We are dealing with this company now. We brought two seats from them n had it shipped to us for just under 50.00 in 7 to 10 days. We try to contact the company and no one answer the phone but will send an off email, short with nothing really in it....

As everyone else, this is a mess. What a terrible company. I try the number and no one ever answers. I too will have to cancel my card. There should be some organization we can make a formal complaint to, the better business bureau, or some one....

I have two sets of Citadel doors. I have been trying to contact the company for 6 weeks to purchase replacement parts. They put you on hold by phone for ever and do not respond to E-Mails. A very sorry company,I did not buy these doors originaly and would not buy anything from them ever after...
