Parcel Delivered to the Wrong Person

Today I check my tracking number for my parcel that i bought from EZBUY because it already quite some time I did not receive my parcel yet and guess what! POSLAJU delivered my parcel to the wrong person and was signed. That person named IZA. I hope you didn't open my parcel and please take note. I did put the correct delivery address but why it is still wrong.

Parcel not arrive on time

parcel EH412773555MY written statues out for delivery on 10.25am. Why I cannot receive my parcel on today? Called for customer service for 2 times also answer me the same thing, ask me to wait until 6.30pm... and ask me to come and collect my parcel by myself at Poslaju... Please, I'm at home today purposely to sign to parcel, and now customer service ask me to collect it myself?????????????????

no found tracking number

i just buy an album from a seller and the seller post it and when i ask ,the parcel was lost. its okay its not her fault. then when she say she just post it again on thursday or friday ,so i got to wait it,then i ask again when it gonna arivved ,she said in tuesday or wednesday,and then i check the tracking number ,its says not found . now its already wednesday ,theres no parcel arrived yet. for this time, i just want to know the tracking info because everytimr i checked it always not found. its 2weeks already .

Parcel not arrived

I should say this is my worst experience with post in my whole life. I have paid 112 RM to send a small letter to Iran by speed post from Poslaju. The track number just showed the status in the first 48 hours. After that no update. Now 8 days have already passed. Item is not delivered yet. I have called customer service 3 times, each time waiting 10-15min to finally get someone to talk to me. And the response was really brilliant. The lady asked me to tell my family to go and check with post office there to see whether the item is arrived or not. I have tried TNT, Singapore Post, and DHL before for the same destination and never have had such problem. I believe Poslaju should simply shut down its express post when they are unable to do the job. I can simply call them the lousiest post service I have ever experienced. Even I have no hope to have it back to me.

PARCEL NOT YET ARRIVE TO OVERSEA

My friend suppose to receive the international parcel on 09/06. But until now Poslaju the system cannot track. Showing tracking number not found.

What's going on ? Why so delay ? if your services continue like this then no one will use poslaju.

I want to know the status of my parcel that i send to my friend to overseas. Why in the system not update ?

item get lost and never arrive

my item poslaju EN293688585MY was delivered from shah alam since 22th May and dispatched out at 23rd May. I was waited until today, unfortunately item is still never arrive. There is high possibility my item was lost or stolen.

Item not delivered to me

On 29th May my father posted an item to me, and i put adress to my workplace at National sports institute, bukit jalil, sri petaling kl. What made me dissapointed is i didnt receive any call from pos laju. When i checked the tracking no again, the item was delivered to another person at pejabat pos laju cheras. I hope the person didnt open the parcel because it contain my car roadtax and its very important to me.I hope it would be send to me by this week.Please note

Cust. Service no. Not answered

Today 29/5/17,Monday.ive been calling post malaysia's toll free cust. Service no. 1300-300-300 for almost 30mins in several re - dials but all i get is a voice mssg that all the cust. Service officers are busy and please hold the line. Then your misery starts. While waiting, you are made to listen to their extremely ear piercing LOUD advertisments for about 5-7 mins and then d voice mssg repeats again and the advertisments starts all over again. This is damn frustrating and annoying !!!!. Dont tell me they have only 1-2 cust service officers on duty or NONE at all. My instincts were right b4 i made the call, that being the ramadhan month, these govt. Departments will definitely slack in their productivity and performance using that as an excuse. Please buck up post malaysia in checking on yur staffs and respective departments!! Be sincere and take pride in your work.if you r too lazy to perform, do yourselves and others a favour. DONT WORK. JUST STAY AT HOME AND SHAKE YOUR LEGS!!!!

tiada posman berkerja ???

lot rumah saya setiasa akan menerima surat surat dari bank bank yang berkaitan dengan insurance,kwsp ,atm ,bayaran credit card dan pelbagai perkhidmatan menyurat .tetapi saya mendapati hampir setahun sudah ,saya tidak menerima sebarang apa apa surat dari poslaju .saya juga telah pergi menyiasat dari pihak insurance ,hongleung bank,ambank dan publicbank dan sebagainya ,semua mem bagitahu salah semua dari masalah salah dari poslaju ,bahawa semua surat telah keluar bagi pelanggan tetapi yang hairan pihak poslaju yang tidak menyampaikan surat surat tersebut kepada saya ,saya juga telah pergi poslaju office limbang sarawak ,mereka membagitahu tiada apa apa surat berkenaan .apa pula cerita kucing sama tikus ni..............saya berharap pihak poslaju akan menyelesaikan masah ini secepat mungkin .

Pos Malaysia rude and unfriendly service

Went to the post office in Senggarang quiet often lately as I've been doing some online shopping . But there's one male receptionist ( usually at counter 1 ) giving me a real bad unmannered service and that really pisses me off . Also heard the same complaint by a friend of mine about this issue .

To the management , please kindly find an employee that knows how to treat the customer in the righteous way !

No one pick up the phone

They tried to send me the parcel but unfortunately I was not at home. No notice card drop for me but a SMS sent to me saying that γ€Œplease collect your item at ppslaju batu caves」

I tried to call them wishing that second delivery can be arranged. Since yesterday morning until this morning I called, NO ONE PICK UP THE PHONE. EMAILS I SENT ALSO NO REPLY. 😑

Checked their FB page, they updated status on yesterday noon time with notice saying that their system down. Alright, system down doesn't your phone line has problem too, right!

It's fine. I can't wait anymore and forced to go to collect the item by myself. πŸ˜‘

When I reached there, some of them were busy with customers, some were busy with handphone (not sure, maybe they are msg-ing customers πŸ˜‘), and some busy with looking around and smiling. πŸ™ˆ

Anyway, please and please and please upgrade your phone service, and get people ready to answer customers calls. As a courier service, for sure lots of phone calls from customers you need to answer.

Lastly but not least, my item was being opened at the time I collected at poslaju counter. This is not the first time I faced. As long time ago, I missed out an item again, got the notice card to collect at counter, item was opened. I checked with my sender, they confirmed everything sealed tight and proper, some more with extra taps. But the item I received, taps opened and loosed. 😩

Since then, I realised that if you missed out your item for the first time and send back to branch, most probably item will be opened by [πŸ‘» /the item itself πŸ˜‚].

That's my experience.

PARCEL ARRIVE LATE

Instead of waiting for only 2 - 3 days, I need to wait for 10 days to received my Pek Prabayar. When it actually an urgent things for me but I had to wait for days then only I received the parcel. You had ruin my business as I get my parcel late!!!
Please upgrade your service as it can help me and others to trust your service. It's not good when the parcel supposedly can reach within 2 to 3 days and end up reach to the recipient after more than 1 week. Please upgrade and work systematically!How we can support you service if you can't make it work.Kindly notify us if your system down or you can't post it on time as it will effect us if you didn't notify us.

Instead of waiting for only 2 - 3 days, I need to wait for 10 days to received my Pek Prabayar. When it actually an urgent things for me but I had to wait for days then only I received the parcel. You had ruin my business as I get my parcel late!!!
Please upgrade your service as it can help me and others to trust your service. It's not good when the parcel supposedly can reach within 2 to 3 days and end up reach to the recipient after more than 1 week. Why ATTEMPT FAIL?

I am able to track my parcel ( EP360761736MY ) but with status ATTEMPT FAIL (11/5/2017)
The detail is:
Unsuccessful delivery. Please contact 1300300300 Delivery on the next working day
The recipient is a house wife that always at home, and I check with her already, she didt go out on that day as well
Why can get the status of ATTEMPT FAIL? and without and CARD???
Usually if fail to delivery, pos laju will drop a card to the mail box, but, nothing at all
Until today, the recipient call me of the status, then I only check the status, then only know about this
Calling 1300300300 is a nightmare to me now, so many times call, every call wait for few minutes, but no one pick phone

Self Collect Counter Service Bad

My parcel EH412660664MY was arrived on 12/5/17 but i only able to track on 13/5/17 via tracking website. Online Tracking mentioned parcel arrived at 8.30am 12/5, I went collect on 13/5 due to website only update on 13/5.

At counter , after inform the man at counter the consignment note, they ask to write down delivery address after long que, i inform the man at counter i am using poslaju center address because my residential is empty day time. Then i wait for another 1 hour and seeing all people behind me taking their parcel and go, i ask again tbe counter person but i was ignored like idiot.

Lastly i keep showing the online tracking mentioned the parcel is delivered, together with the consignment note. Then a man at counter mention come again on monday because it is yet sorting out.

Please be kind to upgrade your service, dont give excuses that your side are busy etc, because we pay for the service, and your side should be thankful to us who collect parcel ourself because we are directly reduce your side's workload.

Bad Service !

My POS tracking # EH 55 096 467 2MY. 11th May 08:12am out for delivery and at 11:52am updated as UNSUCCESSFUL while my customer is waiting at home for the whole day. I really think POS Laju is actually hiring bunch of lazy postmen, they said they'd reached the house but seriously they not! Because if they do, my client must get the notification card but she hasn't! She'd paid so much but still need to collect by herself. Embarrassing service by Pos Laju. But, in the end, do POS Laju really take into account all these complaints? Because it just keep happening here and there.
