Inefficient KFC Delivery service

I ordered "KFC Bucket Berbaloi 12-pc Combo" through KFC apps at 12.25pm on 6 August 2020.

Delivery time was 60mins, which should be reached at 1.25pm.

However, the order did not reach, & the KFC Tesco Puchong personnel called me at 1.55pm stating that the order is delayed again & could not give a estimated delivery time.

Reason for delay is they have only 1 rider which is unacceptable.

I ordered the bucket for lunch for young kids at home & not for teatime.

When I asked to cancel the order, they requested for my credit card number, which is not acceptable.

I hope that I would get a proper response from KFC management as this is due to KFC's negligence.

DELEVERY KFC TERLALU LAMBAT SAMPAI

Pada 08/07/2020, pukul 12.00 tgh hari saya telah membuat order delivery melalui KFC App. Setelah proses pembayaran melalui debit card selesai dan saya dpt email dari pihak KFC, transaction saya succesfull dan pihak KFC menyatakan oder saya akan tiba pada pukul 01.03 ptg disebabkan sy telah memilih masa penghantaran selama 60 minit. Kemudian, 5 minit selepas itu saya mendapat coll daripada pekerja KFC mengenai transaction saya ada 2 kali dan saya ingin batalkan salah satu transaction tersebut dan pekerja tersebut memaklumkan bahawa oder saya mungkin akan lewat sikit sebab hujan dan tidak akan lebih daripada pukul 1.30 ptg. Akan tetapi, hampir pukul 2 ptg saya coll semula pekerja KFC tersebut untuk bertanyakan tentang oder saya dan dia memaklumkan bahawa rider yang menghantar oder saya itu telah berada di kawan Presint 15. Akan tetapi setelah 20 minit berlalu, rider tersebut tidak juga tiba di rumah saya. Saya pun coll semula dan bertanya lagi. Pekerja tersebut memaklumkan rider tersebut mempunyai banyak oder dan disebabkan itu lambat kerana menghantar oder2 ke kompleks kerajaan dahulu. Saya pun naik marah lah, dan pada saya perlu hantar ke kawasan Presint 15 dahulu kerana KFC ini di kawasan Presint 15 yang sama dengan rumah saya. Ini tidak adil dan saya rasa pihak KFC P15 tidak mempunyai strategi dalam penghantaran oder. Saya berasa amat kecewa dan marah lalu saya minta untuk CANCEL ODER saya itu dan meminta REFUND darida pihak KFC. Rider yang menghantar oder saya itu ada meminta saya sharekan location rumah saya tapi saya dah tak ada mood untuk menerima oder tersebut lagi. bagaimana ya, daripada penghantaran untuk 60 minit boleh jadi 2 jam lebih??? Saya berharap pihak KFC akan mengambil tindakan dan seterusnya memantapkan lagi strategi dan prestasi dalam DELIVERY ODER kepada pelanggan supaya perkara sebegini tidak akan berulang lagi.

Promosi 'KFCRAYA30' yang mengelirukan

Salam sejahtera.

Saya ingin mengutarakan beberapa isu berkaitan satu promosi yang dijalankan oleh pihak KFC yang dinamakan sebagai 'KFCRAYA30' (baner promosi dilampirkan). Sepertimana yang dimaklumi ramai, promosi berkenaan berlangsung sempena hari raya aidifitri yang dijadualkan berakhir pada 31 May 2020 bagi tempahan yang dibuat menggunakan aplikasi KFC. Pada baner promosi tertera bahawa pembelian pakej pakej tertentu akan diberikan promosi potongan sebanyak 30%. Namun apabila pelanggan telah membuat pilihan pembelian, didapati bahawa jumlah potongan hanyalah sebanyak rm10 sahaja (gambar dilampirkan). Promosi seperti ini adalah sangat mengelirukan dan boleh ditakrifkan sebagai satu promosi yang tidak bertanngungjawab, yang tidak sewajarnya dibuat oleh syarikat besar seperti KFC. Ini adalah bedasarkan kepada faktor faktor berikut:

1. Pada banner promosi, tertera dengan jelas dengan tulisan pada sais font yang lebih besar daripda font lain, serta dengan warna lain yang lebih terang bahawa promosi yg ditawarkan adalah sebanyak 30%. Tetapi apa yang sebenarnya ditawarkan adalah berbeza. Iaitu seolah olah di hadkan pada rm10 sahaja. Namun maklumat ini tidak dapat dilihat tertulis dimana-mana.

2. Harga produk yang berbeza. Untuk pakej yang sama, (saya ambil contoh pakej 'Bucket Kongsi 12-pc Combo') tetapi untuk 2 pilihan pembelian yang berza, hara yang ditawarkan oleh KFC adalah berbeza. Harga untuk pakej Delivery diiklankan pada rm73.90 (gambar dilampirkan) tidak termasuk kos penghantaran dan cukai, manakala harga untuk self collect pula ialah rm65.50 (gambar dilampirkan). Bagi satu produk yang sama, diiklankan pada 2 harga yang berbeza, ini bagi saya adalah satu promosi yang tidak bertanggungjawab yang boleh dibaca sebagai berniat untuk mengelirukan pengguna.

Saya tidak jelas apa motif sebenar pihak pemasaran dan promosi KFC mengeluarkan promosi ini pada masa sekarang. Iaitu pada musim perayaan yang rata rata kanak kanak mungkin teruja untuk menikmati KFC. Namun amat menyedihkan apabila keinginan mereka ini seperti diambil kesempatan oleh pihak KFC untuk memperdaya mereka. Ramai maklum, dimusim PKP seperti sekarang, pergerakan orang ramai agak terhad, dan banyak bergantung kepada perkhidmatan delivery. KFC tidak sewajarnya membezakan harga iaitu dengan menjadikan harga lebih mahal bagi produk yang ditempah untuk penghantaran, ditambah pula dengan charge penghataran.

Diharapkan pihak KFC dapat menyemak kembali strategi pemasaran yang saya sifatkan sebagai tidak beretika seperti ini demi menjaga nama baik KFC. Berniagalah dengan jujur agar KFC tidak dipandang serong.

Order delivery tapi tak sampai-sampai.

Pada 19/4/2020, pukul 2.50 ptg di presin 15 putrajaya., saya membuat order delivery melalui KFC App di talipon bimbit saya. Setelah proses pembayaran melalui debit card cimb saya selesai dan saya dah dpt email dari pihak KFC ttg transaction detail saya succesful. Setelah hampir dua jam saya tunggu, tak ada delivery pon sampai lalu saya ambil keputusan ke KFC Presint 15 utk tanya ttg order saya. Yang amat mengecewakan saya nama saya tak ada dalam list order.Sebelom itu saya dah contact KFC Presint 15 tapi tak berangkat taliponnya. Manager KFC Presint 15 mengatakan talipon disitu rosak. Lalu beliau cuba utk menyelesaikan masalah saya ni pada pihak KFC tp masih tak berjaya. say meminta nya membatal kan saja saya punya pesanan dan memohon pihak KFC refund kembali wang saya dan saya order lain di kaunter dan bayar cash. Saya minta pihak KFC mengambil berat hal macam ni supaya tak berlaku lagi di lain kali..

Bad service

Yesterday (1/4) around 5 to 6 pm i bought my kfc at kfc tasek perak. Their hygiene and social distances are good since we are in covid-19 but unfortunately their staff at the counter are so rude. No greeting, no smile, take my order with bad reaction in their face. I know everyone is tired but we as a customer have a right to be treat nicely since we paid our own meal with our money and also paid our service tax too. To make thing worse i order 5 sneaker box, 1 rice plate, 1 snack plate set ,all of therm come with soft drink but i only get 5 soft drink. I hate to say this but your competitor (macdonald) are so much better than your. I look forward for a better improvement from this branch. Thank you

Pekerja buat Kerja sambil Merungut

kepada pihak KFC diminta untuk memantau pekerja anda di cawangan kuala klawang. even ada custumer terpikir nak tukar order last minit u as a pekerja please la jgn nak merungut. sebab time tu saya dtg xde pelanggan langsung pon dlm kfc time tu... so ape masalah kalau i nk tukar order... kerja biar iklas.. please tekur pekerja di sana ya... t.kasih

penjaga kaunter kurang ajar

Selepas saya membuat order..saya ingin membayar mengguna kan touch n go e wallet. Setelah mencuba beberapa kali hampir 10 ke 15 minit seorang lelaki dtg membantu dan mereka bergaduh setelah tidak boleh melakukan pembayaran tersebut..lalu saya membuat keputusan membayar menggunakan tunai..setelah siap membayar..saya menunggu makanan siap..kemudian number pesanan saya dipanggil dan saya datang untuk mengambil makanan,pertama sekali saya telah perasan saya tidak diberi set super jimat box set d.lalu saya bertanya kenapa tiada set makanan tersebut..lalu dia memeriksa dan memberi semula,kemudian saya beredar ke tempat duduk. saya perasan set yg diberi adalah salah. Saya order super jimat box set d tetapi diberi super jimat box set a kemudian saya pergi semula kali ke 2 untuk memberi tahu set yg diberi adalah salah..kemudian mereka memberi tahu itu adalah set sebenar yg di order..saya rasa hilang sabar tanpa meninggi kan suara saya kembali semula ke tempat dusuk dan memeriksa resit pembayaran dan bertanya semua buat kali ketiga kenapa harga super jimat box set a berharga 15.50 ??..harga sebenar adalah 9 ringgint something untuk set a...kemudian seorang lelaki memeriksa semula dan berkata kesalahan wanita tersebut..wanita tersebut kemudian nya mengatakan bagi jelah set d itu dengan nada menjengkilkan seolah-olah saya adalah seorang peminta sedekah kepada mereka saya merasa maruah saya terlah dihina oleh pekerja Kentucky fried chicken (kfc) tersebut..adakah ini layanan seorang pekerja terhadap pelanggan??...untuk bukti boleh lihat cctv pada restoran tersebut masa pkol 6 hingga 8 ptg 31.12.2019...dia ada menghina dan memperlekehkan kfc tersebut yg mana dia berkata kepada seorang lagi lelaki itu dan merendah kan jawatan seorang manager yg bekerja di kfc dan bekerja di kfc bukan lah sesuatu yg boleh di banggakan

Pekerja biadab

Okey ni pekerja dia sangat biadap ea dengan customers mereka. Haritu dia tak buat order saya then dia boleh pulak pi marah saya depan orang ramai padahal kalau check cctv memang dia tak buat order saya maybe terlupa, tapi boleh pulak nak marah.

Pekerja yang sama, next day I pergi lagi KFC KCM KUANTAN PAHANG tu then saya berdiri terpacak dekat counter dalam 5 minute sebab pekerja dia duk borak. Aku yang tanya “ lama lagi ke nak borak “ then baru nak amik order aku.

Ketiga, masih yang sama yea HAHAHA haritu aku datang awal kfc dalam pukul 11 masa tu kita orang order set nasi then boleh staff kfc tu cakap “ mengarutnya pagipagi ni “ sambil pandang aku er !

Lagi satu ni last, baru semalam yea.. aku order set nasi and ayam ketul then dia bagi ayam yang kecik tu yang untuk set jimat tu. Kepala hotak mak bapak dia aku bayar sial ei !!

Oh yea nama dia syahiman, orang yanng berkulit sangat hitam, KFC KCM YEA! Service terok !!!

you really make me so nervous !!
i should wait 2 hours to get my order after calling you hundred times , customer service did not replay and if they replay they put you on hold or close the line on you !!! ,, and finally you get not what you paid for ! what is that ?!!

it is not the first time this happened but maybe for the forth time !!
- the delivery takes around 1 hour and half to 2 hours to get the order with many calls to get the order though the branch is near from home only 5 min by bike!

-Your food quality is horrible too and the order is always not as i ordered, they gave me always something i did not order of the food and even the Pepsi and when i asked to change it or get me what i paid for delivery man said that he will go and collect mt order and come back but he just went without any return and did not answer my calls ! though i paid with my visa so my money is gone for restaurant has no responsibility !

-In addition to your horrible customer service, Please take note to serve your customers since we are actually paying for it. At this rate you are going to lose the very little customers you already have.

Teamwork pls

Servis yg memuaskan. Mesra dan pantas. Tiada aduan sbg customer.

Cuma pada Ahad, 22 Disember 2019 dlm 11.30 pm di KFC Jalan Cecawi, Seksyen 6 Kota Damansara, nampak seorang staf saja buat clearing dan bersihkan meja. Banyak juga meja nak diuruskan.

Staf lain dalam 5-6 orang semua berkumpul di kaunter dan berbual. Waktu tu tiada customer beratur, yg ada semua tgh makan di meja. Saya beredar 10 min kemudian dan tak tahu apa jadi kemudian. Mungkin ada staf yg kerjasama bersihkan tempat, mungkin tidak. Boleh recap CCTV.

Tak salah nak rehat sementara tiada customer baru, tapi diharapkan kerjasama lebih adil antara kru. Kesian tengok kru buat kerja sorang2. Maaf kalau saya tersilap memerhati. Tq

No Value for money

Bought the potato loaded bowl. When I opened, the contents is not full. Its only half. I notice this happens many times. I have purchased mash potatoes large and potato loaded bowl several times. This is my 8th time buying from this outlet and it is the same outcome

When I purchase from other outlets like Subang, Aeon Big - [Subang] or Kelana Jaya Giant KFC it is always full.

Anyway my objective is to highlight that I pay the same amount but I get less for what I paid for as compared to other outlets

I will stop buying from this outlet. Only reason why I go back here is because it is nearby my place

Taste

This year was 2019 and is been nearly a year since I did not patrol at any KFC outlet in Malaysia since the price , quality, size portion and consistent issue.Today my daughter requested to eat KFC chicken saying long time not consuming, so I give it a try anyway. On 9 November 19 , I buy a dinner set at Velocity in Kl which includes original and hot & spicy flavour.The flavour of original still maintains as it should be ,size was good but here come the bad parts now.The hot and spicy size was good however the taste was really bad. Nothing spicy at all it’s was just the normal marination coating with batter only . I am a Chinese and it’s was a childhood memory when my father bring our family goes to the KFC outlet dining.But now all change at KFC outlet.,nothing to bring the memory for the generations coming.I sincerely feel sad for the KFC holding as it was the listing company but don’t have the manning to maintain the quality,taste,portions size as well price issues.All the year the R&D development KFC only come out salted egg,cheese,Tom Yum flavour as well bad implement plan for time buying for cheap prices .All this was the main point for ur sale coming down . Please save KFC. Please.

Aku benggang betul kalau jenis layan orang mcm banggang cashier kfc . Hq kfc xreti nk ajaq staff kfc hangpa ka layan customer mcm mana ..? Tak dak train ka sblum msuk kja 🙃 tak semyum ..layan orang lebih kurang .. main hempuk barang customer .. Biadap .. Bad service .. CASHIER PEREMPUAN FAHADAH 👎 No more kfc pengkalan hulu . Aku pergi bukan customer rmai nak trik muka bebai banggang .. Tak nak kja bhnti 🤲 Ramai lagi nak kja .. Better bagi surat amaran.. Last wrning kali kedua aku kena layanan truk dari pmpuan 2 .. TOLONG TEGUR STAFF CASHIER AWAK DEKAT KFC BANDAR SERI PUTRA BANGI TU!

AKU MASIH BOLEH BERTOLAK ANSUR LAGI. BILA BILA MASA AKU BOLEH VIRAL.

LAYAN CUST MCM LAYAN TAHI. CASHIER PEREMPUAN NI PLASTIK MAIN CAMPAK2 JE. HEBAT SANGAT LA MUKA TU SENYUM PUN TAK. AKU PENAT NI BARU BALIK DRIVING DARI JALAN JAUH.
SEBELUM AMBIK STAFF TU UNTUK KERJA UOLL TAK AJAR KE CARA NAK SENYUM AND LAYAN CUST ELOK2?! CUST TIME TU BUKAN RAMAI PUN. PAHAM PENAT. TAPI KALAU TENGOK DARI SITUASI YANG AKU KENA, PENAT KEPALA BANA DIA.

LEPAS NI NO MORE LAH KFC BAIK BANDAR SERI PUTRA ATAU MANA2 CAWANGAN. CASHIER YANG AKU JUMPA OVERALL MEMANG PERANGAI MACAM KELAS KETIGA,

AKU PERNAH KERJA JUGAK DALAM BIDANG NI DULU. AT LEAST KERJA KENA JUJUR WALAU PENAT JANGAN TUNJUK DEPAN CUST.

ANGGARAN DALAM PUKUL 12 TGH HARI. NASIB AKU LA JUMPA CASHIER YANG MUKA PERASAN LAWA TAPI SERVICE HAUK!

Premis not open even already exceed the opening time

Arriving at this KFC outlet approximately around 1032hrs. There the manager having his briefing with staff. The employees asked to wait and walked in after their finished their briefing. Where the entrance clearly stated operating business hour start around 1030hrs.

The question, is it the routine shiould be done before operating hours start?

Where's the professionalism of the manager? And timing issue related to this? It seems lacked of engagement and professionalism of the outlet.

Really frustrated on their service. I have to wait nearly 1100hrs. Before I off to the nearest outlet.


Educate and be focus on the objectives.

No notice cannot use a card for payment.

I went a drive thru to order a meal. When time to pay, the staff at counter tell cannot use a card for payment. Cash only. So disappointing me because there is no notice to mention about it before I make the order. Nowadays cashless is very practical system. Why this KFC (Seri Iskandar, Perak) cannot use this facilities? KFC is the well known company failed in provide the cashless system to customer. If got a technical problem why don't you put a notice?why?This KFC manager failed to do his job to provide a tip top service for the customers.

No straw even request

I went thru drive order a meal.request for straw as I intend to drink while driving as I am rushing.i requested for a straw but being turn down as KFC no straw at branch.i take the explanation given thinking really no stock.to my surprise,they having straw for dine in customers.then I have to park my car just to get a straw.i definitely understand no straw policy but you can request for 1.perhaps it may be new staff that is not familiar with the policy...

Service yg teruk. Ambil oder lambat meleweh berbual2. Biadap. Bercakap dengan cara nak bergaduh. Bukak 1 counter sahaja. Padahal orang ramai beratur. Takkan tak ada manager yang run shift masa tu sampai pekerja bukak 1 counter sahaja.

Servis Lambat

Order through drive thru breakfast set. Twister Lite tu katanya kena tunggu 5 minit tapi end up tunggu 30 minit. Bila tanya kenapa tadi cakap 5 minit salah seorang staff perempuan bertudung shift pagi pada 10.06.2019 cakap “baru nak buat. Banyak kerja”. At the first place kenapa staff dekat kaunter drive thru promised 5 minutes tapi sebenarnya more than that!Please do something KFC with your service this is not the first time I encounter this problem! Worst service ever!
