih ayam untuk saya. Dia memilih seketul rusuk ayam yg sederhana besar dan seketul lagi bahagian drumstik yg sangat kecil. Seketul ayam sederhana besar juga untuk set tenders box. Apabila set pesanan diletakkan di hadapan saya, saya berasa sedikit kecewa sebab saya ada membuat permintaan untuk ayam yang besar, sebaliknya yang saya dapat tidak dapat memuaskan hati saya memandangkan saya boleh lihat bahawa masih banyak ayam yang bersaiz besar di dalam tempat stok ayam goreng di belakang mereka. Oleh sebab itu, saya meminta pekerja berkenaan menukar drumstik ayam yang sangat kecil tadi dengan bahagian kepak dengan harapan pekerja tersebut akan berikan bahagian kepak yang besar yang saya boleh lihat dengan jelas dari tempat saya membuat pesanan tersebut. Malangnya, saya lihat dengan jelas yang pekerja berkenaan sengaja memilih bahagian kepak yang sangat kecil untuk saya. Saya amat terkilan dan beranggapan bahawa pekerja wanita tersebut tentu akan pilih ayam yang besar untuk saya jika saya seorang lelaki. Hal ini kerana, saya pernah buat permintaan yang sama kepada pekerja lelaki yang ambil order saya sebelum itu, dan dia memenuhi permintaan saya tanpa sedikit kesilapan. Maka, saya beranggapan bahawa saya dilayan seperti itu kerana pekerja itu wanita. Saya akhirnya ambil sahaja makanan yang telah saya pesan dan membebel sedikit. Kekecewaan saya tidak berakhir di situ, kerana pesanan kami semuanya sejuk dan suam-suam kuku sahaja. Aduh! Saya tidak dapat menghabiskan makanan saya kerana berasa sakit hati. Saya beritahu kepada adik bahawa saya akan goreng semula baki ayam yg masih ada bila sampai di rumah. Dah la kecil, sejuk pula. saya membebel sendiri. Kemudian, saya buat pesanan lagi untuk dibawa balik untuk suami dan adik-adik yang lain. Saya pergi ke kaunter yang lain kerana kaunter yang tadi tu dh ditutup. Sy pesan set ayam 9pc kali ni. Saya bgtau pekerja tersebut bahawa saya nak ayam yang panas sbb td saya dapat ayam yg dah sejuk. Pekerja tersebut turut mengeyakan juga seperti pekerja yang tadi. selepas tunggu bberapa minit akhirnya pesanan saya sampai. Malangnya bila sampai di rumah, ayam yg sepatutnya 9 ketul, hanya ada 8 ketul di dalamnya dan kecil-kecil saiznya. Takkan lah nak patah balik bila dh sampai rumah. Lain lah kalau KFC tu sebelah rumah saja... Allahu.. dah la masa di KFC td saya dh rasa kecewa, akhirnya, saya menjadi sangat marah dan mancarut sedikit..huhu.. hilang sabar.. camna la ba dorg tu buat kerja.. adohai... betul2 menyakitkan hati. Tujuan saya bangkitkan hal ini bukanlah untuk mengaibkan sesiapa, tetapi untuk penambahbaikan. Ya mmg benar bahawa walaupun ada frasa tentang "Customer is always right" tetapi realitinya ada juga yg tak berapa benar. Ini bukan kisah tentang saya yang banyak lemak ke apa sbb sy dh menjadi pelanggan KFC selama lebih sedekad.. Sebelum ni sy boleh ja sabar kalau ada apa2 tp haritu mmg buat sy hilang sabar.. Sy fikir " sy patut dapat apa yang saya bayar". Sy bayar makanan tu kan, bukannya ambil percuma.. Maaf kalau ada kata-kata yang mengguris hati. Sekian terima kasih.

bodoh manager

pada 18/12/2017pukul 12.30 tengah hari aku dtg kfc ni dan terpaksa que dalam 5 orang..lepas cashier amik order aku terpaksa tunggu ayam lama..apa guna manager ramai2 di dinning kalau servise slow..staff main2 di dfalam..tolong lah kfc..u fast food restaurant okey...please take note...

QUALITY OF SERVICE

Hello,

Today( 22/12/2017,14:08) i was deciding to have my lunch at KFC at KIPMall Bandar Baru Bangi. I was queuing about 15 minutes, but its okay. I know that you just hiring a new staff and i consider it as a reason why i must queuing for that long time. But when my turn comes, suddenly your staff ask me like ' Boleh ke?' without explaining to me. Even though i overheard the conversation with one of your staff about packing a bucket set of another people instead taking my order. What do you aspect me to answer? 'Yes, i can wait. I have a lot of time in KFC. I have 4 hours lunch break'.People choose fast food because they have limitation of time.So do training your staff! or you can learn from McD. The manager itself help their staff to serve a meal during peak hours. your service totally ruin my mood to have a lunch for today.

PLEASE IMPROVE YOUR SERVICE QUALITY.

Delay my order

On 21/12/2017 around 3pm, I'm making an order at the KFC branch in TBS Kuala Lumpur. I order a burger and a loaded potato bowl, but the cashier say the loaded potato bowl need to wait 15 minutes. Ok nevermind, I can wait 15 minutes so I may payment for the above order. However, after 25 minutes, my order still didn't come. Therefore, I go to the counter and ask all the employees there 'already 25 minutes why my order still didn't come'. The truth is they missed my order. Then I say 'nevermind, due to I rush time(because my bus is at 3.30pm), I want cancel my order'. But they don't want let me cancel and say 'do it for me now'. However, they didn't do it for me quickly, they still wait wait wait. I don't know they want wait for what. At that time already 3.28pm and before I already say my bus is 3.30pm. And also they didn't say sorry to me. So, finally I still didn't get my loaded potato bowl because I can't wait already. Bad service and bad attitude of employees at the KFC branch in TBS, Kuala Lumpur.

Bad service

On 6 Dec 2017, about 4.20pm ,I had dine in at your KFC branch in Ampang,Store ID 1010375.
I had ordered a snack plate and also a Signature box,all the items is ready except the burger in the Signature box,the staff was telling me that they will sent over to my table and give me a Number stand.I was waiting,and waiting,while I'm almost finished my meal I realized that the other customers who come after had got their orders,a few table was eat and left,but my burger hasn't arrived (My number stand is putting on the table which clearly can see by the people who passing by,at first I assumed that they are busy,but when all my food is finished,my burger hasn't arrived,and it is already 5.15,I'm going to the counter because I saw most of the staff was chi chat over there and nobody was bother that ,when I go to the counter and asked about my Burger,thy took another 5 minutes to find out what happened,and don't even apologize,I'm really upset for this,and I asked for cancelled as I'm already done,and dun have the appetite to eat it,but the staff ask me back how about the chicken,it's mean that they totally forget and don't know what I'm having ,after I telling I already had my chicken and she told me that they can't cancelled as is a set.Okay fine,I just took the burger and left.lastly I would hope that KFC of this outlet could took a look on this kind of problem,is not the first time I encountered here,but this time I'm waited for more than 30 minutes which is not in a peak hour.

Poor Facility & Cleaness

I & my family are very often to having meal at KFC Giant Kinrara Puchong.

But we noticed that the tables, chairs & even floor are very dirty & oily. Staff didn't clean up the table and just let the residue of food stay on the table. Flies fly around......

The very last time i went for dinner with my family is about 2 weeks ago. This is the first time we bring along my 11months old baby. Very surprised to found that there are NO BABY CHAIR PROVIDED ! ! !
I have to carry the baby with one hand & eating with another hand, and my husband got to hold the baby to keep her from slipping off me. And at the same time, both of us have to raise our guard in case she takes the food/drinks.

It is a terrible experience. We total can't eat properly and we leave without finish our meal finally......

Can't imagine a family restaurant are no baby chair provided.

Saya bukan seorg pekerja, tapi rakan kepada pekerja. Saya dapat tahu yg manager di cawangan tu tidak adil sehingga kan memberikan pekerja yg DISAYANGI cuti sekaligus sehingga kan kekurangan pekerja di cawangan itu. Saya kasihan. Tapi xmampu buat apa2. Pukul 5.07 petang 23nov 2017,saya ingin mengambil pesanan saya yang berharga rm21.50.saya memberikan rm30 tapi dengan agak kurang sopan pekerja chashier menyatakan tak ada rm2 ke!!sengal lah!!.saya kata tak ada.(di belakang ada yang mentertawakan dan SEDANG MAKAN PULA..tak apa sabar saya boleh tahan lagi,saya mencuba ayam apabila sampai di rumah.ayam kfc rasa pasir dan bau terok,sabar saya dah tak tertahan.ini sudah melampau kfc petron batu9 hulu langat,baik anda periksa staff anda..adakan kaunseling untuk melayan baik pelanggan anda,menyakitkan hati..nama staff kaunter yang tertulis di resit adalah 307 MIZI (DT)

wrong sense worker

I am Abdul wahid, i am residing in singapore. I came to malaysia for a tour and i am moving to India as my next travel. I am staying at Ampang place. I came to your shop on 17.11.2017,shop location KFC Jalan Wawasan 2/3, Bandar Baru Ampang, 68000 Selangor, I came with my wife and my daughter.. my daughter age is 16. On your shop one of the workers saw my daughter in wrong sense that i noticed. If sees my daughter as normal thats ok but his sight is not in good sense... and looking at my daughter for a long and number of times. He is called my daughter using some different sounds, This kind of persons, making the tourists to be get irritated and to make them feel unhappy. Dont placement the young age persons at this place and never make others feel, its all in the hand of the shop owners. all the younge people's not doing like this, It's happen front of the shop, he is wearing KFC uniform That time i notedown The worker name. The worker name is " Fadzil ". Appearance of the worker short and black, Never make placement of this young age person to make to other also feel and make unhappy. I am posting this information, as a father i am really feeling for this. Please take some action on this... feel as a father while taking this action. And please share the action that you taken on him (the worker) to my mail. if you not take action against him i write the mail to KFC headquarters, my mobile number not reached Because i am travelling abroad.

Saya rasa kecawa dgn service KFC Triang. Saya membeli melalui DT sudah dua kali saya meminta ayam spicy tatapi tetap mereka memberi ayam ori tanpa memberitahu atau meminta maaf kepada saya. Saya KFC nie perlu mempertingkatkan lagi service agar staf anda boleh melakukan kerja dgn jujur dan ikhlas.

POOR SERVICE

Kelmarin 7/11/17 lebih kurang 3.40pm sy dtg untuk makan di kfc balok. Apa yang kurang menarik disini ialah hanya satu kaunter sahaja dibuka walaupun customer que dah lebih 5org. Ada ramai staff di bahagian belakang. Manager juga tidak kelihatan. Sangat mengecewakan dengan situasi ini. Terpaksa berdiri lama untuk membuat pesanan dan terpaksa menunggu lama jugak untuk mendapatkan makanan.

Juruwang Biadab KFC Bandar Pusat Jengka

Pada jam 13.17 petang tadi (5/11/2017) saya telah pergi ke KFC cawangan Bandar Pusat Jengka,saya telah membeli Family Feast 5pc combo,saya telah pergi ke kaunter no 2 untuk membuat pembelian yang dijaga oleh juruwang bernama NURUL (memakai cermin mata)masa tiba dikaunter saya kurang peka tentang harga combo yang telah dijelaskan oleh juruwang tersebut,dan juruwang itu dengan nada yang agak biadab menjelaskan harga bil yang perlu saya bayar dengan muka yang masam (tidak puas hati dan tidak mesra)saya sebagai pelanggan yang kerap berbelanja di KFC cawangan Bandar Pusat Jengka sangat kesal dengan keadaan ini,saya berharap pihak KFC akan memberi latihan yang cukup kepada juruwang tersebut tentang tatatertib melayani pelanggan ketika dikaunter

Bad service

I came to kfc sungai besar around 10.30pm. All fried chickens are gone n the closing tine is 2.00 am.the staff didnt mentioned they are frying new ones instead she promoting burgers.in this case better not open until 2.00 am..closed down around 8.cant tolerate this anymore

Complaint on POOR SERCIVE

I am really disappointed with the service of KFC at Petronas Metramac Cheras that I visited (27/10/17 at 12.04pm).I have placed my order by drive thru but the your worker(Yana) ask my mother to drive to the front parking as she said we blocked the others but there was no any customers behind us at all.Then we waited for 20 minutes we still didnt get our meal.At that time was raining heavily so my mother went into the store to ask but accidentally she fell down and all your workers saw it.And what we discovered is your worker (Yana) have the food prepared but didnt sent it to us and none of your workers apologize for didnt sending us the meal and the Yana keep saying she is just the cashier. And others workers just shirked their responsibility.Is this kind of POOR SERVICE that your BIG KFC Company provide?What is the point that I went to drive-thru but I still have to went into the store to get my meals?Now my mother has hurt and fell into sick because of your BAD SETVICE but she got no apology from your workers !!!! I hope that your company give me a good explanation and solution if not I will take action!!!

BAD SERVICE

KFC LIMBANG BRANCH is having bad service. The operation hours are from 9 am until 11 pm but after 9 pm KFC LIMBANG BRANCH won't cook any chickens for sale unless you order in more quantity. Since the business hours until 11 pm why after 9 pm no any choice for order.

Besides that, one of the managers (work night shift on 19/10/2017) is bad in managing. He doesn't know how to arrange the worker, front cashier only have one people is serving the long queue customers. Then the order not giving by queue, he gave for his friends first. Customers wait a long time no service at all.
