Poor service

I would like to complain on :-
1. The time arrangement of the train is ridiculous . 45 minit during non peak hour is too much . I am from serdang . In my opinion , the train frequency should be increase as that area contains 2 big universities . We as student have no choice other than using ktm
2. The student ktm card . Im so dissappointed the charge is so expensive compare to other public transport charge . It shouldnt be so expensive as you didnt give a good service to the customer .
3 . The fees is so expensive . Compare to the service provided . We have to wait for 45 minit for a slow moving train .
4. Regarding the student ktm card . Mine has expired last year . During my first time , you ask the customer to come and do the card at the counter . Now u only allowed us to do it online . You should have announce it . I waste my time because of you
5. Based my experience , the time shown at lcd display is not accurate at all . If the time only different around 2-3 minit , im okey with that . The worst is , it change to 1 hour different . The ktm provided at that time is not in service . I have experience this twice .
6. The cashier either in ktm komuter nor ets both gave a bad service . They talk arrogantly and does not respect the customer
7. The train frequently got stuck in the middle of journey . After a long time waiting for the train , we have to wait more inside the train as it got stuck
8. The facilities provided at the ktm station is bad . There is no fan (sometimes provided but in small quantity . We have to wait for a long time in hot temperature ) during the night time , the lamp does not fuctioning . It is so dangerous especially for women . Furthermore , we have to pay for the toilet .
9. I strongly against the new train route (it give disadvantages to the user especially myself)
10 . Besides ktm , im also the user of lrt . There is once where we got stuck in the journey as it rains heavily . Even the reasons is so strong , they still apologise to the customer and gave free 3 days service to the public . The customer service is far away good compare to ktm . It is so shame on you .
11 . the train window crack . It show your poor maintainance .

Threfore , you should work harder to improve your service . There is many people using your service , but yet you cant become a company respected by the nation . Customer use your service becahse of we have no other option , not because of your good service .

Long waiting hours

dear KTMB,

The train was taking too long to arrive. We have waited for more than 1 hour for just to get to KL. This is a waste of time for someone who need KTM to work. Please fix this. You are making everyone angry.

Refund money for system failure

I made a purchase via KTMB online for ETS service from KL Sentral to Sungai Petani during 30/9/16 at 8:35am.
Payment transaction shows successful but I was already charged by the bank for RM 136.
There are no tickets/reference ID/history to all the tickets that I have purchased, nor any printouts available.
Please refund back the money to me as Public Bank has confirmed purchases are successful.

your morning worker is rude

hope your are reading this. i am extremely disappointed with one of your worker at Bandar Tasik Selatan around 30/9/16 6.40am to 6.50am.
i want to buy a ticket and cant provide me a small money, gave a large amount of money and he said he didnt not have money to gave as exchange. well, hope i didnt assume it wrong ( i bet they already have more than 60 customer that gave small money, IT IS TBS!!)
i beg him to do his work faster because i am already late. and he SHOUTED at me "IF U THINK U ARE, LATE COME EARLY!" it's 6.40am. do you expected me to stand there at 5.50 am to wait your train that mostly arrive late??????
and funny thing is he shouted at me with under HIS SUPERVISOR MONITORING.

dear KTM, if you cant provide us with a satisfying services at least you can do is to monitor your worker to be more polite.

Please reschedule

Good morning/Evening to you sir/ma'am. If you are reading this,I would like to complaint about your schedule for the ETS Train(Silver).Back then,using your ETS service is my main option if i want to go back to my house(From KTM Ipoh to Sg.Buloh).I usually buy the 9PM ticket.But now,you only provide gold class?are you trying to rip off my money?Come on,it's unconvenient for me to stop at KL Sentral whereas stopping at Sg.Buloh is way nearer to my house.It is like going to a supermarket which is further from your house when there is a supermarket next to your house.You only think about profits dear KTM,not the ones who buys your tickets.

Counter ticket sold out due to online open early

This is my second time complain the issue is ticket open for sale online open before 0830am that is before the counter open at 0830am (from jb sentral to woodland ciq ) by the time counter open at 0830am even I queue the 1st one I don't get a single ticket all the ticket already sold out online. Please make it online and counter open at same time 0830am so that we got chance to buy ticket at counter not wasting our time queue before 0700am and get nothing.

ETS Malaysia Online Ticket Purchasing Issue

I made a purchase via KTMB online for ETS service from KL Sentral to Parit Buntar today at 16:55:08
Payment transaction shows successful but I was already charged by the bank for RM 55.
There are no tickets/reference ID/history to all the tickets that I have purchased, nor any printouts available.

Refund my money

Hi KTMB

On Sept 14, i made two purchases for KTBM intercity tickets.
1. KL sentral - Parit Buntar 16­Sep­2016 05:45:00
Parit Buntar - KL Sentral 18­Sep­2016 22:53:00
Total MYR114

2. KL sentral - Parit Buntar 16­Sep­2016 05:45:00
Total MYR57

However, due to the ktmb system issue, i failed a few times when i tried to make the transaction, but when i checked my credit card transaction, i was charged for a total of MYR342, which are MYR114x2 and MYR57x2!

Please check and refund my money back asap, as I only bought 3 tickets, not 6!
this is my hard earn money and i want them back.

ETS Malaysia Online Ticket Purchasing Issue

To KTM,

I have made a ticket reservation for 18th Sept on 16th Sept through KTM online portal last Wednesday (Reference ID: 16091413515620). After I'm done with the payment and it redirected me back to the ticket reservation page with "Internal Error" message and no ticket showing up in my list. First I thought it's okay because the money is holding in my bank and not being deducted yet, so I have waited for a day to see if the system will generate the ticket for me, but until now there's still nothing and the money has been deducted from my bank account!
Please either refund me or generate a ticket for me! I even called to the hotline, wait for so long till I hung up the phone. The service is really poor!

The RHB Online Banking showed that payment successful but KTM E-ticket system show transaction failed and I didn’t get any reference no or ticket no for this transaction in KTM E-ticket system.

I have made 4 KTM ticket reservation via KTMB E-ticket system on 2016-09-04 around 8.40am to booking 03/10/16 6am from JB Sentral to Singapore Woodland CIQ.

The Public bank (PB Day2Day DR VISA484810004892XXXX) payment successful and deducted my bank account on 06/09/16 RM7 Per transaction.(Total deducted RM28)

but I only 2 transaction successful to buy it and another 2 transaction for the KTM E-ticket system show transaction failed and i didn't get any reference no or ticket no for this transaction in KTM E-ticket system.

Kindly please refund for total amount RM 14 to me.

ETS seat problem

Good morning.

First of all I don't know is there anyone facing the same situation like me, but what I can tell is this kind of situation is like 8 out of 10 times it happens on me, the ETS seat problem.

I can tell almost every time I travel back to KL Sentral, I will buy the window seat as well. From the beginning, everything is still going well, no one is sitting on my seat. But I don't know since when, people starting to sit on my seat.

It's okay if the people don't know they are taking the wrong seat, especially for those who are less traveling around by ETS or someone who is confusing about the seating sequence. (For those who are facing these situation, please allow me to teach you, you may refer to the label above the seat, tq.)

But what've made me frustrated are those people who KNOW they're taking the wrong seat and even wrong coach sitting on my place. When the staff comes and check the ticket, most likely they will ignore this problem. Hey, if people can simply sit on the other's seat, what is the e-ticket booking system for?

As I mentioned above, this is not the first time I met this kind of situation, until NOW. Yes, I'm a extremely frustrated customer who is currently facing this problem again, right now, in the ETS.

Last but not least, I want to say we all pay the same, we should be treated the same too. This is the rules problem. And the rules have not been practiced well for certain people. For the management, please consider the customer's feelings; for those people who did this mistake before, please put yourselves in the other's shoes, imagine you're the one who experiences this situation continuously, even if you're patient enough but I don't think you still boleh tahan.

Honestly I don't expect the management to solve this problem, but I hope at least people who saw this complaint, could understand what I'm trying to say and please be good to other people, and be good to yourselves. The others don't owe you, treat them how you wishes people to treat you. Happy Mooncake Festival and thank you for reading.

LONG WAITING HOURS

Last time, the journey from shah alam to batu caves only takes 1 hour. Now, its almost 2 hours!

45 mins of time just wasted in KL SENTRAL waiting for the train.

Please be considerate and improve your service. Its embarassing as even the foreigners are complaining.

Ktm Berhad

Waiting for the train from kl sentral to seremban from 6.30pm. No sign of the train. It's neatly 6.15pm. No display on departure time. No announcements. Crowd is building. No one has a clue including the staff. Bravo to the only train company in Malaysia. Thanks for making us q laughing stock in the global arena. Ktmb. Pioneer and monopoly. However, performance has gone from bad to worse.

KTM Komuter

I need to know the status of the KTM Komuter schedule services. On 10.9.2016, at 10.45am I was waiting for the train arrival, finally it arrive at 12.20pm. I waited almost 1hour 25minutes. Ever since i am taking this transport service, I notice the services are getting worsen, what is the management doing? I am very frustrated with the services.

There were huge crowd waiting like an idiot including myself for the train. There were no announcement or the time schedule were shown. I had to ask the KTM ticket counter for the delay. The person does not know the cause of the delay, and kept quite about it. Are the KTM staffs lazy bumps, taking their own sweet time to work. What is the Management doing? Will KTM Management take any action againts this matter or you going to put aside my complaint.

Furthermore, I wonder when did the management started to charge the consumers for using the toilets for 30sen. Isn't this look foolish, also the service of the lift. Its terrible with the dirty smell. Does the KTM management understand hygiene?

I hope the management will take note of this matters.

Dah la x dpt duduk dri ukm smpi rwng, hang tau dak aku sakit pinggang sakit kaki dgn keadaan sardin dlm tren tuh, mnunggu tren pnya la lma.. Hadoiii

Klu la ad public transport len yg lbh jimat dri rwng ke ukm tu, mmg aku dh naik dh, mmg x la nek ktm..

Bina lndasan baru pndai, tpi x de inisiatif pikir nk atasi msalah ni, dh tau bgi kesan cmni, wat la sesuatu..

Aku x dpt byg cmne la org yg hari2 p keja, asek lmbt, malu tnjuk muka lmbt kt bos, penat lgi, stress ngn keadaan ktm yg lmbt, stress gila hdup cmtu..

Tlong la, foreigner naik pn wat malu je servis lmbt!!!

KTM Online Ticket Error!

I made a purchase via KTMB online for ETS service from KL Sentral to Ipoh today at 2.21pm.
Payment transaction shows unsuccessful due to Internal Data Error but I was already charged by the bank for RM 74.
Thinking that this is a mistake, I tried another purchase at 2.28pm, only ended with the same problem and charged another RM 74.
There are no tickets/reference ID/history to all the tickets that I have purchased, nor any printouts available.
