minta tolong team umobile datang kawasan perumahan bukit perdana 2 kuantan pahang..buat kaji selidik tgk line internet kawasan ni macam mana..buat plan mcm2,tp line internet mcm zaman GPRS..jangan kecewakan kami pengguna umobile..tq.

Pakai GX30 , unlimited data katanya tp tulah lembab . hari2 upgrade .. unlimited tp slow . apa benda lah . tayang sijil mcm2 . 2nd in telco lah apa lah . tp service internat hampeh . Tukar Ke line lain lebih baik .

Aplikasi ig,fb,tweeter unlimited power plan sangat slow.

Hello,sy telah beralih kpd unlimited powerplan sejak sebulan lalu..pertanyaan,bukan kah 3 aplikasi yg ada di dalam plan unlimited ini boleh digunakan tanpa had dengan speed ketika spt kita punya langganan internet?persoalannya,knp sy tak dapat menggunakan ketiga2 app ni walaupun sudah mencoba berbagai cara..
Dan apabila sy melanggan ke internet plan GX,semua aplikasi dan browsing internet berjalan normal kecuali 3 app yg ditawarkan dalam pakej umobile internet powerplan ini..tolong berikan solusi terhadap permasalahan ini

umobile no line

1.why u mobile line very slow at smk padang tembak? the problem is at Kuala Lumpur City.Why?.no LTE at my school area..sometimes cannot get call from caller.
2.I am very dissapointed because umobile join venture with viu regarding to add amount rm 10 montly at my billing postpaid. umobile not asking for any approval from me to add viu download billing. viu not get any approval from me too..that very dissatiesfied.im not using service from viu and i got to pay rm 10 monthly for 5 month.viu said i CANNOT get refund from it

Speed very slow

Hi Term,

Pls Help , i live in Johor Kempas postcode 81200 area , i facing your line problem very day.

you provide the unlimited but you give me most slower speed to me. My download speed drop to 0.2,0.3 mbps very slow i cant do anything with this poor line , pls solve this problem immediately.

Internet is horrible, uMobile you’re driving me mad

I opted out from Celcom a month ago to start using umobile since I was promised moon and stars and heaven and everything but nope. You are just a scam. Liar. What’s the point of giving us unlimited data if we can’t stream and surf the internet most of the time?! I am giving myself another week to see if this problem is getting any better, and if not I will definitely opt out and coming back to Celcom. I am very very disappointed, I think I should not trust you in the first place.

Horrible coverage

What is it with umobile nowadays? The network problem seemed so prevalent and worsening by the day. Promised heavens and the stars in their packages, yet far from them in reality. This is plain scam, duping with daylight robbery. It's high time the authorities need to put a check and strict monitor on this BS for the sake of public interests.

Hampir setiap tahun alami masalah simkad no conetion.. kena tukar simkad baru... dah ler kena charge RM10.. kena tukar kat main centre sahaja... dulu boleh jer tukar kat kedai Umobile kat shoping complex... kini kena g Time square... jenuh ler.. kalau kami Dengkil ni... ambil cuti semata2 nak tukar sim... KENAPA TAK BUAT SIM YG KENA RENEW EVERY MONTH?! Lagi cepat untung... sepatut boleh diskaun tempoh kad rosak... nampaknyer kena report kat suruhanjaya multimedia kot...

Incorrect Charges and Extremely Poor Service

I have recently been charged RM10,00 for data usage in Australia. I received a text message from U-mobile on 18 August that I have been charged RM10:00 for data usage on the day. This is impossible because i had the mobile data turned off since I arrived in Australia on 13 July 2018. I reported this to U-mobile via email and then followed up by a phone call. I asked to speak with the manager when the customer service staff wasn't able to explain further. I was put on hold and then was told the manager was too busy to speak with me and was asked to call him back. I then requested for the manager to call me instead.

This is NOT how you treat your customer U-mobile. You DO NOT simply charge someone overseas randomly and then failed to provide a reason. It is not the RM10:00. It is a matter of principle and how you do business. This is just WRONG!

I will not use U-mobile service again and will change provide when I next go back to Malaysia for both my principle and supplementary line and I will NOT recommend anyone to use U-mobile because of the POOR service you have provided from day one!

As a company, you need to ensure you staff are all well trained on the products you offer and that they understand the ethics of customer service!

saya pakai P99, ada 30GB hotspot, dan unlimited data... Lah nie nak pakai hotspot tunjuk no internet padahal banyak internet lagi... cuba bantulah saya umobile...... lah nie handset pun slow... saya bayar, bukan tak bayar tau?

cancelling the service of sending billing letter to my house

I would like to cancel the service of sending billing letter to my house. BUT the worker at the booth told me to do the cancellation in the center. When I reached the U-mobile center, they told me to call to cancel the service! It has charged me for many months in my bill!
I want to complain about the unprofessional service and please help to cancel the letter sending service.
Hope that can settle this ASAP.
