Slow internet connection in house at Taman Indah Jalan 7/7 Tampin more than 2 months ago.
We really disappointed this kind of bad service.

Damn useless signal ever.. when you turn your 4G no shit can work .. it will only show 4G but in reality it works as E .. to be honest Umobile is one of the reason for my stress ... ruining my daily life .. when I wanna access internet I gotta do it at midnight after 12am- 5am .. after that the line will be worse as usual .. I’m paying 99rm.. but it’s not worth it.. we gotta pull this company down .. swallowing costumers money but the service they provide sucks .. you can’t use YouTube , insta , WhatsApp .. gosh it will be worse when we play online games .. in the mid of ur game you will get reconnecting and few secs later you will be dead .. so Fckng stress of this line .. I already grouped friends of mine who are not satisfied with umobile service .. we are gonna lodge police report.. We must do something or not they will keep swallowing our money and provide us services like their head

I have signed up a package GX50 since February 2019. This package everything is fine, but very disappointed about the line unable connect to GPS. Every time when I access to WAZE, the GPS is fail to connect. It make me frustrated. Please take a action immediately.

I thought u mobile is the best than the others but it's fake.Plans are really great but the ping is too slow.If u doesn't take any action,the people started to change to other sim.I hope u will take action as soon as possible.

Lately, the internet coverage was very slow at Nilai, Negeri Sembilan. At some time, there had no service that difficult to us to even call. This issues i have been mentioned before at the center U-mobile but they say the same thing that your Simcard is broken. This answer is not relevant at all because all my friends that a user of U-Mobile having the same thing like me. So, I hope that U-Mobile can solve this problem properly and I hope that this problem will get to fix as soon as possible. Thank you.

I'm using samsung note 8 with P99 package. As promise they promo their unlimited internet data with full speed. But actually I only get internet line which I presume that the snail much faster then your line.

Just use for a month and feel cheated with this company in term of the internet line and the bill amount. During register they request for advance RM 99 and they told me that I don't need to pay for the next month bill. But just received the bill and the charges of RM 153. Deduct RM 99 I had to pay 50++ together with the tax.

I had confirmed with the pic before I sign of with them that I will not need to pay anything for the next month but all bullshit.

I hope the government can take action on this and maybe should close this u-mobile company for the bad service and cheat consumes
