I have over 10 weeks of unemployment SITTING on this f*****g card and it has not come in the mail! I had a claim in 2016 and I just know they wouldn't load to an expired, unused card from over 4 years ago!

I have been calling for 1.5 weeks and holding for anywhere from 1 hr to 4 hrs and nothing but music!

I literally need this money, like everyone else this is so disgusting and unacceptable!

US Bank Reliacard

Ohio, Unemployment distribution for Covid pandemic.
I have not received a Reliacard to register. The phone numbers for a US Bank Reliacard are not responded to, the automated service requires a account number, I do not have.
The US Bank credit phone number could not help me at all. There are not an address or email address to contact US Bank Reliacard. For a professional that is handling ohio unemployment Benefits, this is not acceptable. 4 payments $ have been deposited into an account I cannot access or contact anyone concerning. Frustrating but now struggling with money oweded!

did not receive Reliacard

I have not received a Reliacard, but my unemployment deposits are being made. How do I withdraw the money? The Reliacard phone number does not give an answer through automated servoices and the Representatives do not answer, the wait times are hours if you get to a wait, and then there are not answered. April 2020

Can not reach customer service

Has anyone talked to a person in the last three days? My card is frozen and I have been calling since Wednesday... So no I am wondering if there is actually anyone there or if this is a waste of effort? Has anyone seen any statements from reliacard about how they plan to fix this?

Reliacard with no money

I get this RELIACARD from the State of Oregon, and I have had it a week and a half, and still no money has been put in it.
it should be 539.00 , but I have never received it. Way to go US Bank, your service sucks, just like the way you lost 125,000.00 of my fathers money. He is a veteran that is 89 years old. I wish all veterans would walk away from your banking establishment. Your disgust me.

Card Frozen for three days

I have been trying to get information to get my card unfrozen and can't reach anyone at the number on the back of the card over a hour on each day. I went on line and was told to call a customer service number listed and finally got them and they said they couldn't help me to call the number again on back of card. this is the worst time for this to be happening. What is going on? who can help?

Card never received - even after 3 payments confirmed

I have 3 weeks of unemployment pays and I never received my US bank ReliaCard. I called and called 855-282-6161 day and night but never got a human to answer the phone. All I got was the music. I stayed on the call for up to 3 hours and the music just play. No message to wait or anything. US Bank ReliaCard customer service department closed permanently?

cards frozen

so just 2 days after i got my new unemployment card and 2 hours after my unemployment money was put on the card they froze it so now i have no money cause i cant use my card so cant even by food or pay my bills or anything and the only way to resolve it is calling of course but ive been on hold for 3 days and haven't talked to single human being i called a little late on Tuesday so i was on hold for only 2 hours but the next day i was calling all day with 3 instances of being on hold 2 hours then an hour and a half then followed by 5 and a half hours before they just hung up on me and as of today ive been on hold for and hour this is ridiculous its such a simple fix but i cant even talk to somebody to fix it so while there sitting on their asses twiddling their thumbs i haven't eaten in 2 days cause they froze my card

Activating my card

This is the worst customer service on the planet. I have been unable to activate my card for the third day now. I have been hung up on, listen to music for hours on end, then dead silence. The online site has been under maintenance for I don't know how long, I have ONLY been trying for 3 days. In a time when the service is needed the most US Bank has failed miserably. Horrid! I am am going to file a complaint with my state benefits office to cease using this organization and also with the BBB.

Activating my card

I have tried for 3 days to activate my card. The menu gives directions to enter your phone number, which you do, then it says it must be a 10 digit number. People I know this and that is what I entered. Then it says enter your 16-digit card number, you don't have enough time to do that before they are saying something else. I finally think I might reach a customer service line and all I hear is music for hours on end. I never got to speak with any one. For three days I have been going through this. I understand that these are unprecedented times but shouldn't you have enough people to help the citizens of this country who are going through hell just to feed their families. This unbelievable! FIX IT!!!

Unable to get my unemployment money

I am starving to death and so are my children because all of my unemployment money is on a debt card that I never received that was issued on a d claim from 2012 it took me 2 weeks to get threw to usbank for them to tell me that I can’t get my money or a new card until I fax them a current I’d with my address on it that matches the one that has already been updated in there system by unemployment but I have to wait 5 business days from the time that my address was updated in there computer before I can send the fax and then once they process my address verification that is already updated in there system then 4 hours after that I can call back and request a replacement card that will take another 7-10 days to get it took me 2 weeks of being on hold 9-12 hours a day too only be hung up on daily too get threw too these people why wasn’t I informed of all of this and not given a new card but they just assumed that I had this card from over 8 years ago this is unfair to the American people and they need too be sued and prosecuted for there actions

Inability to contact to reset my pin

I was locked out of my account on line due to to many attempts. When I tried to reset it the system said " call the number on the back of your card" I have called the number on the back of my card for 3 days straight and listened to music for greater than 1 hour each time. I am not sure of their hours

I actually left my phone on hold for OVER 3 HOURS.... the representative answered, then very quickly said, "I can't hear you. I'm disconnecting this call." Click!
I, too, only am calling to activate a card. This is ridiculous. I contacted the State Distribution Unit, and their reply is they have nothing to do with ReliaCard operations.

Something is not right.

Are they all dead?

So, had to get a replacement card bc of fraudulent charges. Got the card, keep calling to activate...between last week and this (at least 10 calls) I have been on hold for over 4.5 hours! Longest one was 2 hours non stop of their freakin' elevator music! Called US Bank, they can't actually put me in touch with anyone. Online acct. is locked because of them cancelling out the other card. There is no other number, no email...NOTHING! Does anyone have an email address for these clowns? I just have to activate my freakin card! It let's my enter the number and everything AND THEN puts me on hold. Are they all dead from the bug? No one answers the phone! WTF?????

Lying reps and rude reps/supervisors.

I just spoke to numerous reps today and 2supervisors. One whom flat out lied, the first rep to claim to be helping my situation lied about charging me there and expediting my card. My funds are adding up and sitting on a card that they didn't send when stated. I speak to a supposed to be Supervisor Kimberly EID 0427 and the cunt was rude and very unprofessional. I asked for her last initial or info to be able to tell whom I've spoken to and she starts yelling and talking as if I'm not a customer that just wanted answers and help. My frustrations are with the process and if her stupid a** couldn't help why did she not get another person that could! Then she claim there wasn't another superior to send me to?! ReliaCard is a call center mainly so there's always another line for escalated calls. I hate their lying reps, I hate their services I hate this place and I wish they went out of business. I try to be nice because people are at work but she's classless and made my blood boil. I wouldn't recommend ReliaCard Nor Usbank. F them all!

Reliacard Services associated with child support.

I let my child support build up for over a decade to pay for my daughters first year of college. I called to get clearance for a one day large withdrawal from the account and it was approved for 2 weeks later. I was instructed in detail what to do to make the withdrawal on that specific day. The morning of that set day I called to confirm. I went to my bank and although I followed their exact instructions it was declined. I called Reliacard and after 25 min of conversation they tell me to go to the nearest US Bank and promise that it will go through there. So I do this and again it's declined. Mind you this is taking me hours off commuting and phone time. So they instruct me to come back the next day and that they reset it and promised it will work. The very next day I boat to town get a ride 1 hour one way to the bank and it's declined again. They tell me again how sorry they are and that they had to reset it again so my funds will be available at 750pm that evening for withdrawal!!? I ask them what bank is open at that time? So they tell me to come back tomorrow because they will be available for sure? Meanwhile my daughter needed her money two weeks ago. To this day they have cost me hundreds of dollars just in damages and time and I still haven't successfully withdrawn my fund. This card won't let me take $200 from my large balance let alone the amount promised. It Declines everything I do to try and use it. Staff there are like robots there's no human element to the transaction process. I'm so upset and want to file a formal complaint somewhere where do I effectively do this? The Attorney General? Banking Commissioner?

Customer Service

This has to be one of the most terrrible banks ever .
I called saying I lost my card and needed assistance on getting into my online account .. long story short he told me he could help me get into my account after he deactivated my card after I specifically said if you cannot get me into my account tonight then please deactivate my card and send s new one . Then I head 2 seconds after that I could’ve helped you get in but I already deactivated the card . So either I’m gonna press this issue and make it bigger than what ITis or y’all company gone compensate for all these lies that are recorded on these phones ..

US Bank ATMs eat your card and neither companies are responsible

US Bank ATM ate my US Bank Reliacard 2 days ago. Reliacard customer service is horrible and is not responsible for their employees lack of information for the expedite request that was denied. Supervisors in Florida are rude and unhelpful.. And US bank is not responsible for their malfunctioning machine.... Cardholders should never be put in a position like this between both companies. Cardholders are charged extra fees and both companies profit. Reliacard is a horrible option to use when dealing with child support payments, they will take your childs money! Stay away from Reliacard!

Poor Customer Service

I had lost my card and called to have it replaced. Because I was in the middle of housing I had to have a letter, state ID and copy of a Electrical bill faxed to them from the homeowner to which I wanted it sent too. I had issues for 3 weeks now, oh we didn't recieve, or we received only one page, or it was to dark, or the acct info was not on the papers, which the acct number has been written all over all 3 pages. I called this last time and got the run around once again about something not being received and asked to speak to the manager. Who ever this lady is should not be manager as one she has no phone etiquette what so ever. And kept talking over me instead of listening to my issue at hand. Why employe people with such horrible customer service skills? People complain about calling some where and not getting a person that speaks english but these people are from the USA and couldn't even speak proper english. I wonder if they screen calls or monitor them because every single person I spoke to was absolutely horrible and should not be working on the phones. Really upsets me that these people have my private info. Shame on US Bank or whoever employees these disrespectful people they call employees. They get zero stars from me.

Child Support account-US BANK Dirty business practices robbing our underprivileged children

Charges excessive fees,won’t allow withdrawal from any bank retail locations with their name on it. If your card has been stolen they make you wait for the new card for 7 to 10 “business” days for it to process in the mail. If you call to inquire about transactions because your worried your card has been stolen they take it upon themselves to cancel your card without consent and tell you there’s is nothing you can do. There are constant mistakes within ordering new cards-one Thing you can bank on with US Bank and Bank of Anerica the two banks contracted to handle Government funds like unemployment &child support and is they are getting away with taking advantage of the poor and could care less what happens to your family while they help themselves. Vote the right folks into office that can start turning the wheel of change and rid our country of this type of cricriminal behavior passed as business-it’s the kind of scandalous behavior like the tabs waiver of your car doesn’t pass emissions -tell me where you can find a shop that will actually do 150$ worth of legitimate work without just taking your $150 and handing you a piece of paper that passes you from emissions

Terrible Customer Service

I've been on the phone w/USBank for an hour trying to activate my new card that came today. I tried online and I also tried using there automated system 5 times. Not 1 representative told me my new card that I received today was cancelled and a new 1 was being issued. I had to talk to a supervisor. I never asked for my card to be cancelled! I am highly p'd off right now. I called a week ago Monday to get my new card expedited. Come to find out my card was never expedited. When I called Friday to check the status of my card I was told it was sent through regular mail. Now I'm confused because USBank took money out my account for my new card to be expedited last Monday. The representative I spoke to Friday took it among herself to cancel out my new card and expedite another one. I told the customer service floor manager that I never agreed to that. He basically told me I couldn't get my money back because the representative I talked to Friday cancelled my card and expedited another one. I reminded him I never asked her to do that. He told me there's nothing he can do. So tomorrow morning I will contact the BBB. I'm glad I recorded all my calls I made to USBank. They took 2 fees out my account w/in 5 days for cards to be expedited. I only agreed to the 1st 1 and that wasn't even expedited. Why can't I get my money back..........

Not able to recieve my card

I have been trying to get a replacement card for over a month. The empoyees of reliacard continuously tell me contradictory 'stories'. After not receiving my 1st replacement card I tried to change my address thinking it has to be postal problems. I have now fax in a title of owner ship to my trailer 2xs after being told this was acceptable. I get one 'story' the title was too dark and unreadable and then the next that its an unacceptable form of verification. I have taken down ticket numbers, saved fax recipes, gotten employees numbers #2169. My children's father pays childsupport and goes threw this card. He works hard and supports his children! My children start school on the 23rd of this month and I will be lucky to recieve the card by the 25th. The employees need to be held accountable! Children shouldn't go with out for an employee's continuous mistakes!

Money in LALA Land

My ex husband pays child support every two weeks on Friday FOC processes those funds Monday and sends them to reliacard Tuesday I always have my money Wednesday morning. ..well one time my money wasn't there on Wwdnesday... called FOC they said funds were released call reliacard. .... called reliacard to be told they haven't received it and can't see anything until the money is actually received and released to my card... so no one knows where my kids money is.... this is awful and I will be switching to direct deposit into my bank account.
