Please deactivate the following subscriber numbers as they are illegally registered under my iqama number # 2298922911, before i cancel 2 times and today again i found these numbers on my iqama.

My credit detect when I charge 30 sar

May be 5 Times I m getting 30 sar loss from zain.this is very stupid network because there no any number to call and talk. Y my mobile sar detect.this very bad system.and no good .other network compare to zain very good.system and communication. But zain very poor.

Package not activated and money deducted

I've been using zain since 2010. My number is 0591659689.

Yesterday 02 June 2018, I charges my sim with SAR 110 and activated Modern Expat bundle, a package by sending ME40 code on 959 in SAR 40. This package consists of 1 GB data with unlimited Youtube and 100 local minutes and sms on any network. I received a message that package is activated and money was deducted. This morning while coming office, I called my colleague and after ending call, I received message that remaining balance is SAR 26. What??? How come??. I called zain customer service agent and he told me that 1GB is not visible while you have 100 local minutes and 10 international minutes with 100 sms bla bla bla... Who gives a damn about your zain to zain free minutes???. Why my package was not activated while I received sms that package is activated??. Zain deducted around 80 riyals while my data was open and they charged me based on MB data consumption. Even worst, they deducted 40 riyals and I kept using data as if the package was activated and kept losing money.

Now! even if they activate my package, how about extra 40 riyals that they have deducted???? I don't know the solution.

Very bad and slow service

Good day!
Yesterday (May 29, 2018) at around 2pm I went to zain shop in Rashed Mall to pay and the guy assisted us was Mashal. I want to pay my outstanding balance for last month that cost 19.95, I gave my iqama and he told me I already paid and it's true I paid at May 28, 2018 for this month ang for month of June. I insisted to pay because it appears on my account that I have an outstanding balance then Mashal told me to pay it by next month and ok I agreed, suddenly my line got cut accidentally by him Mashal and he did not told I ask him why you cut my line and he told me don't worry I will reconnect it wait for 30mins to 1hr and I came back to him and said to him that my line was still disconnected, then he said gave e another mobile number and I will call you personally to update and fix my problem, I gave my friends number because I don't have any number aside from my plan. We waited for 4hrs and I came back again to that same shop to complain but still the guy assisted us named Ali told us to wait for tonight until tomorrow because they already sent an email to the main as per managers told us also, and this Ali gave us a contact number but no one is picking up. So I waited until afternoon til 24hrs completely disconnected. Then I called for the Zain's customer service and the assisted me was named Ali, his an Indian he told me that he will connect my line at 10pm so I said ok I waited for 10pm, I checked my phone at 10:30 still my line wasn't connected. I called for customer service again and the guy assisted me named Mohammed an Indian also he also told me to wait for another 24hrs and got really upset and got angry they keep on telling me wait wait wait. What kind of service was that I just need my line and I'm paying on time how come it's very difficult for them to connect and raise my complaint. It's really upsetting and very bad service. Hopefully, you got this email right away and please could you please address my complaint. I REALLY NEED MY LINE

Zain biggest Alibaba..!!!

I took a shabab 140 package per month and im not using too much internet I only used facebook and video call of messenger and the so called unlimited social apps like youtube and after 10 days the Zain send me a message that I have consumed half of my credit limit and the total amount is 252sr...what the heck!!!I did not even reach half of the month..haram..so stupid I did not even used too much because im busy from my work..what the heck Zain.when I open my data less than a minute they send after 10 days again that Im about to reach my credit limit and my standing amount was 407sr.????I mean what??????.how those things just had happened.. after 8 days you send another message when in fact I never opened my data since because my stupid payment was incredibly getting high without any usesage of internet datas and my total payment now is 551sr..are you desperately needed on income and you to trick your consumer..this is insane..bullshit!!!!!.

Intervene in net servics

Dear Sir,


Today I recharge 235 SAR for 50 GB. For few times it has activated ; After 10-5 min it is deactivated.Before I was used 20GB for a month.For deactivating 20 GB ; my 50 GB data pack also described.
My zain is 0595439724.

Requesting pls resolved my problem as earliest , so that we can use data pack.

Calls

Dear Sir/ Madam,
I m a sim card holder of zain service network before two years ago.
So, 0598273183 this number is registered by my Iqama.but when i dial to cal my relatives every unce the calls are comming disturbe with third person.and charge is dedacting from my account.and if i call to nepal my number goes by changing so according to my relatives they receive as my calls +6011319156 / 6010968357.how was it? My actual number is 0598273183.i think its some problem.so, please be informe about this problem as sooon as possible as well as help me.your support wil be highly appriciate.

wrong sim issued

Sir, on 30th March 2018 I have purchased zain PREPAID net SIM card from zain office in Dammam and Zain distrbuter taken 240SR from me. But after one month when I got message to submit bill of 104SR, I noticed that this is my POSTPAID SIM. Yesterday went to zain office at Abqaiq office and told this matter and told them to close this postpaid net SIM and issue new prepaid new net SIM. When they checked in their compute system they told me to pay 104+100=204SR. I Asked why should I pay 204sr because I already purched this SIM in 240sr. And their zain staff shoked why zain distributer Dammam taken 240sr from you. Because SIM card are only 30 to 50 SR. ZAIN distrbuter Dammam office has cheated with me and taken 240SR and give me wrong SIM card. So u r requested kindly take necessary action.

Poor Internet service

Dear Zain,

I have using zain network from past 4 months with 300 gb validity, i have ever seen very bad service with your network provider. internet is always badly slow some time no internet. you are steeling money from us instead of providing good service.

kindly provide good service and do not cheat hardly earning money. request to SaudiNIC and CITC to take appropriate action i this matter.

My zain number is 831034850600and location is ad driyah, riyadh.

i strongly recommended do not buy Zain internet sim.

I am purchased 2 months before zain internet sim..always zain customer send msg your internet package is expired..I don't know what happened..now my sim is expired..Very bad services my zain internet sim..many time I am compliant zain customer..that time only temporary provide internet.again same issues..

Bad 3g 4g internet

I subscribed zain 140 Riyal Shabab package. For one day it was too good inside and out side of office and every where but exact after 1 or 2 days it get very slow. Videos stoping calls quality on imo and messenger very bad
I check network sertings and put it on LTE 4g but still its same.
Kindly resolve the problem or suggest some solution.

No internet connection

For 3 days now my internet zain sim was not wirking which i recharged last friday april 20,2018 and it was ok from that day til monday arounf 4pm then after i can't use it anymore. 10gb for 3 months.. So what i need to do
