The Umobile Postpaid Mobile data internet very very slow recently at almost all northern region (Penang, Kedah and Perlis). Please fix it as soon as possible. Else, you might lost a ton of customers in Northern region. Thanks.

Poor internet and phone line

Internet never up to even 3g or g, the best line here is only h+for one or two blank, often jump to E. Went to sungai petani (town area) also slow h+. Always cannot find the line. Hope have improvement.

Internet tooooo slow

3G line too slow. cannot load video on FB.
Keep on buffering. Not worth it using unlimited data but cannot use.

Worst Line (data and Phone line)

Phone line di area Masai (kota puteri) and Kulai amat teruk. Sebelum ni elok, now, even phone line is no service, macam mana nak buat call atau receive call? Mana la tau emergency ke.

Jangan kata phone line, even data line is worst. WTH??? come on la, offer sampai 7 - 10GB internet quota, tapi kalau satu single line pn tak ada, baik tak payah, membazir masa dan duit je.

Line very slow.change to new telco

Umobile line very slow. Even loading google chorme take time. So sorry umobile im change to other telco even abit expensive but the quality much better than u.
Location at dengkil.very near with putrajaya!
No.improvement at all..complaint never replied.

Line teruk di Kg Ketapang Tengah, Pekan, Pahang

Line umobile di Kg Ketapang Tengah Pekan Pahang sangat menghampakan. Kadang-kadang no service. Bila line no service susah bagi kami untuk menerima panggilan. Sangat menghampakan servis umobile. Tolong perbaiki servis anda untuk memudahkan pengguna anda. Terima kaseh.

Slow Coverage

Coverage di Tanah Rata, Cameron Highlands, Pahang sangat perlahan terutama di waktu cuti umum dan hujung minggu. Ini adalah kawasan pelancongan yang mana ramai pelancong datang ke sini pada hari cuti dan hujung minggu. Oleh itu mohon pihak U Mobile mempertingkatkan kualiti perkhidmatan di Cameron Highlands agar dapat memberi kepuasan kepada pengguna U Mobile di sini dan pelancong yang menggunakan U Mobile. Sila upgrade perkhimatan kepada 4G kerana agak memalukan jika di kawasan yang menjadi tumpuan ramai tetapi U Mobile masih tidak dapat menyediakan perkhidmatan 4G di sini. Sekian, mohon ambil tindakan sewajarnya untuk membaiki mutu perkhidmatan U Mobile. Terima kasih

SLOW INTERNET!!

I live in Serdang Raya. Internet have been slow for weekssss!! The line show 3G with 3 bar but no internet at all!! Not to mention video, even the whatsapp also cannot be use. What is this?? I pay RM74 every month and this is what i get?? PLEASE IMPROVE YOUR SERVICE ASAP!!

Can't play games in my room

The data is so-so but for social media apps is tolerable. I heavily play games but it's literally unplayable with 4000ms ping in my room!! My UITM hostel, Melati, is not discreet. It's in the middle of the campus and have 4G (so it says.) But weirdly, one floor above me is a public space for study, I go there, and my umobile is FAST! What the heck?! I want to play my games in the comfort of my room, not a public space!! I defended Umobile alot to my friends who complained about it and now you're doing this to me. I'm UNHAPPY.

Package P38, Umobile remove the AppOnz without notification. Its not fair if they make changes without notification. When I call, the operator said, they already inform to all person that use P38 on January 2018, but why I didn't get any information. I fell persecuted.

please umobile, theres a lot of students using your telco here. but the internet connection are very poor aka (E) . we need a fullbar 4G connection here . in paying a lot of money for your telco plans, 100 ringgit for a months bro. get it done please, repair the connection, make it 4g fullbar

appears 3G and LTE but NO INTERNET AT ALL

i just register to this umobile telco and sadlyyyyyyyyyy it appears LTE and 3G but there is no INTERNET at all. my whatsapp kepp connecting. messenger keep connecting, i even cant scroll down my ig. there is no need to have unlimited internet if i cant event to google and do anything relate to internet. come on umobile. im so dissapointed . now having no internet at all almost 30 minutes. other telco that i used before never happen like this issue. please fix this problem asap ! im living in shah alam selangor seksyen 14 really at the town and not in the village site if so i still can relate it i would never mind. pls make up a solution. im just register for three days and now im wondering to change to other telco.

GO GREEN PLS

It has been a long issue that the billing by post of RM3.00 can not be dissolved even I opt for billing by email during registration in the first place. The RM3 will be keep charging untill I need to make several calls to ask for billing by email to waive the RM3 charges. Ever since I registered my first line with Umobile about 2 years ago, I had been calling for more than 3 times in order to get the billing issue resolved. What's the point to opt for billing by email during first registration with the hassle of filling up the form?
More ever I was told by the call center that it "must be charged" even after the first call. What's the nonsense of this? The whole world now is encouraging GO GREEN, hows about U Mobile?
*RM3 is charged for the 2nd month for my 2nd line whereby I had
already requested for paperless billing last month.

Extremely slow Internet connection

At this rate, it's seems like I'm paying almost 100 bucks a month for a 1990 Internet service. Are we in the 90s? No. One more thing, the coverage is very inconsistent too. Moving one room to another is basically like moving from the city to the middle of an effing jungle judging by how much the line deteriorates. Seriously umobile, get your shit together. If u wont do anything, the customer would. By getting another telco.

Poor Internet Connection

Hi I'm Fatihah.

I lived in Taman Bahtera, Hulu Bernam (Tanjong Malim). The internet connection here suddenly changes from H+ to E & sometimes there's no service at all.

Pls solve the poor internet connection in this area as there a lot of ipt students complaint the same thing.

Poor internet connection

I am a game player, a video streamer, and a good customer that pay on time, using 2 phone with P78 and P99.
I cannot surf my instagram, my twitter cannot reload, my game lag very bad. I trust Umobile to do the best for the customer,
I pay nicely for the services. Why treat customer so bad ? Is this what we paid for ? Why is everybody seems complaint about the same thing ? I love Umobile plan, but should you love your customers ? We pay you. We pay your salary, your building rent, your utilities, your event. Please do something! Upgrading plan means upgrading the services!
