Coverage slow

Mohon pihak u mobile upgrade di kawasan jalan puyuh jalan kebun baru teluk panglima garang.. Line sangat2 teruk di sini ramai yang pakai umobile... Tapi line memang menghampakan.. Nak akses internet sungguh teruk saya guna pakage p99 tp xdpat nak guna di kawasan saya.. Terpaksa kene keluar untuk buat urusan kerja bagi boleh menggunakan internet.. Harap pihak umobile mengambil tindakkan... Costumer first.. Tq

POOR INTERNET CONNECTION

Internet connection very slow. Today I've encountered network problem since morning. Suddenly connection lost and no service. All incoming call cannot been reached. Internet connection very slow, video loading like forever.Please do something and cover all area for network coverage. Otherwise I will be change to other better network.

Used to have a good connection

After i renew my data plan the internet very slow. Hello i lived tgh2 bandar ok. Line sucks sgt. Always E kejap je 4G suddenly changed to E. Even nk buka this website pn i kena tggu lama. Why la mcm nie umobile? Please fixed this before i change to your competitors.

Beli no tel baru tapi dapat no tel orang lain

Saya beli hp baru. Bila change wsno hp lama ke baru. Tup2, ad gambar bangla mana. Group bangla mana? Ap cerita? Selama no, tak pernah lak beli no baru jadi macam ni.

Al kisah internet pula. Kata free tenet. Tapi tak jalan pon.

slow Umobile (for gaming??) hell like!!

got 0.40MBPS download speed , upload rubbish get only 0.0 - 0.2MBPS.
this provider support gaming ?? kelentong , talk sweet , smell shit . gaming ping get 200ping sometimes get better about 70ping but
connection loss in/out get 50kb , so this is good?? my video game not even a video , it is just a picture , it is just stand still picture .
i look u, u look at me , rubbish . cannot do anything..

ad like , WOAHH !! this one is good , but all shit !!!
i call for the care service , they only keep asking the speed test result and keep talk shit `` we cannot do anything if we check the area connection in good and stable connection.
i already give them 2 report for this nonsense but nothing has change , it is just same color of shit , brownn and only brown .
i pay for the quota not for free , talk more do less.

Poor internet connection

Why is the internet line at my location is really poor?! I've spent money for good internet not poor internet that firstly shows 4G then suddenly turns to E......pls take this seriously....

Bad network around KL Sentral Area

It used to be 4G but now it turns to E and all whatsapp messages are not sync. Took soooo long to receive messages. Please fix it or otherwise, all your users will switch to other network providers. Please take this SERIOUSLY

Slow speed internet

Line very slow at Taman Angkasa Nuri , about 0.3mbps , nak load facebook pun tak boleh.

Tempat-tempat lain sudah ada 4G , tempat ini cuma ada 3G je , kenapa ni u mobile., takkan tidak mementingkan customer di tempat ini pula ,

Tolong selesaikan masalah ini , kalau tidak , sebagai customer u mobile , saya kena pilih line lain yang menawarkan perkhidmatan yang lebih baik dan cekap

99 MYR package is useless

We thought Umobile had always been the spearhead for providing most competitive packages especially now with the R99 unlimited data with unlimited speed provision.

Am a supporter of Umobile since 2009, but currently am rather disappointed and sadly to say; since I switched from a R68 package to R99, the speed had dropped from minimum of a steady speed of 5 Meps with RM68 package to 0.66Meps (RM99 unlimited package) for downloads; right in the heart of Kuala Lumpur. Mind you, my usage was recorded as 2.8G and hotspot of 18.6G out of 30 G allowance; ie not exceeding any allowance limit

Umobile, please do something about this.
Why trottle the speed to such low level that we cant even access an email????

Very very disappointed with your service.
Am contemplating to move to a prepaid DIGI or Maxis whereby the speed is 10Meps at most times or any other service provider that any readers can kindly recommend.

Your strategy is all wrong and you are losing subscribers.... by the day

CANNOT TAHAN! VERY BAD INTERNET LINE AT KL SENTRAL (29/1/18)

im working at kl sentral area, supposedly the line coverage here is 4G / LTE , but after using 1 month , i find that the line coverage is not even consistent, keep changing to 3G or NO LINE. and as at today is the worst ever! i cannot TAHAN ady. it turn to NO LINE and E! and somehow turn to 3G but still cannot use the internet at ALL!

everyday ill take lrt to work, travelling from putraheight to KL sentral, the LINE is not good at all. when watch YOUTUBE, it takes long time to buffering and start the video, and the quality of the video is the LOWEST ever!

Please fix this shit out. im planning to switch to other telco if this matter still not fix.

Umobile please dont do this to customer and make they lose your trust, its not like what you did advertise and offer.

please notice my complaint, and be responsible as it is very important for your business and user.

Umobile get profit from itemised billing fees RM3 fand told me is Compulsory to all consumers without showing policy? And I already highlighted and fill up ebilling when I fill in application form but they didn't do the job and told me 3rd statement only can enrol ebilling but when I received 3rd statement, Umobile still charge me itemised billing fees, Customer has the right to enroll e-billing cause don't need d itemised billing and go GREEN nowaday, maxis digi celcom all ebilling once u use their service but only umobile still force consumer go for hardcopy statement and charge you extra add value service, alot old folks maybe your parents also get charge by this unnecessary itemised billing fees, help yourself and your family and friend call umobile and check back all the statement and make a complaint for waiver immediately, please share it,thanks

Unlimited data?? But no data at all??

I have used plan p98 previously and the line is working fairly.. Until recently i changed to p99 and i thought it is getting better.

Turn out to be today (16th jan2018, 0015hrs) i receive NO MOBILE DATA, even could make NO CALLS AT ALL since about an hour ago..

Poor internet speed

Hello Umobile.

I am a student of UiTM Dungun, Terengganu. As a student, the internet is very important and become a part of my study reference. I am very dissapointed with the internet connection of your company here in UiTM dungun. I’m using P70 plan for almost a year now and this problem arise a few months ago. I know there is no 4g coverage here but the 3g coverage here is also bad and every months after the problem arise, my quota remaining quota before my bill renew always have more than 50% left. It is a waste of money! I became lazy to spend my days playing and browsing the internet because the line is too slow. Sometime i decided not to do my homework because im too stress about the internet connection. So, the reason i write this report is to ask for your cooperation to make an improvement on the internet connection here so that i can do my work and study without any internet interuption. It is waste if i change my telco because the plan that Umobile offered is good and the only problem is the internet coverage. I am looking forward for your maximum cooperation to look into this problem as a serious matter. Thank you.

Umobile internet line too suck

Please fix your internet line as soon as posible..and 1 more..i already subscribe gameonz50..but it not working on my games app(crisis action)..please fix it before i change to another telco..i been used umobile almost 3 years..but this month so bad coverage..

I was super proud for your service before. However, lately, your signal esp wifi super damn slow. Today is the worst! I am like what happend dude! I dont get signal at all. I cant even receive any call. Apa lagi wifi. Cant connect at all. It really affect my day, my work. Please please please give me signal - cheras KL& cheras selangor.
