I was 60 days past due on my Mustang and I had another payment coming up, which would make it 90 days past due. Last Tuesday, tow truck shows up at work and hooks my car. I was able to get everything out. For over a week now, I have been calling Ford Credit Redemption department at 1-877-349-5260...

I have been struggling to get my refund from this company for nine months. Been a member for several years, signed up for some personal training - my trainer left and was replaced by inexperenced one, he quit and then I was given another trainer... it was poor service and the level of knowldge...

OK I just hung up talking to them. I was told I won an entry into a million dollar contest. Then was told I would get free magazines
which I had to PAY $ 3.68 for 60 months. Like an idiot I gave my cc# and then they tell me my first payment is going to be $70 and
some change....

Have had several explode upon dropping them thru the years. The latest incident & by far worst was taking 5 dishes to feed my dogs & one slipped out of my hand exploding on the ground & about destroyed my dogs. Glass was everywhere as far as 12 feet away on top of a table & microwave....

Boy does that sound familiar! It seems to be their protocol to ignore messages, and not to return phone calls. (even if you can get thru)
But if you do get to speak to a customer service person you will get no satisfaction or remedy. They like to give store credits and hope you forget...

I love the product Wen (sweet almond mint), it smells fantastic & my hair feels so clean!! I have long normal hair but a lot of it & I find the conditioner really did an amazing job. I have only used it once & am so impressed. The comb is great...

I called CC Bill as soon as I discovered a billing problem. I signed up for three days service, on Malestars.com, 12/02/08 and was charged a monthly recurring fee, 39.95 dollars, for two things I did not order, on 12/05/08.

Watch out Direct-TV . I was grandfather in to DIRECT TV because I was with company that was bought by Direct-TV .
I cancel there service bill was getting higher each year. After that Direct TV sent me bill for $450 for my equipment

This service is horrible. It was better with the old website. You cannot get on line to pay your bill. I have tried repeatedly only to be sent back to the sign in page. It is frustrating and useless. Then if you call to complain, you have to wait on the phone for 10 minutes or more EVERY TIME....
