What have you done to the Premium Originals !!!!!!!. I am now in the process of trying to find some other brand to fill this void in our house. Why do you have to make these changes when we always bought them? - VERY dissatisfied customer, or you could say ex-customer. I glance at the shelf in my supermarket each time I walk by to see if you have had the sense to reinstate them.

The crackers go stale quickly and the they have no taste. This is a product that I will no longer buy for my family and we eat a lot of crackers.

I don't know what you've done to your saltine crackers but they're terrible. I threw away the first box even though it was not out of date because I thought they were stale. The 2nd box had the same awful flavor. I won't be buying a third box.

I loved the older crackers that were somewhat brown on the top and thicker. These new ones are white, thin and fall apart. Barely can spread peanut butter on them without them breaking. Did I just get a bad batch from Costco?? I bought two packs so maybe I will open the second then take it back if its the same as the first.

I have eaten these crackers my whole life, always a firm favourite, but the change in not only size but texture and taste is absolutely unforgivable. The new crackers are horrible, I don't understand why there was a need to change them in the first place. My 5 year old even noticed the difference, without me saying a word and won't eat them anymore!
I would have thought that biscuit manufacturers would've learnt from Arnotts disastrous replacement of much loved shapes rather then replicate it! Also putting breakable crackers on shelves without a box is just a recipe for breakage, again, I struggle to understand the logic behind this move.

I've been really disappointed to see Nabisco's recent move away from it's original cardboard packaging and into ever more plastic packaging for its Premium biscuits. In an age where we are realising our plastic waste is choking the planet, big companies should be showing leadership in corporate responsibility, and making all efforts to reduce plastic packaging, not increasing it. The only thing you have reduced, Nabisco, is the size and quality of the biscuits! I am no longer buying Premiums and have made the move to another brand.
We can only hope you will listen to the feedback of your customers, Nabisco, and be a responsible global citizen.

Have been buying Premium Original for as long as I can remember (same product as USA Saltine as far as I can work out) here in Australia and have noticed reduction in size, rare to remove a full biscuit from pack and a major backwards step in flavour. So disappointed. No more for me, thanks.

I've been a devoted Premium Cracker eater for years. Addicted to them so much so I crave them with cheese and vegemite every morning tea with a cuppa. After weeks of no stock on my local Coles shelves I was wondering if they were discontinued then these thin, smaller insipid excuses for a cracker turned up in soft packaging. Is this cost cutting to the extreme? Not only are they horrible tasting, but.... frail crackers in soft packaging. They taste terrible and look really suspect. Are they being sourced from some third world country from a back alley sweat factory, because that's what they look and taste like.

Wheat Thins and Ritz Crackers have changed for the worse ~ pale in color and less flavor! Thought we'd gotten a bad batch but subsequent ones have been the same. After buying these brands for years, we now are trying other cracker products. Whatever the cost-saving reasons for these changes, Nabisco apparently doesn't care if its products don't taste good anymore.

I have enjoyed Saltines for all my life, and in recent months since I've been very unhealthy they have been one of my go to snacks when I'm feeling ill; just something I can fill up on without feeling sick to my stomach. Now, however, with whatever you have changed to the recipe, I can barely stomach 1 cracker. They are far too sweet, and by far not salty enough. I can't deal with the sweetness, it makes me very nauseated. The texture and appearance are different too, and wouldn't be that big of a deal if the taste was the same. I really hope whatever you have changed is reversed, because otherwise I can't eat these crackers anymore and so won't be purchasing them.

Premium Original Crispbreads are no longer what they say they are, this new product is totally different to the original & made in China! things are bad when we can't even make biscuits in Australia. Bad move Mondelez this product is not worth purchasing.

Original my foot, I purchased 2 packets today after searching high and low for them in the supermarkets. Coles aren't stocking them at all and I managed to purchase 2 packets from Woolworths. I am so disappointed and have thrown both packets into the rubbish bin, I can't eat them!

I can only imagine that some Jack Ass in your organisation decided that the "Consumer" is irrelevant/stupid and won't notice the difference. Well guess what, this Consumer is not stupid or irrelevant and I did notice the difference. Based on this organisations ignorance and lack of respect of their once loyal customers, I will never buy another of your products unless the "Original" products are once again available.

Wake up to yourselves and think about your customers, more than your bottom line will be affected unless you do!!!!!!

I have been a life long original saltine and soup person. The original saltine crackers you now make are terrible!!.
Was there something in the original recipe that you found out is not " healthy" ? What made you change the recipe?

Smaller cracker size thiner when you spread it it breaks in several places. Cannot make for a snack, school lunches, or visitors a throw a way product.

I don't know what you have changed in ritz crackers but we don't like them anymore. They don't look or taste the same and are extremely fragile.
If you were trying to improve them it didn't work. We are switching brands.

As someone who grew up eating Nabisco Saltine Crackers, I've continued to enjoy them through my adult life. Until recently. I've begun to notice over the last few months a different, almost artificial flavor that doesn't sit well with me. The box I bought last week is is by far the worst box of crackers I've ever purchased. What's going on with Nabisco Saltine Crackers? They used to be so good! I'm going to have to find another basic cracker until Nabisco gets their saltine cracker back on track. Glad to see I'm not the only who has noticed this. I thought my taste buds were failing me but it's the cracker that's failing.

I agree with most of these other consumers. I've been eating Nabisco Saltine Crackers all my life and have noticed in the last couple of boxes they are not the same. Tasteless, terrible texture, and obviously not the same recipe as before.

Pretty much the same story with everything that used to be a quality product in the grocery store.... In a effort to keep prices the same, while inflation silently eats away at their profits, most manufacturers must cut quality and/or quantity....

I'm sad to say... I've bought my last box of Nabisco Saltines....they're terrible.

What on earth has happened to saltine crackers?! My husband has been addicted to Nabisco Premium Saltines for many, many years but in recent months they have been extremely disappointing. We buy them from Costco and thought the boxes were being mishandled causing many crackers in every sleeve to be crushed to the extent that we have to open them over the sink to avoid crumbs all over the kitchen floor.
Unfortunately, the crumbling is the least of their problems. What has happened to the taste!? They're flat-tasting as though they have no salt at all and not much of any other taste-producing ingredient. They're leathery and become a gummy paste in my mouth. I've checked the expiration date but they've all been well within that date. We will be looking for a more satisfactory product in the future and will be suggesting to Costco that they might want to do the same thing.

Just bought a value pack from Costco of Nabisco Wheat Thins Originals and the recipe has changed they are lighter in color with burnt edges and have no Flavor now. Can you please change it back to the original recipe? Not sure why you would change a good thing.
