Delay of poslaju service

Parcel sent out on 5th from Poslaju Seremban 2 Mydin and till today 11th still haven’t receive the parcel.
EP474017199MY Please check or take action .
This is too much, don’t call poslaju should name pos lambat .
I hope the department concerned can take action as soon as possible.

Parcel tak sampai

Sy ada 2 parcel yg tak sampai lagi...

1) ER320131856MY - Dari 3/7/2018 parcel berada di pos laju dato onn, tapi sampai sekarang 11/7/2018 parcel masih tak sampai lagi.

2) EP462823158MY - Dari 4/7/2018 parcel masih di pos laju transift office (KLIA Hub) tanpa sebarang update sehingga hari ini 11/7/2018.

Bila saya boleh terima barang saya? Sila hantar kedua2 barang tersebut selewat2nya esok..barang tersebut urgent..

No Update

Pos Laju no longer laju. Parcel saya di Pos lambat Balakong tiada update since 6 Julai sampai harini. Saya yakin tak semua tempat begini. Mohon laju sikit. Terima kasih.

kenapa lambat

Kenapa pos laju selalu lambat ? Di manakah moto "dijamin samapai esok hari."??? Sistem "track and trace" selalu sahaja "under maintenance". Apa dah jadi..bayar mahal tapi perkhimatan amat teruk dan memalukan.

where is my parcel????????

My parcel was sent out by the sender dated 28.06.2018 via pos laju services - EM702810495MY.

Today is 10th July 2018, already passed of 13 days..... Please look seriously to this matter as people has loss their patience for waiting so long time (more than two 2 weeks)

Until 5.14pm today, still no receive my parcel...

Please handling this issue in short while.

I have posted my thing on 3 july 2018 from petaling jaya to Johor, but until today my customer still not receive the parcel!

Your tracking is not updated, me and my customer went to our area pos laju and asked but they were playing blaming games, mentioned the parcel stuck at ttdi brance, i tried to find out with ttdi branch and they blamed your system is suck!

So which is which now?! Please update your lousy system, or send back my thing to me!

PARCEL STUCK AND NO UPDATE ABOUT MY PARCEL

Please check the status of my parcel and deliver it sooner. I want my parcel to be delivered as soon as possible. Usually after 'item dispatch out ' from parcel hub, it will arrive at delivery facility on the next day. But this time, its have been 5 days.

Called customer service 1-300-300-300 more than times but no answer even though was waiting on the call more than minutes.

No updates regarding my parcel EH670653646MY. Last information is still at parcel hub - which area was not sure.
Need the parcel urgently otherwise I won’t opt for poslaju services. Better if i send via normal post instead.

parcel not received

no delivery attempt. then i just got message to pick up parcel myself at ezibox. later i found my parcel at pos laju kuala selangor. i try to call several times. but no answer and line always busy.

i buy things online. i want it to deliver at my door step. not to pick it up myself. that is the purpose of online shopping!!! but the pos laju (which is the main post and courier service in malaysia) did not do their job!!! the service always horrible! pemalas! curi tulang! makan gaji buta!

sorry if im not professional by saying that. but u guys should be professional in the first place and do your JOB!!!

No update on my parcel

Didn't receive any status on my parcel. The latest was 'Out from Transit Office' on 4/7/2018 and until today there is no update. The seller has posted a day before; 3/7/2018 which the same day I purchase.

seller post on 4 julai 2018..harini dah berapa haribulan..dr JB aje pun..apa yang teruk sgt service pos laju ni..call pun tak jawab2..call hotline pun bukan manusia yg jwb call.dah la org nak pkai barang tu cpt.grrrrrrrrrrr...terukkkkkk

Masalah parcel di Hub

Asssalamualaikum,berdasarkan apa yang pengirim sampaikan, barang akan sampai khamis atau jumaat 5 atau 6 july kerana pengirim sudah mengirim item pada tarikh 4 july dan saya pun dah check poslaju tracking. Dia ada tulis item sampai dan picked up pada 4 july namun hari ni 9 july sampai hari ni poslaju malaysia tak update apa apa. Saya telah pun menghubungi pejabat poslaju terdekat dan mereka telah pun check untuk saya dan mereka pun kata masalah yang sama.Mereka kata masalah parcel di Hub.Poslaju sila respond mesej mesej kami.Perkara ini sangat penting bagi kami.Terima kasih.
