Lambat sampai

It's been 5 days since my parcel stuck on Poslaju Transit Office. I dont know which transit office but please, fix this issue. I might loss my customer because of something i didnt do. So please.

Sorry l, tapi complaint2 ni ada tindakan tak? Sebab terlalu banyak nowadays barang yang sampai lambat. Mine stuck dekat polaju parcel hub, x tahu hub mana. Kalau dulu servis poslaju best je, pos semalam cek tracking pagi ni dah out for delivery. Dah 2018 kot, ada pertukaran sistem ke? If yes, kami para customer mohon, pakai la cara lama balik. Cepat pun cepat, customer puas hati. Ini tak, teknologi berkembang maju, tapi customer makin mundur sebab dah serik. Baru2 ni sy dah kena stuck 2 hari kat parcel hub. Tp sy tak complaint, keep calm and tunggu barang sampai. But then smlm seller dah pos, seems okay, dispatched out dari puchong. But then 1am it is processed at parcel hub, again. Parcel hub is bad i guess. Kalau dulu tak ada pun singgah ke parcel hub. Dispatched out dari malam, pagi dah update parcel dah ada dekat nearest office. Kan seronok macam tu. But nowadays poslaju services are not good at all. Kecewa. Please, do something you f*****g managements.

Baring lambat sampai

Barang saya dah dipos dari Jitra pada 2 April 2018 dan Sampai di Sungai Petani pada 3/4/ 2018. Barang ini tersimpan lama di Hub Sg Petani.. Sehingga 10 April 2018 saya masih belum terima barang. Kenapa mesti lama sangat tersimpan di hub Sg. Petani?..

POSLembap EVER

Shipping from Balakong to Melaka takes up to more than a week to arrive. I thought Poslaju nowadays using camel/donkey la to ship. Odered item from balakong on 3rd April (Tuesday). Seller confirmed me that he post on the same day. After 2 days (Thursday) checked in system still no update. At last poslaju just start shipping my parcel in Thursday.. realIy suck. And until today 9th April, the parcel still stuck at Poslaju Melaka and not yet arrive at nearest branch of my location. I dont know how on earth this poslaju shamely name their company as poslaju but after all the service is super duper slow and sucks. Here is my tracking no for my dear Poslaju reference ER221363978MY

Barang yg sy hantar (EH331305840MY) smpai skg tak sampai2 kpd penerima. I'd posted it on 13 March 2018 and not delivered to recipient until NOW. What are u guys doing POSLAJU? WHERE IS MY ITEM? PosLaju Unreliable services

Package has been at the local facility for few days. But it is taking longer to be delivered within the state instead of from state to state. utterly ridiculous!!! Should rename themselves PosLambat! They do not reflect any commitment.

Please repost my parcel back to miri. I dah tried call lebih 30kali itu pun kena call balik2 cos line sentiasa busy and i pigi poslaju office untuk poslaju hantar balik postage i. Kata nak hantar balik2 tapi sampai ni tak ada. Since 20th FEB!!!! Jangan lah menyusahkan orang, kita dah bayar itu ini tapi parcel lama nak hantar balik. TOLONG HANTAR SECEPAT MUNGKIN! OR NAK TUNGGU KENA VIRAL!

Never call before deliver, never call if have issue to deliver

Why didn't call me if you not able to access the lift? I was in my house all the time.
So just simply put the notice inside my letter box and ask me collect myself???
Do you know that the letter is important?
Because of your stupid irresponsible service give me alot of troubles.
And worst the court hearing is 6 March and you only send it to me on 5 March??!!

I have to go down to Putrajaya again to redo all the things and have to pay again.
Are you going to compensate me for my time and expenses??!!

Slow update & worst customer services

Item keep dispatched out but not delivered to delivery facility. The tracking status also updated really slow, i don't even know what happen to my parcel now. Call the customer service nobody pick up the phone. Then, I call directly to Pos Laju Johor Bahru nobody pick up the phone either! The 3 phone number only two is working and one always line in busy. Call the other it's available but no one pick up the phone! Call several times it's become busy then, what, don't dare to pick up the phone? Or not doing your job?

Tracking Not Updated

Tracking numbers from overseas are updated from time to time, but when it reached Malaysia, totally not updated. My first Missing Parcels was in Nov 2017, when i called, they checked the update and says "Departed to Malaysia" means not yet arrived, it vanished in Hong Kong. Later i have more than 10 parcels (luckily arrived safely), but when i checked, all updates stops at "Departed to Malaysia" (from overseas), but it arrived.

Lately in Jan 18, i have another 4 parcels with last update statement above, then it never arrives until now. I assume they are lost again. (Now is Mar 18).

I believe nowadays Pos Malaysia are getting lazier (or due to whatever policy) and more missing parcels are coming.

Lousy irresponsible poslaju

Already 3 months no feedback or reply from poslaju. Called many times and emailed but no reply regarding my lost parcel. Filled up form for compensation and till now still no reply. Besok. Lusa. Attitude.
No responsibility towards the customer. Customer service is totally the worst of any industry.

Takkan lah dari Brickfields nak ke wangsa maju pun nak naik kapal terbang juga kot nak hantar parcel kecil. Duk pending item processed at poslaju parcel hub x bergerak. Kalau pun x mampu/x ada kuderat nak hantar, call suruh datang ambil pun insyallah boleh juga datang daripada di pendam/simpan kat situ. Barang tu x berjalan sendiri yew abang2 poslaju. Tolonglah ikhlas buat kerja. Penat nak terkejar2 tiap kali masalah mcm ni.

barang kirim sejak tanggal 10 march lagi sampai sekarang tiada sampai lgi.. call pos tawau seharian pun susah nak pick up.. ptg bru nak pick up, tuh pun mereka cakap barang sudah kirim dan kemungkinan mereka suruh penerima dtg ambil parcel ke pejabat, sedangkan sudah bagi alamat penuh dan bayaran pun mahal twu ke kk ja pun.. lepastu mereka suruh lagi call pos kk utk kepastian.. call beratus kali pun tiada siapa2 pick up phone.. mgkin tidur kali semua pekerja post ne kn?? mkn gaji buta sahaja!!! check dlm system pun tiada update.. tolong check parcel saya EH740825875MY document ne SANGAT PENTING !!!
