useless customer service

I've signed up for a new line in a umobile service center in Pavillion. I've specifically requested for a nano sim and I got a micro sim instead. I realized that only when I got home.

Now not only do I have to return to the same shop (im not from KL) and I even have to pay to get my sim card replaced. Is this a scam to make every customer pay? Who keeps receipts for this kind of transactions? What kind of service is this when u expect customers to pay for your staff's errors?

Good job Umobile. You wont be getting any more new subscriptions from anyone I know after this.

Bill no update

This is disappointing regarding u-mobile system update. i already make a payment from 1jan-march 2017. however my phone line block by u-mobile on 15April 2017 due pending payment. kindly please check your system. attachment is screeenshot maybank2u bank statement for your referance. my phone number 0183659961.

Internet line terputus-putus

Hi , umobil team , line dekat selesa jaya , Skudai , Johor sini terputus-putus dalam dua minggu ini . Keluarga saya semua memakai umobil , please resolve asap .... thankyou ....

Slow Internet & Line

Seriously I totally fed up with umobile, during the promotion of Hero package, Line was so good. When the promo end, the line was so sloth ! I paid RM70+ and the totally not worth it. Baik tukar ke celcom, bayar lebih sikit pun atleast the line is better I guess. Please do something with your company, line etc. Totally disappointing !

Inernet bad coverage

Saya membayar bill umobil dari rm 77 hingga ke rm250 setiap bulan,tapi apa yg saya dapat sunguh mengecewakan hampir setiap masa internet umobil terhenti henti di bukit kapa kapar kalng ada masa langsung tak ada signal....adakah ini petanda yg saya perlu bertukar pada talian internet yg lebih baik dari umobil....

Bad internet connection

Very disappointed of what U mobile is selling, as they used to be the best and the fastest internet connection in Malaysia. Hell not, nowadays, their line is not only slow and today I totally lost the internet connection. What is the point for me to use this company as they are not providing of what they are selling to their customers?

BAD COVERAGE

Hi UMOBILE TEAM,

Akhir-akhir ini, coverage di area bangi dan sg. besi,k.l sangat teruk sehinggakan penghantaran/penerimaan mesej melalui applikasi whatsapp sahaja sangat perlahan berbanding sebelum ni (semasa PROMOTION UMOBILE). Baru beberapa bulan convert Celcom ke Umobile, malangnya coverage tidak seperti yang di inginkan dan diharapkan UMOBILE dapat mempertingkatkan coverage di area DESA SENTOSA TERAS JERNANG, BANGI kerana kawasan ini terdapat kurang liputan coverage daripada telco2 lain termasuk UMOBILE.

Di harap UMOBILE TEAM mengambil tindakan dengan cepat dan semoga UMOBILE terus sukses dan memperbaiki mutu coverage di kawasan DESA SENTOSA TERAS JERNANG, BANGI.

Excessive Billing And Charging

Good day,

First time I come across this channel and I hope that I am doing correctly for placing a complaint via this email. For your info, I would like to complaint on U-Mobile's lack of integrity towards customer. Hope that the authorize side can assist me on this.

Previously U-Mobile had allocate free data roaming per day for customer use at Singapore by link with Starhub. This service ended at 07/04/2016. Unfortunately U-Mobile did not notified the customers regarding the ceased of this service. There’s no SMS or notification on billing statement on such cease to us. This caused me use data roaming for 16.842 MB on that day and I only received a SMS at the end of the day informing me about this new regulation of data roaming. The most ridicules thing is, I even being charged RM10 twice at that day although the policy mentioned is only charge of maximum RM10 each day for usage of data roaming. So, I was being charge RM20 at the first day of ceased of old service which is not even my fault. Only 16.842MB used, and suddenly being charged RM20, that’s too much.

Then, at the same particular month, one day, I was being charged RM10 although I did not ON data roaming. Line is auto-connected and the charge is applied to me. I found out that usage is only 0.019 MB as per stated on the billing statement.



For above two scenarios, I been called to customer service and place my request to have my RM30 refunded. No action been done by U-Mobile, although the customer service officer acknowledge that it was their mistake and willing to refund the RM30 at following months. Unfortunately when looking at the following month statement, the statement did not indicate any sign of refund from U-Mobile.



Then, I place my request again to U-Mobile. Called to their customer service and ask about my case. Again, the customer service officer ask me to wait for subsequent month as mostly the refund will need to take 2 months for processing. So, I waited for the next statement, and checked. So, as predicted, no refund had been make for me.



I called again and request for explanation for keep delaying my refund of RM30. Then, another new answer given to me, stating that it was actually the faulty of U-Mobile Technical Department, so I should not call customer service for enquiries. I should deal directly with the mentioned department. Thus, I request for the phone number of the department, and the customer service officer told that the department do not have specific contact number. The department will call me directly.



So, I waited for their call and no call from the mentioned U-Mobile Technical Department. I called to U-Mobile again at June after give up waiting for their call. And surprisingly, now they informed me that my case was actually already closed by Technical Department. I am totally freak out and lost with U-Mobile. I pay the bill regularly every month and this such big company can’t even pay me back the wrongly charged RM30 to me. My effort and time to contact them since March is wasted as they put me turn and turn around for nothing.



Now, no one from U-Mobile willing to take responsible on my case. Customer service keep on state that my case is under care of technical department which I can’t even approach them to know further details. I sincerely hope that Communication and Multimedia Consumer could assist me on this issue.
