Wake Up la

Oi, all you KTM high level managers/ people in charge. Seriously. Wake up la. Pay attention to all the people who suffer because of your utterly ridiculous management. You shame the name of public transport with your never ending stream of delays, cold and unfeeling "minta maaf"s and rude staff. I dont blame the staffers, I BLAME YOU. ALL YOU PEOPLE IN CHARGE ARE SLEEPING ISIT? Other services like BRT and LRT and RapidKL buses are FAR BETTER than yours. Why do i still use this ktm everyday? Because i have no choice. WHAT DO YOU HAVE TO SAY FOR YOURSELVES? NO EXCUSE. WAKE UP LA.

Staff

Staff at ktmb ipoh is rude, not follow the number, many people come late but go fast, however, those people who follow the number wait more than 2 hours also cannot buy ticket. I am so disappointed with the ways that they treat customers. Wish the company can give training to your staff.

ALWAYS LATE

Your train is always late.Never punctual.
Do you know how frustrating it is to deal with this poor service of yours all the time.A hike in price should also mean an improvement in service.Do you expect people to pay more and still receive the same shitty service year in year out???????? Trust me if there was a different train service out there to compete with you, KTM would have shut down long back.Are all your staff sleeping or what? Please sell the business off to someone who can manage better .Your service is a waste of space,money and a disgrace to the nation.

Again with the KTM nonsense

It seems as if our complaints are not enough. It seems as if our calls are not enough. IT EVEN SEEMS AS IF PUBLISHING THIS SHAME IN THE NEWSPAPER IS NOT ENOUGH. DO THE PEOPLE MANAGING THIS SERVICE KNOW THAT THOUSANDS OF PEOPLE DEPEND ON THIS SERVICE TO WORK LIKE A WELL OILED MACHINE DAILY? Please. Dont let this happen again. A delay from 6:30 to about 6:40 is still acceptable, BUT A DELAY FROM SIX THIRTY TO EIGHT TWENTY?????!!!!!!! NONSENSE. INCREDIBLE UNBELIEVIALITY. I CANNOT THINK THAT YOU LET PEOPLE WAIT FOR HOURS ON END JUST DUE TO SOME "TECHNICAL ISSUES", THEN LET YOURSELVES OFF THE HOOK WITH A SIMPLE 'IM SORRY'. SHAME LA YOU ALL

Ktm is a shame to Malaysia

To whom it may concern,

The Keretapi Tanah Melayu shames the Tanah Melayu it parrots. I feel deeply ashamed of this poor service we the rakyat received having paid so much for the infrastructure and services, yet having to deal with the mind-boggling number of delays and rude ktm operators. This is a slap in the face for all the hardworking taxpayers. We just wish for a quick ride to our destination, nothing more, nothing less. And yet you let us down by delaying for more than one hour on bad days, always delaying the train for ten minutes or so. How is this one step closer to Wawasan 2020 which you want to achieve? KTM shames and dishonours the names of Malaysia, and I am disappointed to have received this horrid service.

KTM always delay and technical problem for most of the time

Dear Sir,

I was really frustrated with the services that you have provided to us. There are often train delays and there was an incident occurred as well on last year where we have to walk on the railway from Segambut. There is no extra transportation provided to us when the thing happened. I'm really disappointed on your services and there is no improvement that I can see from your side. There price for the ktm has went up so high this year and the services given to us is so terrible. How are you expecting the country to develop well as the public transport is downgrading?

KTM Service is atrocious

I have been a regular user of the horrible service that is the ktm, and today was the worst instance ever. The train stopped for a grand total of ONE HOUR, when we were just one stop from the destination. HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE FOR ONE BLASTED TRAIN TO MOVE ONE BLASTED STOP? KTM SERVICE IS HORRENDOUS. THE ONLY REASON I TAKE IT IS BECAUSE THERE IS NOTHING ELSE TO TAKE. I DEMAND AN EXPLAINATION FOR THIS NONSENSE, AND I WANT COMPENSATION. NOW. I PAY EXORBITANT PRICES FOR A TERRIBLE SERVICE, AND HAVE TO WAIT FOR IDIOTIC AMOUNT OF HOURS, WHAT NONSENSE IS THIS!!!? YOU SHOULS BE ASHAMED OF YOURSELVES.

Ktm kepong sentral

Hi i'm one of a regular customer that using ktmb senandung langkawi or now already changed to express peninsular services.. Last night 2/4/16 i went to kepong central counter to purchased 2/5/16 ticket as i know and always do to buy the ticket one month in advanced.. The staff said only 1/5 ticket sale 2/5 not sale yet then i tell him i already checked at online e ticket 2/5 already sale and ask him nicely is it only for online can buy? He rudely answer me then go buy online lah.. I'm so dissapointed i'm always buy ticket at the counter because more convenience for me.. And if one month advance ticket only can buy online he should inform me nicely.. This staff should attend customer services courses and learn how to smile.. He should be trained well manners too.. Hope ktmb will take any action to this staff.. Thank you in advances..

Padang Besar - KL Sentralis ETS

Hi, I'm regular user of Padang Besar - KL Sentral ETS service, almost every weekend I'm using it to travel between Sungai Petani and Tanjung Malim, but the issue is, how come this ETS train do not stop in some of the important stations such as Rawang and Kepong. I'm staying in Rawang and it is so much of a hassle to get down at Tanjung Malim and hop into another train to reach Rawang. Same happens when I'm traveling back to Sungai Petani, I got to take a train to Tanjung Malin and wait for the same ETS which actually passes by Rawang station without stopping. May I know why this ETS train do not stop in a big and busy station as Rawang but stops at a small and unfrequented station as Sungai Siput, yes the train actually stops at Sungai Siput station. Is this a business tactic by KTMB to make full use of the Komuter service between Rawang and Tanjung Malim, if that the case I pity those getting down at Kepong, they actually have to change train twice and imagine the trouble and the time they have to waste waiting for the next train at Rawang Station and Tanjung Malim station when the ETS train passes by Kepong Station anyway. I sincerely hope KTMB will look into this matter seriously and revise their stops accordingly. Many thanks in advance to KTMB.

Ktm train breakdown

I am very very disappointed with the ktm service provided, I took a 9pm train that departed from Padang besar to Butterworth, to much dismay the train breakdown shortly after reaching alor setar station and it took one hour for the train to continue moving, after reaching.the next two station we were asked to inboard the train and take the city liner bus provided by them instead. It was already 11.34pm!!!! The bus driver wasted more time while we passengers waited for them to start moving
It's already 11.56 PM when I'm writing this review and I'm still on that bus, we haven't reach another station yet!! I can't believe this is actually a service it's more like a torture trip. None of use passengers expected this in fact I think we should all get refunded
The ktm ticket is RM 9.50 l, u probably think woah it's cheap but the service sucks! I was shocked when passenger had to stand for their one and half hour trip becasue there weren't enough seat! And then the breakdown and delay. This shows how inefficient our work system is and it is an embarassment.

Irritated with Tng machine not working n no notice to public. Then forced to buy ticket! What a waste of money. Hope they learn to put up notice to public the duration of non service for tng. Instead of keeping public in dark!

Poor service and unfriendly [email protected] shah alam & bank negara station

I'm having terrible experience with service @ shah alam station and the impolite staff @ bank negara station.
I was the regular customer and have been using your service few years but now completely disappointed with your services.
Im been fined because of the technical issue for your TnGo machine and your staff name Afizol (301507) treat me impolitely.
Please upgrade your service and train your staff well.

Change d system,poor service system

I had cum to apply student card almost 5times...but every time I come its full quota..tats 200.I came post my night shift at 8am,they says its closed for application..staff at kl sentral says to come 7.30am...everybody hve important things to do rather than come n stand as early as that...juz wasted my money traveling juz to submit these form..plz do open atlest half days to make working people easier...

Complaint of ktm service

The fees increase but train late especially during off office hours from 6.45 onwards. The train to klang always late and i am waiting for 45 mins for a train. The government claimed that the increase in fees due to improvement on the train, frequency and punctuality. However i did not seen that. I have seen train to rawang ady passby twice and train to seremban ady passby three times. But there is no single train to klang is coming during the period of time. Should the ktm thinking either to revise down the fees or increase the service quality?!

No manners and unprofessional staff

Hi I would like to complain the ktm staff was not manners and unprofessional talking with customers. Don't think student do not need respect. Firstly, ktm entrance did not stated the sign have to show ticket enter, if you have staff on duty, you can ask politely. How come threaten me said you have to buy ticket again if you did not show. I did show to him upon request.

This is very unprofessional staff this is not the 1st time. As buying ticket also. Staff was unfriendly especially to students. We are human too. If we have vehicle, we are rich what for to user public transport. And public transport is to give convenience not to create problem.

Please train well the staff to be more manner and professional way of servicing and be cation on their words.

Gangsters Staff Station Kuala Lumpur

Staff name Mohd Azwan trying to fight me because my tng card wasn't detected from the station I came from, he acted extremely rude to me to forced me pay. He acted like a gangster yell at me pulled my hand and bluff me with his big chest. It was really sad to see that KTM recruited such an low quality staff (gangster) working at the heart of k.l. NEVER AGAIN KTM

Refund

Hi I have done 3 transactions in a day, just to buy a ticket back to my hometown. However, there is only one transaction succeeded and and the other two had failed. I try to called KTMB hotline, it was picked up at the 10th calls. Could you please upgrade your quality service?
Moreover, I could not get the money back although the officer promised me there will be refund after 14 working days. Hence, I made calls again, yet no one picked up. The worst case is, when I started to speak, and not even finished 1 sentence, my call was disconnected.
Maybe the amount does not matter to you. But it means a lot to me.
Please pay my money back and upgrade your service quality.

Early close of ets cafeteria

I would like to ask... the train i taken is 9203 EG9203- ETS gold at 10 february from kuala kangsar 10.01am to kuala lumpur 12.42pm...

Around 11.40 i went to cafeteria in koc c want to purchase a cup of coffee.. the staff mentioned they were doing closing as later will change the staff on duty..

I would like to check... since only 1140 and there is an hour in order to reach kl sentre.. dont you feel it is too early? This is the 1st time i encounter with this problem..
Is this the standard procedure? Or staff trying to close earlier ?

Please feedback to us if not there is pointless for me or everyone here to write their complaint here...thanks

Air-conditioner

My first experience for new train ES9401 from Ipoh - Kuala Lumpur time 1100 on 25 Jan 2016. The train is very cold and even i wearing sweat also cannot get warm. Please do a survey it is all the passenger feel comfortable and happy in that cold.

Terrible experience with KTM

Long period of train interval time, delay/late of train, technical problem, unfriendly/impolite staff and customer service, inadequate ticket counter happened all the time at KTM.

Why they're so little ticket counter?

Do you know how long is the queue in the morning?

Do you know that how many times I have missed the train due to the long queue?

Do you know that late of train also means late for my work?

Don't you care about punctuality?

Don't you care about efficiency and effectiveness?

How do we plan our time and use our time well if the train system is always late?

If you don't care about these how can Malaysia grow and be a more advanced country?



After so many years, the train still having delay or late issues, and there are no long term solution to these.

I am extremely disappointed with KTM terrible and poor management, and customer service.

Can KTM management be less lazy, more effective and do something for the country?

A train system in a country represents the quality of life of the citizen.

Obviously the quality of life of the citizen is super bad. KTM is one of them to make life worst.
