I am writing this message with great regret, as I am your regular costumer and using the following Zain Number 059-7090633 since 10 months. 
 
I am facing a very serious issue due to uncooperative service from your representative continually under the complaint # 62141409. 
 
Issue: 
 
According to answer machine the mobile number you are calling is switched off when somebody try to reach my number, where it is power on infect i can call to anybody no problem with outgoing calls but no one can call/text me 
. 
No issue with mobile I changed it many time and no issue with signals at all. 
 
According to service operator, issue will be resolved within 48 hrs on my first call on dated: 09-Apr-2018.But not yet solved even no one knows how to fix it as I spoke with several operator by helpline. 
 
Kindly solve my issue as soon as possible in order to save your valuable costumer.

			Still Activated and Documented
			When I diconnected or cancel in Zain shop the SIMs still activated and documented ive been waiting 7days. i am not able to get new SIM from any other service provider as they didnt disconnected that TCC/CITC and its showing all numbers are still attached to my Iqama. 
I visited the office and also contacted many times the customer care. AND Still my sims haven't been removed. Could you please delete it as soon as possible. I want to removed from CITC

			I bought 300GB Internet SIM and i am facing extreme difficulty due to speed. We live near Umul hummam and here there is so low internet coverage.

			Balance Load Automaticay Deducted
			Every month i put load of 5KD it needs to have at least 100fills remaining balance, but i also put extra 1KD load but everytime i check my balance it automatically deducted each day 100fills until it will finish,why like that??why did this network get our remaining balance when I am not subscribed in any promo or whatsoever!!!!

			Subscribed internet package not received whilst money was deducted!
			Hi, 
 
I recharged my zain number on 27 Jan 2018 with 210 SAR. After I subscribed for 50 GB internet bindle for 3 months. I deceived the package subscription message. But right after that my internet went off and when I checked the status it showed me that I don't have any package moreover my balance is also 0.00. I opened a compliant in customer care they asked me to wait for 48 hrs. Now its 3rd day and my issue is still not resolved.  
 
I'm really diaappointed of zain services. It feels like they don't care for their customers.

			Last one year i use Zain . There is one problem

 That's why i heggite to recharge.

			When I first started my contract with zain and my device showed a 4G connection I could stream videos and such without too many issues. Now when I need it the most I can't.  Any streaming site locks up like Zain is blocking the bandwidth for any streaming site.. 
 
I am very disappointed with my service now..I THINK IT IS TIME TO CONVERT TO STC
