Slow internet speed

The internet download speed from last one month is terribly slow. I am using Zain 4G unlimited for home and shabab package for my mobile, but if the things will persist like this , I will switch the network. Dear Zain team your attention is required.

VOIP

Hello Team,

The service of VOIP is terrible in my Zain 4g account, the speed is very good for both download and upload, but still can't make a good Skype audio call the voice is irregular.

Please fix it ASAP, We need to make call to other county..

how come zain issue numbers on other iqama, it's really very bad service and incident, you can easily catch the sale person who issue the numbers on other ID's.

Zain personals fraud

Dear Members,

Recently i visited LULU in Murabba...there were some Indian persons selling Zain Sim... i got one SIM from Zain...

Although i am Mobily User..At the time i got SIM from Zain, that Indian guy took my iqama picture.....today i receivd three messages that someone try to activate Mobily SIM from my ID. Although i have already deactivated those SIM from my ID, but it is really shameful act for Zain Personals especially Indians who are doing this type of activity. Zain Management should take action on this. And kindly never ever give your iqama picture to any person except Zain Official Outlet

Undue Deduction of balance

I am facing undue deductions problem after 5 to 7 days Zain Network Automatically deducts 3 SAR for nothing. I have no idea to overcome this problem.. I don’t have any idea which service is activated on my number who always deduct 3 SAR repeatedly.
Kindly answer me and solve this issue...

Before 5-6 days i got sms that i can get 100GB data for 1 month just in 130 sr. So i recharge 150 sr to activate that package but now the person at help line number is telling me that offer is not valid now...
What can i do to have that offer again??

No good service

I go the jubail hawalleyt mall branch I tell mr.rufik my 59 package stop but he will be cancel my calling sim also 131 gb 28 August now he answer his supervisor is recovering my sim & mb ,but I meet supervisor he answer 24 hours after on sim I two time meet him same answer, 0580874717 this number cancel,

28 August I go the jubail Royal commission hawalleyt mallzain branch mr.sufik is service time I tell him to my 59 shabab package is cancel , he is do after my calling Sim no network after I tell him he will tell me mistake ok you came morning time supervisor is doing that ,I met all ready 2 deys mr.gamdi tell me 24 hrs wait now my calling sim no open , what do the Zain Co? SMS msg for payment belongs to another customer

My name is ANNS ABRAHAM SEBASTIAN ,Iqama no-2359797954 I Got a SMS to pay post paid settlement a/c no-831036001569 and paid tha amount 104 SR.But again I got a sms from Zain , to the amount of 74.37 SAR for account no.831030786674.I went to zain shop and they said the account no.831036001569 that belongs to some other customer,which I already paid.Kindly look into the matter and either refund or settle my issue thanks .
